My experience was beyond Excellent!! Dennis was very helpful in my time of need...Let's say a hero in Disguise. I purchased home on wheels and everything about it is Great! After dealing with my bank to get the loan for it and waiting all day just to hear bad news But thanks to Dennis going beyond steps to get me approved Thanks again for your help and I would definitely recommend them

I bought a car from this dealership about a month and a half ago. I received the worst service that I have ever received from their salesman (Dennis). He lied to us and told us that nothing was wrong with our vehicle and that it had even been checked by their shop which it had not. Within the first week of owning our new used vehicle several things had broken which they claimed no knowledge of. After contacting them several times over a few week period they finally got back to us and agreed to fix only the cheapest of the many problems wrong with the vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to waste their time or money at this place!

Constant problems with the 10 year old Jeep I purchased. Sadly I bought a lemon. 20 minutes of owning it & getting on the freeway, the check engine lights were flashing & we had it get it towed back to the dealership. The mechanics FORGOT their tools under the hood & were sucked into the intake.... The very next day the ignition push botton wore out. I was stranded with kids, had to get a tow from Spokane to Idaho. A car wash revealed a poor patch job covering a large rust problem on the door. Jeremy assured us it was not a big deal. Turns out the rust is also on the interior of the door & needs to be replaced & is a big deal! New brakes, calipers, tires were needed immediately.The sunroof interior linnen does not roll up evenly. Unfortunately not happy with my $17,000 purchase!

AMAZING work! My air stopped working in my car as I was driving into town, and in 95 degree heat, it was horrible! It wasn't a/c- none of the vents in the car would blow even the fan air.I called them about 4:55 pm, and the NEXT DAY, they had me in first thing at 8 am. I arrived at 8, and was DONE and OUT by 9:30! Not only did they fix the blower motor (which is why it wasn't blowing into the car cab itself), but he also changed my oil and filter, checked and topped off my fluids, changed my air filter (didn't even charge me for air filter), AND, without even asking, he replaced the anchor bolt that held my windshield washer cap on! I've been having to hold it manually while I refill my tank, as it's two pieces, and the top piece wouldn't stay in place without that bolt!Excellent service, pleasant, clean waiting room with a tv and coffee (and she offered to drive me the 20 minutes to my house to wait til it was done if needed, though I didn't need it), great prices, and timely service! I can't attest to coffee quality- I actually don't like coffee at all, so didn't take her up on that offer.All around fine mechanic shop! And a great location as well!

I recently purchased my Jeep through High Caliber and must say this was my first time ever going through a dealer to purchase a vehicle and it was a great experience. Jeremy was very helpful and made the process very easy. He made sure to go through the jeep with me and show me everything it had to offer. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Jeremy with my trade in. Everything was straight forward and honest. He seemed to genuinely care and wasn't pushy. The entire process was brief by car buying standards and we were out the door in less than 3 hours. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and will be referring everyone I know to come here for their needs.

My husband had been browsing online for a few months, looking for a truck and happened upon Rob at High Caliber Auto. What a fantastic turn of events, Rob really helped out a lot, took a lot of pressure off by asking what we needed, what we were going to do with it, what our expectations and limits were and then started his search. He found us the perfect truck for our needs, for us, and it was a surprisingly pleasant and calm experience. Not the kind of experience one comes to expect from a used car dealer, Rob and his team are fantastic! We cannot forget Butch, he's the best! He even picked us up from Spokane on his way back to the shop so that we could get our truck and drive home together. What a comfortable and fun journey, thank you! We really felt in the best of hands here, being able to work directly with one person, with Rob, for the whole financing process was fantastic for me especially. These guys are here to help and we highly recommend High Caliber Auto Sales!

I, Joseph Buechele, purchased a 2002 Cadillac Eldorado ETC from High Caliber Auto sales. I am extremely overjoyed with my purchase. I was/am, pleasantly shocked & surprised, that there really are honest car dealers available to consumers! I would recommend Jeremy Cooper to anyone in the market for a top quality used car, truck, Suv, or even Boats!. This car of mine was delivered to me long distance completely as described, I couldn't be more satisfied! It has 60,000 original miles, and runs & drives like new! Jeremy had the car totally inspected for me, top to bottom, inside, and underneath too. He sent me the completed inspection form, from the ASE service tech who personally described the car as "Pristine" which it is. It certainly was a pleasant experience, and I would rate High Caliber sales a 10 Star rating!. Contact Jeremy at his business in Idaho, you'll be glad you did!............Jeremy even took the time & expense to have the car completely detailed for me too, washed, waxed, leather interior cleaned absolutely spotless, and even the engine & bay spotless as well. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra limited from High Caliber Auto Sales. I regularly buy a different car about every two years so I have had many car buying experiences. Working with Rob was without question the best auto buying experience I have ever had. It was the best experience because Rob was honest and credible from the moment we spoke. His description of the truck was spot on. During negotiation he explained what he could and couldn t do on price and why. Rob is a stand up guy that s hard to find in the auto sales industry. I would recommend High Caliber to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

I really can't say enough about Rob & Cooper and the excellent experience they provide time and time again. Over the years, I have traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 3. I service all my vehicles here and I even brought in a trailer! They took care of it all. They are knowledgable, informative, hardworking, friendly and true. It is all about customer service here-my go to place for anything automotive. If they don't have what your are looking for they will find it. I had awesome car buying experience with Jeremy from High Caliber Auto sales.Jeremy have wealth of experience in variety of cars on the road. It is not about selling the car at best price but Jeremy's approach was to sell the car with customer's best interest. We have only the highest praise for the excellent customer service we received from High Caliber Auto Sales. During the COVID-19 crisis, we did not want to go out in search of a new car or spend time in a dealership doing paperwork. When we found the car we wanted to purchase online, the owner of High Caliber, himself, brought the car to our home (30 minutes away), cleaned the car with Clorox wipes another time before we got in and waited in our front yard while we did the test drive. Afterward, he went back to Coeur d Alene to complete the paperwork then drove all the way back to deliver the car to us in person later in the day! Amazing service... great prices ... fabulous follow up and Rob makes you feel like you ve been a family friend for years! We will go to High Caliber every time we are looking to purchase a car and will be sure to recommend them to friends and family when they are! We could not have asked for better service! We love our new car!

Rob makes you feel like you are his only customer. I was regretting the normal car buying experience until I purchased a vehicle from his business. His vision/mission statement reflects his actions and how he interacts with his customers. His business model is one that other dealerships should embrace if the hope to remain in business. These folks know their stuff! Gave us great advice on cars, financing, depreciation... the whole bit. Also noticed on their cars that they payed attention the small stuff, made repairs; trim, gaskets, buttons, etc...as necessary in order to provide a great product for their clients. Unfortunately, I didn't buy from them as I was basically looking for a unicorn of a car! But I was able to make an educated purchase based off their knowledge! Thanks High Caliber!

What a great no pressure buying experience! It took me about 3 week to commit to a purchase and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Personally, I'm immediately turned off to high pressure sales, but there was NONE of that here! Rob and Butch were both amazing to work with. I would highly recommend checking out High Caliber.
