Came here because of a few screws in the back of my car under my trunk. Ethan, the employee I spoke to was incredibly friendly, soft spoken, knowledgeable, and a treat to work with.The weather is pretty rainy and cold today but he came out and looked at my car, helped me get the screen fixed and fitted with a washer and did not just do half a job.Ethan is an employee who went above and beyond for me and felt like he respected my issue and did everything he could to assist.Fantastic customer support, friendly environment, knowledgeable workers. 100% felt like a valued customer.

Online sites can be more then half off some parts, delivery to my door. Its getting harder to support local stores when they do this.

I work here in the warehouse and the other coworkers are amazing and very friendly and always me sure to be polite towards customers and everyone around them all while bringing smiles to others faces

I was having a bad day due to the fact that I mis placed my wallet and I had my wife pay for two heavy batteries over the phone. The transaction was seem less. The gentleman who greeted me just before closing assisted me to the car and did the loading. He is one of the newest employees and he extremely accommodating.

Don't bother going here unless you literally have nowhere else to go.Rathdrum NAPA has much better customer service and will actually let you know when parts you ordered arrive.This will be the last time I try this store. Even Autozone and O'Reilly are better at cost and communication

Do not break down in front of the parts runner lady.she will have a fit.even if your buying parts at that location.she will yell at you and tell you where you can not break down! Rest of the staff really professional and knowledgeable.stay clear of the company truck area this is the area you may encounter the she beast.

They've supplied my auto parts for 20 years. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Amazing, most of the crew has worked there the same 20 years. That's a good sign!

The folks behind the counter are unreal !! You would think they own the company!! They will spend the time and give you there knowledge of your vehicle and try to save you the cost of going to mechanic!! Never had problem in 25 yrs!!

Keven seems to be able to find those hard to find parts. His book knowledge is a forgotten art. Everyone relies on computers. Don't get me wrong, he starts with the computer and if he can't find it there I've seen him find it in the books.

Buy a part with a lifetime warranty goes bad two months later! Wont refund or swap cause I didnt keep the original box! Total bs! Never gunna buy from the overpriced parts again

Went in for some oil. Grabbed what i needed then asked a worker for something. He said he didnt have it. I said ok then turned around to continue shopping. As i turned around, the guy asked "are you gonna pay for that?"... I looked at him and said "yes, when im done!" I got the feeling he thought i was gonna steal it. Rude employee I'd say. Not my fault he works at napa.

I worry about NAPA Auto Parts. They don't really seem to be keeping up with the other parts companies. For one thing their prices tend to be higher. Additionally they're less likely to have the part in stock. Additionally they tend to have a lot of staff that doesn't really seem to know that much. They also don't have tool lending programs. They don't have the test for check engine light the other stores have. I wish they would get with it.

NAPA staff has always been helpful and generally have everything I need. I know there are TONS of auto parts that can be at every store.

I was there last year to find wiper blades for my car. I wasn't quite sure what kind to get but the employees were very helpful with their information.

I buy most all of my automotive parts at Napa in Hayden they always seem to have what is needed in stock and have knowledge with answers to questions.

The guy in there refused to help me find a connector for a blinker bulb and said just Google it, we aren t going to figure out what you need for you that s not our job
