Great service, fitted a new rear bumper to my truck. Took care of all the little details with fitment and wiring really nicely, and had it done right within the timeframe I'd requested. Great communication too. Highly recommend.

Hailey Auto Clinic is the best in the Wood River Valley. Great team, service and even a nice, clean amd comfortable waiting room. Work was done quickly, completely and at a fair and reasonable cost. I ll return and recommend to any and all!

Literally wouldn't fix the problem I took the car in for. I told them multiple times I wanted a clicking when I was turning to be addressed. They charged me $800 to fix things that didn't address the issue. They even addmitted the car was still soing the same thing I took it in for when i picked it up. Tried charging me another $400 to replace a belt that my friend did in 5 minutes with a $60 part.

Great experience here with the team including Diego and Kylie. They did an amazing job fitting me in while I was travelling and I thought the price was very reasonable for what I needed to have done. Very friendly and great communication too!

I have three older vehicles: a 1985 Ford F250 4X4 pickup truck; a 2000 Ford Expedition XLT; and a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. They all had a lot of work done on them this past Spring 2023 at Hailey Auto Clinic South and all three are currently running just great! In fact, to a large extent, they run like new vehicles. And they will continue to run that way because Hailey Auto Clinic South is my shop and they take care of me and my vehicles like I am part of the family here. I am a "car guy", and my Dad owned a Ford Dealership where I spent a lot of time. Hailey Auto Clinic South and everyone who works there is the best!! Great customer service, fast, reasonably priced, honest, and trustworthy. They were honest about which parts/services were necessary and which were not, and I felt like I could trust them. Awesome service, took me in and got it done quick. Gave me an inspection after not a lot of other shops do that. Topped off my coolant without me asking. Awesome crew and very kind. Will highly recommend will be going there for all my vehicles from now on!

We were on vacation and the check engine came on . They diagnosed and fixed that.. also spotted safety problems and fixed those. Felt much safer and confident to go back traveling! We were passing through and had to make an emergency stop here. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot, in a storm, out in their parking lot. Great people! Great service! Highly recommend!

Hailey Auto Clinic is hands down the best garage in the Sun Valley area! I've had significant work done on my old Subaru Outback (1999 & over 375,000 miles, with new engine). Ryan is not only a first class mechanic but is very experienced, capable & I feel very lucky to have him working on my car. Tucker & Tanya are so helpful, kind & efficient. I would not hesitate in highly recommending HAC. We were traveling through the area when we had car trouble. Every shop I called said three weeks out, but Hailey Auto Clinic got us in that day, diagnosed the issue, order the part and had us back on the road the next day. The customer service was top-notch. I have visited Hailey Auto Clinic in Woodside a number of times. The people are ALWAYS very polite and helpful. They have a shuttle service if you need to do errands while your vehicle is being serviced or if you would like to hang out while you are waiting they have a mini,free, snack bar!!!Plus they run different specials all year long!!!Excellent service, oil change special and a free snack bar!!! We ve taken our vehicles to Hailey Auto south three times in the last month for different issues. Each time they ve been courteous, positive and professional, and timely - even identifying items we were not aware of and providing estimates of the additional work should we choose to do it. Hailey Auto Clinic did a wonderful job !!They saved our family holiday trip from disaster by getting our car fixed in a day!! A near miracle!! We started our trip from Sun Valley to Big Sky in a winter storm, a few mins later realized the left windshield wiper was not working. Searched on Google and found this place which was very conveniently located. They met us with smiling faces, showed us the customer waiting area which was sparkling clean with many refreshments. They have fixed our problem within a matter of minutes and we were back on our way! And they haven t charged us anything saying it was an easy fix. They are experts at what they do and they are very modest about it. I would recommend this place to anyone local or visitors like us.Service: General repairs

Super great, good availability and able to help me figure out what is going on with my cars both times I ve been in! Even let me come in back and showed me all the things going on with the car while it was on the lift so I felt like I understood all the how s and why s of what was going on with my car. super fair pricing. My car just died in the middle of the road 3 times. This was the fault of another mechanic out of Shoshone. Called AAA and a tow truck came. While my car was on the truck got turned away from 3 different garages. Tow truck drove me to Hailey Auto Clinic where Tanya got my car in the garage within 15 minutes. The mechanic repaired this easy fix within 5 minutes. They went above and beyond to get me driving again. So I highly recommend the awesome team at Hailey Auto Clinic on Woodside!!!!!Service: General repairs

Hailey Auto Clinic was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and what an incredible recommendation that was! I have been to them for a general inspection and for a brake job- each time they tried their hardest to get things done in a timely manner and treated me like family! I am a 23 year old girl and am often intimidated to get work done on my car, thinking that maybe the mechanic might try to take advantage of me- not the case here, I have never felt more comfortable!!! Flat tire on my way into town. Fist thing in the morning I called to see if I could schedule and they said come right in! Found a screw in tire and repaired it right away. No trouble. No upselling . Just fast and super courteous service. Waiting area very nice. Fantastic experience! Lived in the Valley 20 years. First, but not last, visit to them. This is my third visit to this business. The ease of use and the terrific staff makes auto repair and maintenance an easy matter from scheduling to completion of the work. The waiting room has hot and cold beverages and some light snacks. Staff is very nice, the communication is excellent and the pricing is very competitive, if not better in some areas, then other similar auto shops.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Brake service & repair

Update:The owner took great pains to call me and try to make things right for the issues mentioned below. I appreciate his level of customer service, and even thought he mechanic made a mistake, his level of care and concern is such that this won't happen often. I'm raising my 1-star review to 3 stars based solely on his follow-up on this issue.I took a vehicle in for a used vehicle inspection, with the idea that if it came back with a good inspection, I would purchase the car. After the inspection, I was told that there was very little wrong with the vehicle, other than needing a battery replacement, some fluids changed, and a slight oil leak around the timing cover. After purchasing the vehicle based on the good inspection, I took the vehicle to my own mechanic and found out that the leak around the timing cover is coolant and not oil. That means, the leak is not coming from the timing cover, but either through a crack in the block or from a bad valve gasket. This was a pretty big miss on their part and I purchased a vehicle with a $5,000 repair bill as a result.
