Karl Malone Hailey was exception to work with. They are simple, easy, down to earth people. They made the process of ordering and buying a new vehicle easy, and smooth and never did I feel like I was dealing with sale people just trying to upsell me. Never did I get hassled to buy some add on insurance or added equipment to the truck. Looking forward to working with Karlie and the crew at Karl Malone again someday!

Great experience, they brought me in a vehicle I was interested in from their sister store in Draper, UT. My salesman, Clayton was awesome. The whole staff was great to work with in purchasing a vehicle. I recommend giving them a try for a new or used vehicle.

My experience with the Service Department at Karl Malone Ford has been exceptional. I have a 2021 F-150 PowerBoost. It s a technically complicated truck, to say the least, and seems to come with a few issues. Aside from routine service, it s been in for an assortment of recall and mechanical problems, and the service department at Karl Malone always gets it fixed and back on the road in a timely manner. I ve come to have complete trust and confidence in their ability to properly care for my vehicle and greatly value the peace of mind I have when I drop it off. That is so important! Though everyone I ve encountered there has been very friendly, I want to give a big shout-out to Zack, Kevin, Jessica and Forrest for being so professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with. It s appreciated! I definitely recommend the Service Department at Karl Malone Ford.

I bought a used 2018 Ford Explorer Sport from Karl Malone Ford in Hailey. Best dealership I have worked with! Was a pleasant, positive experience. Drove my Explorer in snow mode this morning, and it was like a little tank. Love it!

Bought an Infintie from them in Oct. Of 2022 and left a 5 star review (sense deleted) drove the car for for 4 mons and the transmission went out. Called them and let them know the issue they told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. They had the car for 7 months, I paid what the warranty didn't cover (or so I thought) the transmission is still not fixed took the car to the infinite dealer in Nampa, ID WELL come to find out they never calibrated the reman transmission with the disc that comes with those transmission ALSO they never finished the claim with the warranty company so the claim was actually closed out. I was on the phone with them to see if there was anything they could help with sense the transmission is still having issues. This has been the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. Were out thousands of dollars and still have a non working car I will probably have to replace the transmission again. I've driven the car a total of 6,000 miles sense I bought it. I would NOT trust their service center. The infinite dealer even tried reaching out to them and was given the run around. Be warned and stay away save yourself the headache.

Wow! Nice improvrmrnts in the service department at Karl Malone Ford in Hailey!Super service and even sent a video that the technician took while inspecting the brakes, tires, and filters, etc . They even vacuumed my car!!!Welcome to the Wood River Valley Karl Malone!!

Wow what a awesome staff at this dealership. Salesperson Karlie Sadorus was just outstanding in helping me with the purchase of my new Bronco. Everyone was friendly, professional, and straight up about the deal negotiated over the phone that eventually got me to drive quite a distance...LOL! Actually the drive was beautiful as well and surroundings of Hailey are picturesque. Anyway my thanks to Karlie for making this deal happen without a hiccup!

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Silver Creek Ford. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and Joe Leedgaard was more than accommodating, especially during this hard time with the virus. After lots of conversation and photos of the Tacoma I was looking at, I made the 4 hour drive up to Idaho. He had the truck ready to view up front with everything sanitized. After the test drive I pointed out a vibration I had noticed and Joe kindly offered to help out. Even after I took the truck and the purchase was complete he still promptly answered my emails. Communication & overall customer service was amazing throughout the entire process, I highly recommend this dealership for your next car buying experience.

Kiann at Karl Malone Ford is a passive aggressive incompetent salesperson. She doesn t know how to display any level of customer service and only values People over Profits. Karl Malone Ford is just another stupid greedy Ford dealership preying on low inventory and current workers strike to inflate their Raptor prices and adding insane mark ups to fill their greasy pockets. There are plenty of Ford dealerships willing to sell at MSRP and realized quickly this wasn t one of them after working with them on my search. Stay away from this nasty dealership as all they care about is lining their pockets with inflated prices. I will share with my Ford and Raptor communities to never consider them for a purchase.

Here s the summary, we never got the truck repaired after 7 months of trying We started in November 2022, our 2019 Ford one ton dually had a small oil leak and was still under warranty. 5 appointments later they have yet to make the repair. The last and final straw was after the truck sat at the service department for over a week; they never even pulled into the shop. We never received phone calls or any communication on progress during any of our appointments. The service department claimed to have a tech quit during our last appointment in May for 2023, however there were 5 people standing in the front office when I finally picked up our truck.We made an appointment every time. We will be taking our truck to Middlekoff Ford or Tadd Jenkins for any and all services. It was exciting to have a dealership locally, until we dealt with them. I just hope we did not do any damage to our truck waiting for them to do their job.
