These guys really took care of me setting up our vehicle for our new camper. They did a spring over conversion on the axle, repacked the bearings, checked the brake system, and installed a weight distribution hitch. This is the second trailer that I have brought to them to have serviced after I bought it used. It gives me peace of mind to know that everything has been checked out on the trailer and that going forward the maintenance has been properly done.

I had purchased a Curt hitch online and when I received it, decided I'd rather have it professionally installed. I called Brian at 8:00 AM and he told me that if I could be there by 9:30, he could get it done right away. I dropped off the car and went to have a cup of coffee. 45 minutes later I received a call from Brian letting me know it was finished. If you're needing hitch or wiring work, I highly recommend Hitches Unlimited.

Horrible. Took my car in and nobody was there at the time they told me to drop off my rig. Never even got a call or text back after wasting my time and my wifes time to follow me to drop it off. Will never go here or refer anyone here.

They redid all my horse trailer lights, wiring, and put in backup lights . They also did my horse trailer breaks and barins .I wiuld highly recommend them especially to horse people .They really go the distance. Very friendly and superb quality with affordable prices .They don't gouge people .

Brian does amazing work and at very great prices he got me a fifth wheel hitch in a day and had it installed in a couple hours thanks for your hard work and amazing attention to detail

I would give them a minus ten if that were possible! I hope people will take the time to read about my treatment at hitches unlimited. A few months ago I bought a fifth wheel trailor. I had an Anderson hitch which was higher than the average Reese hitch. I took the trailor to a level parking lot. The back was 18 inches from the pavement and the front was 26 inches. Since it is ecential that while pulling the trailor it llshould be reasonably level for the refrigerator to work. I took it to hitches unlimited on seltice way to have the pin box rebuilt at a more level angle, thus lowering the fron end. The guy working for the owner said he could do it for 500 dollars. I agreed and gave him a check for 200 dollars which was supposed to be for material. When I came back to pick it up a couple days later the first thing I did was hook it up to my truck and measure for level. (It was sitting on a concrete pad) well, the front measurement was actually 1/2 inch higher instead of 3 to 4 inches lower. When I pointed it out to him he went boilistic and said I had been nickeling and dimeing him to death, (I had never mentioned money other than the original price) then went into another rant trying to convince me he had actually raised it 3 inches and shortened it three inches ( which, he had not done) I turned to the owner and said what are you going to do about this and he said " I didn't, work on it " and walked away as if to say screw you buddy no guarantees here! At that point I gave him his 300 dollar balance and left. I am not exactly sure what he did to the hitch but I decided to revamp it myself. When I cut into it to remodel it I discovered he had actually cut into it then must have given up because he replaced what he had cut out that was 3/16 thick with 1/8 thick metal, scraps from around his shop I guess? then ground it down and painted it. Needless to say making it much weeker than ithe original. JSo the 200 dollar deposit went right into their pocket along with the 300 dollars. I hope whomever reads this will be warned. They also do not like checks or receipts. They won't be in business long. Be warned. Be warned!!!!!!

Hitches unlimited is awesome. I couldn t find anyone else in the Spokane/CdA area to install my hitch with only 24 hours notice, and they got me in ASAP, installed my hitch in 45 minutes, were extremely knowledgeable and overall great to do business with. I d note, though, that the directions on google lead you to the wrong place. It s actually located at 13th and Sherman.

Needed a 5th wheel hitch installed on my 2015 dodge 3500 ram box. Brian hooked me up with custom brackets and one of a kind hitch. Thanks guys!

Not very knowledgeable. Probablr pkay for some work but my hitch and trailer wiring issue thatbshould have been simple, which I foind a place that solved my issue in 2 minutes, these guys are over their head.
