Took my tuck in for an alignment seemed all good till I looked under my truck and the boots were all twisted up. Its not really a big deal but did they even do the job correctly? Shortcuts don't get the job done properly. Did i just pay for bad work? Went in to let them know. They had to stop helping me to finish up other customers. So I left and will be getting a second opinion from a shop that knows what they are doing. I will not go back to les schwab in hailey, idaho. Rude, unhelpful, obviously the job was rushed and never double checked.

They are the BEST! I always feel welcome and heard. The staff is fabulous. I met with Ms. Clark and the team. I had a simple issue to fix, but it was critical as I was on a road trip from Canada to South Salt Lake City. I can't recommend Les Schwab enough. You won't be disappointed.

I have probably had 20 flat tires repaired by Les Schwab over the years.I always request they put the original tire back on my vehicle.This is the first time ever that they have put the spare back under the truck!Thank you so much!One more good reason we moved here!

They saved me in a short amount of time before closing for the weekend. Loose lugs stripped out the wheel and studs on my travel trailer. Struck out finding parts at local stores. They went above and beyond by scavenging old parts on their shelves and found what I needed and got me a new wheel and tire too at a great price. Quick efficient service. I m impressed that they saw it through instead of shrugging me off. They ll get all my business.

These guys work their butts off ALWAYS! Even if it's not snow change over time. They are kind, polite, knowledgeable. It upsets me that people are not being nice. Everyone has a bad day once in a while!!

Currently paying a fortune to redo bad work from this location. Had numerous issues with the work they provided and never got proper help or treated respectfully. Way too much money was wasted at this establishment. Never again.

I've bought all my tires at Hailey's Les Schwab Tires over the past 24 years.With locations all ovever their services are the same no matter which location your in need of help like flats or replacement tires.

I'm so incredibly impressed with Les Schwab. I went out to Baker Lake over the 4th of July weekend, which has a pretty rough road out to the trail head. One of my Jeep's tires ruptured, so I popped the spare on and made it back into town with no issues. I brought it into Les Schwab on Tuesday, and they took the flat tire and repaired it while I was still able to drive around. Wednesday around noon I dropped off my Jeep to have the fixed tire bolted back on, and it was ready a few hours later. The best part of all, the entire process was free of charge since those tires originally came from Les Schwab! Special shout out to my man Caleb who was super cool and friendly both times I came in to the service center.

I first went to Les Schwab Tire Center in Hailey last fall after the local Subaru dealer told me that I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires that they could/would not fix (and tried to pressure me into buying a full set of tires on the spot!). Natalie at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me in quickly without an appointment, and the technician called me back within an hour to say that they d fixed the tire. What s more, when I went to pick up my car, Natalie said there was NO CHARGE!! Needless to say, when it became apparent to me this spring that the tread was wearing thin, I went back to Les Schwab to buy new tires. Once again, without an appointment, I was able to get same-day service, and the sales rep, Chad, was very friendly and helped me make the right choice for my car. I cannot say enough good things about this local business; they treat their customers with the utmost respect and offer superb customer service. Way to go, Les Schwab!!!

I have had numerous bad experiences with this location. They have attempted to convince me parts that where fine needed replaced, they are overpriced, employees are rude, and if they tell you it will take an hour to fix a nail in your tire or any other small repair expect it to take all day and if you confront them about how long it's been they will be rude to you and claim they didnt say it would only be an hour. I do my best to avoid this location.

I brought in my car with a bent wheel, expecting to pay several hundred dollars and wait for hours. Carter returned my car within an hour and came up with a clever solution to rebalance the tire without replacing the wheel. The whole experience was so much faster and cheaper than I expected. Significantly better service than other tire repairs. I really appreciate the help!

Ended up with a flat near the Craters of the Moon and was towed to Les Schwab in Hailey. Natalie, the service representative, had what seemed to be a permanent scowl on her face and failed to provide me with any options after expressing how desperate I was to get to Boise. Thankful for Keith down the block at Nelsons Auto who was able to quickly assist me and get me back on the road to Boise!I know retail can be hard but the ability to pretend you don t hate your life is a skill all workers should have to avoid bad reviews on otherwise good businesses.

I have been dealing with this location for over 15 years and until now have not had an issue. We dropped off a vehicle for two new front tires and a front end alignment. The excessive outer edge wear indicated the alignment needed to be done. The vehicle was at the store for a week and I never got a call it was done. When I called they said all done come and get it . We arrived to find out the front end alignment had never been done because it needs wheel bearings. Why did we not get a call requesting the additional parts to complete the job? We live 45 minutes away so drop off and pick up need to be scheduled. I had to take the vehicle home as my ride was headed to a Dr appointment. We will not be back. Les needs to do a better job training his service writers.

I dropped my car off at 900 am with a slow leak. At 4 pm I call and they say it will be another 2 hoursOf course with my Les swabs guarantee it s free. They don t make a nickel on fixing my tire so they ignore me for 10 hours like my life doesn t matter. When I called him they laughed at me and told me that I was another 17 behind in line. I ll just grab my car and bring it elsewhere pay for it. These guys have proven incompetent and have a lack of respect for their customers.

I gave this location a 5 Star rating once before, not now. We made a 9 am appointment 3 weeks ago for a front wheel bearing and alignment. We were told it would take about 2 hours. I arrived before 9 and came back 2 hours later, was told the part was installed but they didn't have a slot for the alignment until 1 pm.WHY wouldn't they have scheduled the alignment 3 weeks ago! Now I'm stuck here for several more hours.

I was so grateful for their help! I got a flat right in front of their store. I had my 2yr old and our puppy with me. It was the first snow of the season, just bad luck! They helped me get my spare on so I could get to where I was going and put a new tire on my rim while I was gone. It was very easy and they were all really nice. I will definitely go back. The tech Matt was awesome!

Worst service ever, second only to the twin falls location.Appoinments are two weeks out and they would not let me drop off the vehicle to get my tires changed. I have 4 tires on rims that just need to be bolted on.

I never had any issues with the twin falls location in replacing only the 2 front or 2 rear tires. Back tires are in good shape so I only needed to replace the two front but they refused to even though they agreed my back tires are still good

Mechanics aren't restaurants where everyone has different taste.They either fix the issue at a fair price and get a 5 or they don't and receive 1.Another shop in town diagnosed an issue I was having and sent me to Les Schwab as they didn't have the tools.Unfortunately they diagnosed it incorrectly.Fortunately Chad at this store took the time to actually drive the truck, diagnose it properly, and fix it, without doing unnecessary work.In the end I paid nothing for the fix and for a half hour's worth of labor for an incorrect diagnosis.

I was on my way home - a 3 hour drive - and got a low pressure light. I didn't want to get stuck out in the middle of nowhere with a flat so I stopped here to get it checked. Was told it was going to be 1 1/2 hour wait but they were done in less than an hour. All 4 tires were low and my spare was at 15 psi. Very much appreciate their prompt service.

This Les Schwab location came in clutch! We had a rental car from Fox Rent A Car (btw don't rent with them if you're reading this) and Aaron and the others at Les Schwab saved the day by getting us four new tires and back on the road in less than 3 hours. Aaron was so awesome and I wish I had been able to thank him in person for putting up with the rental car company rep and all of their little requests. We greatly appreciate the customer service we received from all of you at Les Schwab and we are so thankful you all were able to help us in a jam. We're now dealing with the run around with the rental agency, but this place was a welcome relief from our car troubles.

I went in to get a nail hole fixed in a tire. They told me it would be 90 minutes, which was fine. It actually took 4 hours to get the work completed. When I asked for updates the front counter staff were rude and unhelpful. I didn t get the feeling they cared about my experience. When the work was done, I noticed the technician had scraped and gouged my wheel. The damage was obvious, yet I was not notified of the damage. I have always had great experiences at other Les Schwab locations, but I will not be returning to this one.

I have used Les Schwab for years to change out my winter tires for summer and vice versa at the change of seasons. They were pretty good, not so any more.I took my car in to change into snow tires this past fall, A few weeks later I took my car into the dealer for a 10,000 mi service. They told me that the tires were reversed. The wide tires were on the front and the narrower tires were on the back. Pretty shocking for a store whose major business is tires.Recently I took my car back to to get my snow tires switched out. I told the gentleman taking my order about the issue, he said he'd make a note of it. I thought they might offer to compensate me for the charge at the dealer to rectify their mistake. When driving home after picking up my car, I had a warning that the tire pressures were wrong. I'm supposed to have 36 on the fronts, 39 on the rears. The fronts were 32 and 30, one rear tire was 48 and the other 44.Tires are fundamental to driving safety. I can no longer trust Les Schwab to properly care for my tires. In both cases my tires were unsafe to drive after they serviced them.

They were so friendly! We had gotten a flat tire while on a 2 track and didnt feel like hassling to get the spare tire on with a 5 month old baby in the truck with us. They got us in fairly quickly. We grabbed a quick bite to eat and came back to get the truck. They charged us NOTHING! We were thankful for their generosity and will definitely be returning to Les Schwab for future business.

First let me say, Tammy is always great. She is superb at customer service. Chad, the manager, is also pretty great. Now the not so great stuff: no alignment/wheel balancing was done when I purchased $750 of new tires 5 weeks ago. (SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE) My car is wobbling. ("Oh, you have to ask for that specifically," is what I was later told. Seriously??) I have gone in 3 times now (at different times on different days) to try and get an alignment and each time I'm told I need to leave my car there for the full day. That's ridiculous. I'm very frustrated. I live 30 minutes out of town and they don't take appointments. And the new young lady working at the front corner is not friendly. She acts like every customer is putting her out. Had I known it would be such a hassle to have my car drive smoothly after new tires, I would have purchased them at Costco for much less and the same not-so-great customer service. In the meantime, I still need to get my new tires balanced and not sure what to do...UPDATE 4.5 hours later: Manager Chad called me on my cell to see how we could fix this situation. Luckily, I was still in town and could return. Turns out my wheels WERE balanced when I bought new tires (a different employee had told me otherwise) and the problem I'm experiencing is not from the tires but from the road. Nonetheless, Chad got my car up on a rack to check alignment. I never expected a call back so quickly and am very pleased with how this was handled. Sure, I got some bad info from another employee but hey, everyone makes mistakes. It's how we respond to mistakes that make the difference and Chad responded like a champ. I have revised my 3 star rating up to 5 stars and look forward to returning to this location again in the future.

There are very few businesses I've ever patronized that are as exceptional as this Les Schwab. On their wall they have a banner reading, "Doing the right thing matters." They believe this and hold themselves accountable. They are a paragon for exceptional customer service. Thank you to Caleb for exceptional service today.

Good for an emergency but that's it. Took my car in for a brake check a month before a yellowstone trip last year. I was told they were fine by Ashley at the desk. Doubt they even looked at it. A month later I needed new brakes both front and rear. They quoted me over $1000. I get a quote from Nelson's auto for $375. They also sold me a set of 4 tires for my dodge avenger for over $1200 I later googled my brand of tires at other places like commercial tire and they were almost half price. I'm still paying for those way over priced tires. They'll give you a much higher quote if you don't look like a mechanic. I've also heard horror stories if you're a female going there for a quote. Do your research and get quotes from other places? A huge rip off here!!!

Terrible service. Acted as though they could not be bothered to help or as if they weren't even interested in helping us. We have been customers of Les Schwab for over 30 years. We buy all our tires here and get our alignments etc. We came here because we trusted the name and valued their service. The service we received at this location was appalling.

Poor customer service. In my last 4 visits nothing was done as promised. I am hoping that my tire repair actually repairs my tire this time (picking it up later). The on line customer survey doesn't function well.J.D. Powers has no clue what they are talking about. I have discovered this is true for many of their "top rated" businesses.Sadly there is not much option in the area, probably why they are still in business. It's worth TBE 70 mile drive for good service.
