Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man Jake who went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my car (spark plugs) & offered to fix them with no hesitation. I recently went in for a battery to fit my old Kubota BX. They had one on the shelf ready to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service, a good selection of tools to complement the installation.

Great people work here! Super helpful. Water pump failed on drive from Moscow to Sand Point on a late Freeway Friday night in bad weather. The guys working that night tried everything that night to to get me up and running. They ended up referring me to a mobile mechanic name JD who replaced my water pump over the weekend. Good experience!!!

We were traveling through on vacation when our battery died at a gas station. We got a jump, and called O'Reilly Auto Parts. They were the only place still open. When we arrived, a staff member was ready to check our battery, got us a new one and even helped install it. He saved our bacon! They also let my kids use their bathroom. Wonderful job and wonderful customer service! If we could give you a million stars, we would.

I lost my serpentine belt on the way into town and Seth at the Hayden location was there to make my life easy. Suggested the better part and even had the tool for me to use. This location has the best crew. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for saving the day.

The gentleman who helped me was kind. He treated me with respect. He didn't try to take advantage of me being a female. When the particular brand of the part I wanted was sold out he suggested the next best brand. Service was quick and friendly. I even signed up to be a rewards member.

I ve lived in Haydn for 7+ years, the staff here has always been great. I stopped in earlier today with engine problems, got the code reader from the staff, came back in with my trouble codes and my make and model and was able to get diagnosed with the correct parts in about 10 minutes. Got them ordered in and installed later that day, and my check engine light is off. Couldn t ask for better service.

The service was amazing!! They were extremely helpful with every question I had. Not to mention very patient with my indecisiveness. Jeremy and Wayne were both more than accommodating and provide excellent service and a great conversation. By the time I left I was laughing super hard and had everything I needed!!

After months of searching, it was recommended that I stop in this store to ask about getting an aftermarket air filter replacement for which I had no part number for. The guy I dealt with looked up several close fits and eventually found one that would fit as it should. Very appreciative to have finally found someone who was willing to do the research to help solve my issue.

I don't write reviews often, but I was treated exceptionally well here, and Travis really helped me get my car back in working order. That being said, I almost always come here first, but it's always nice when expectation is exceeded.

I've been in the business for over 30 years successfully. And this parts store is hands down the worst I've ever dealt with. Terrible store manager. Inferior knowledge and lack of leadership is his specialty!!

My boyfriend and I looked up the hours specifically because we wanted to make sure they were open. They closed at 9:00. To be clear- it is currently 8:40. The open sign was lit: my boyfriend knocked on the door. They saw him and walked away. We drove 30 mins to get here. They did not even acknowledge us to explain why they had locked the doors early with the open sign still on.

I went to this O'Reilly's after picking up some groceries today. The driver's side tail light in my Ford Fusion was out, so I was looking to purchase a new bulb and get it replaced. I walked in, and not a single staff member or patron was wearing a mask, and when I asked for the tail light and for it to be replaced, I was told that they would be more than happy to sell me the bulb, but they would be unable to put the nee bulb in because it would be too "time consuming". I left, went to another auto part store where they sold me the bulb and replaced it. I was in and out of the other store in about 10 minutes. So clearly not that time consuming to change.

Got to the store at 835 with online hours posted until 9. Open sign on and employees visible inside, door locked. Tried calling, got no answer. One of 3 people in the parking lot that wasnt served. Super annoying as this was a 30 minute drive. Oh well Walmart and rockauto.com got my business. Tired of weak employees hiding behind covid 19 or whatever the exccuse for this was.
