Thank you so much for getting us in quickly and taking care of us. Amazing customer service! Fair prices. Very trustworthy.We had hit something in the highway and we re dragging something.. they helped us out and got us back on the road fast. Lindsay and his son were so amazing when our car started having engine trouble about 20 minutes outside of Hagerman (which we'd never heard of before). They were able to fix our van in just a few hours and help us be on our way by 5 pm. They even went over to Twin Falls to get the parts we needed. And the price was not nearly as high as we thought it would be! Thank you so much for being there and doing such a marvelous job!!Service: Engine repair

I contacted 3 different companies to have my GMC Duramax head gaskets replaced. Jasmine gave me a verbal quote over the phone, schedule me in within 2 days, and with a completion date of 3 weeks. Not wanting to damage my truck more I needed to contact a tow truck company to tow over 30 miles to his shop. While I was out of town for work he said he would come to my house and pick it up. I left the keys on the seat and he did the rest. Once Lindsay diagnosed the truck and confirmed it was the head gaskets needing replaced the verbal quote stayed the same, knowing once the motor was disassembled additional repairs might be needed.3 days prior to the completion date he called to explain everything that had been completed and what was left to do. Knowing I added few items that needed done and an unexpected additional repair with the head gaskets I was in shock with an additional 800.00. Lindsay worked with me to lower as close to the original bid, within 200.00! And didn t even charge for the tow. Unbelievable service, the truck is working perfect, and done in 3 weeks. I caught myself stranded with a dead battery just outside of town. I called Call explained my situation and asked for help. Within minutes, help arrived with jumper cables. 30 seconds later my truck had been jumped! I offered to pay for the service, even offered the guy who came, cash for the service. He declined and said he was happy to help.Great service by a great company. Will definitely remember that, and send them business.Thanks Call Automotive!!!Service: Battery

A gentleman and his father were both forthcoming and friendly when car trouble led us off the beaten path to their shop. Others in the area were too booked to check out our truck, but these guys triaged the situation and got us taken care of and back on the road. Call Automotive is hand down the BEST auto body shop around the nation! I used to go there when I was in High School Constantly for every vehicle my grandpa or I had he even brought my quad back to life a time or two when no one else could! The owner is honest, hard working, and very trust worthy with your investment and takes good care of it no matter what fastest oil changes I used to travel 4 hours just to get my oil changed because I didn t trust anyone else to do it for the longest time! Unfortunately I now live 16 hours away but I wish I had that shop where ever I went if you re in the gooding county area or even in twin falls or Jerome this is your go to shop! For anything and everything!

Amazing service. Was last minute broken down and stayed open late to wait up for me. Quickly problem silved to find my car's issue and had it fixed the next day. Gave wholesome explanations, showed me physically and recommended local places to stay at for the night. Highly recommend.
