I ve been working with Grizzly for well over a dozen years. They ve always been courteous, knowledgeable and have delivered exactly what I ve needed, at a fair price. I will always choose Grizzly for my glass and mirror needs!

So here s the deal, I came in Wednesday August 2nd, to get my windshield replaced on n my 92 Chevy and the window itself is great, but boy was there a mess all over the floor (what doesn t help is that I literally deep cleaned it the morning of), the picture in this review is AFTER getting the big chunk of glue off the floor AND shaking of the floor mats, I washed my hands about 5 times and I still have glue on them. Now can you imagine the trouble I m going to have to go through to clean that up off carpet? This is my first vehicle and I ve done everything I can, trying to make it how I want it (for instance: this truck used to have a red interior, so I did a color swap using interior parts from wrecking yard vehicles. This means I have spent HOURS cleaning it (going as far as to scrub the ENTIRE carpet with a toothbrush to get oil stains out of it)). Absolutely heartbreaking, especially from such a professional looking business. Extra note: my floor mats had so much loose dirt on them (I know that wasn t on there as I cleaned it the morning of) *not imaged as this review was a forethought (just gave them a call, they said they would look at it I. The morning, depending on the outcome will determine the future of this review)So, after coming back the next day, one of the guys came out to observe (also found cuts in the headliner ), they are taking it back into the shop for cleaning and will be replacing the headliner, big pain for me still, but at least they are fixing it

Needed vinyl beading repaired and put in on 2 windows. Had bought beading from Grizzly Glass but could not figure out how to install it. Called. In 2 days sent out Gabriel and Jake. They spent 20 minutes and had it all done. Incredibly pleasant and so happy. This is second time I needed help and Grizzly Glass was efficient and did quality work with excellent customer service.

***BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH ***I was quoted $59.99 for up to three windshield rock chip repairs. When I arrived for my appointment technician said that I had 5, not 3 chips. Then explain two of the rock chips count as "double" because they are so large. And that they cannot repair more than three. But would be happy to replace my entire windshield while I waited at more than $300! I declined and started to leave. The technician asked if I had any questions and I said 'no', but that I was going to leave feedback because the customer communication and expectations set was not proper. He laughed at me, turned his back and started to mock me in front of the reception staff. Very unprofessional and very immature. As he reacted, I guess they don't for or need my business. That is fine with me. Be careful of the bait in switch everyone!

Updated 02/24 - New RV, New StoryOn a trip to and from Kansas City, a rock decided to test the passenger side windshield strength. The windshield lost. Huge spider like fractures and cracks developed across it by the end of the day. No epoxy repair possible this time. Terri and the team at Grizzly Glass of Hayden Idaho were awesome! Helped me to get the glass replacement taken care of painlessly before this summers travel season starts. Much appreciated!3 years ago Grizzly Glass fixed a chip in the drivers side of my rv windshield. Over this winter, ice brought down a large branch smashing into the passenger side of the windshield.I had a good experience 3 years ago, so I called them and explained what had happened and they said this is something they can do and could work with my insurance company to get it done.Turns out due to the age of my rv, the glass was a special order. It took three days to come in and once it was there, we scheduled a day I could drop off the rv early in the morning. This was yesterday at 7:30.Yesterday afternoon at 3:30, I picked up my rv and it was one of the best experiences from start to finish I've ever had regarding getting something (anything) on my rv fixed.Everyone there has been extremely helpful and very polite. And (important to me) they all were very, very kind to my dog and gave her scratches as she went to say hi to them.I'll be back to Grizzly Glass for any other glass needs I have in the future. After spending a little time there while they were doing the insurance paperwork stuff, I now see they do far more than just auto related glass. For example, they have a pet door insert for sliding glass doors that is interesting...Thanks Team Grizzly Glass!

The technician did a great job of installing the new window. But what made me give the 5 star review was when he went above and beyond by installing a small piece of trim that was flapping in the wind ever since we owned the car. Number 2 was the rear view mirror was loose and when he reinstalled with the new glass he made sure to tighten it up to where it stays in place the way it should. Definitely coming back whenever we need any glass work for our home and auto.Service: General window replacement

Purchased picture glass. Friendly and efficient service. They said it may take till next week, but they called the same week Friday, and everything was right, including a fair price. The sales girl even helped me carry glass to my car!

Told me I needed a new windshield to put a module back on that came off because of the heat. Just needed adhesive or a mounting strip. Be careful if you go here to make sure what they tell you is correct.

I had my windshield replaced by Grizzly Glass. I was happy with the process until I got into my truck after the windshield replacement and found my autostart antenna hanging from the wire instead of attached back to the windshield. I went back inside the office and asked to have that reattached. They said they don't attach items that are aftermarket. Seriously, this could have been a 30 second fix with a piece of double sided tape. Instead Grizzly Glass took the stance that its not there problem. That's to bad. You lost a customer. Aspen Sound put a piece of double sided tape on the antenna and the fix was done in less than 2 minutes. To bad Grizzly Glass cant figure it out.Service: Auto windshield repair

I will not ever return to this company. Not only did they take all day to replace the windshield on my truck but they didn t notice as they put it, that there was a man sitting in the waiting all day. They supposedly had the wrong windshield ordered from Dave Smith, but then proceeded to tell me after I called (5 hours later) that they reached out to the dealership for the contact information of myself or my fianc�, yet we never received a call. If they had actually in fact reached out to the dealer they would have realized they had ONE of our numbers on their end written down incorrectly. Dave Smith in fact has both our numbers correct. This company is completely unprofessional and negligent to their customers. Even if somehow ALL of the things above were done, which they weren t, I specifically told them we would be waiting on the vehicle. Why would no one go into the lobby/waiting area and check? Laziness is the word that best describes how this was handled and completely unprofessional experience. We will NEVER return to this business nor will I EVER recommend them. They were the cheapest quote by far for my rain sensing windshield replacement. They got me in last minute and were so fast! They did an amazing job and I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend them.

Had our windshield replaced. First trip they turned us away because they couldn t calibrate the sensors in the windshield that day even though we were scheduled. Second trip windshield replaced but there was a scratch in the new windshield and a puncture hole in the dash. Third trip windshield was replaced again and dash fixed, but not so much is an apology or even slight acknowledgement of all our wasted time. I ll definitely go elsewhere next time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great experience! $20 for rock chip repair with State Farm. In and out in 15 mins without prior notice even though they say by appointment. Great location and facility. Friendly guaranteed service. Can beat it.
