Great experience. The tow truck driver showed up immediately to tow my vehicle. Their repair shop dropped everything they were doing and repaired my car in a timely fashion. They were very courteous and professional and in no time I was on my way. I would very highly recommend Dick York's Auto Service & Towing. Thank you again to all the staff for the wonderful service.

We had a great experience at Dick York Automotive. We went there on one od the snowiest days in the last decade and got prompt, friendly, and excellent service during one if their busiest times. Heidi and Clay were great!

I had a very good experience with the service technician that AAA had sent out from Dick York's Auto Service yesterday to change my tire after a day in the back country. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. I would use them again.

My old Subaru just couldn't handle multiple days in 0 degree temperatures. Dick York's looked at my coolant leak and repaired it within a few hours, ready for my drive home the next day. Courteous, professional, and we were lucky to have a great repair shop in an unfamiliar place.

Mechanics shops have become too expensive but this guy's got my tire balance the way it should be. Not like less lesswab they suck

Worst experience I've had with a company as a whole. The response time wasn't TOO terrible but when I called the dispatcher was rude and held a nasty tone from the first words she said. While waiting for the driver to show I watched him pull onto the street I was on, he didn't see me within the first 3 seconds since I was a block away, then turned around and drove off. The driver made no effort to make sure that I wasn't sitting in a freezing car a block away from the 50 foot section of road he briefly checked.

I broke down outside Ketchum towing an RV trailer with my Dodge Cummings. These great folks helped me limp on to their lot, spending two nights "living"in my trailer, while they delved deeply into the Cumming's, no task for the unready as you'd better know what you're doing taking one of those apart! Besides the entire crew could not have been any nicer, more polite and considerate. The bill was actually less than I expected. If I live around Sun Valley/Ketchum/Hailey York's would be my "go to shop" without any question. Yes, a totally satisfactory experience, especially in a tourist town!

Very rude driver. Never said hi or talked the whole time (me and my wife were very uncomfortable), called AAA for the service. The driver made me look for my card and threatened to charge, even though I had already given my info to AAA. Then made me prove who I was by asking for I.D. Terrible experience I will wait for an out of town tow before ever using this company.

Our car was making a terrible noise (picked up a rock, apparently) and the folks at Dick Yorks had it up on the lift in 5 minutes to take care of the problem. Very friendly and efficient.

Dick Yorks Auto Service, is impressive. New flat bed tow trucks. Also a new medium duty tow truck. Clean, dependable, with a 15 min. response time.

We were stuck in Stanley in 13 degree weather, the only number I had in my phone that was helpful was 911 and they told me to call these guys, whoever answered was basically like we aren t coming so good luck-
