my son wrecked his car at 430 am. AAA was so hard to work with and they didn t get us a tow truck until they said at 10am. I went home and called AAA again at 10 since I had t heard from them. they assigned Dales Rescue Towing to me. I asked for a number to call as AAA couldn t even locate the area the car had been wrecked. when I called Dales he just had me text him the pinned location my son has sent me. finally at 11:40am (Dales did have to drive over 70 miles to get to me so he was really good at letting me know this) he showed up to get the car that was pretty wedged in a ditch. he got it out in no time was super nice to me and my son. once was back at my house he even put a different tire on the car for us so we didn t have to try to jack the car up since the rim was broke and a hack might not have even fit under the car. I was really impressed and hope if I have to use AAA again that they send him!!!Services: Car towing, Tire change

Wes from Dale s Rescue was a life saver today. We were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat. He overcame some challenges replacing our donut and even called Les Schwab to check to see if they had the tire we needed. He was amazing and so nice!! Just made it to Les Schwab before they closed.

Broke down leaving Graingeville on the way to Boise. AAA linked me up with Wes / Dale's Rescue. Super quick service, he was there way faster than I would have thought possible for that part of Idaho. Really great guy, personable and careful with loading and unloading our car. New and clean rollback trailer. Safe / professional tie downs. Quick delivery of our car that evening to a shop 100 miles away in Moscow.Any time you break down, it's a bummer, but getting a tow/flatbed from Wes was a treat.Service: Car towing

Dale's Rescue came out far into the mountains on a snowy night for a lockout job.Can't say enough good things about them. Friendly, professional and came right back when another problem arose.Save the number in your phone!

I hit a deer on an Idaho state highway. Wes was a wonderful driver and was extremely helpful. I needed a ride back to Lewiston from Grangeville and he connected me to his mother. She and her husband opened the business and Wes took over when his father passed.Connie was an angel, I don t normally enjoy spending time with people I don t know. But within 10 minutes she felt like family. I have recently lost my husband and after an hour talking to someone who has been through the same thing that I have was uplifting.My service all the way through was wonderful in an extremely frustrating situation.Thank you, Wes,And THANK YOU Connie for being such a fantastic human.Service: Car towing

Wes of Dales Rescue Towing really knows his stuff. Stand up guy. Most towing companies find out ways to pad their costs because the services they offer usually are delivered under crisis situations. Not this company.

GPS took us up the mountain into Lolo creek with a 40ft trailer. We had to drop the trailer on Lolo creek because the trailer was too big for the road.We called Dale's Rescue Towing and that same night they went out there and managed to swing the trailer around and get it out after 10 hours. It took them all night but they got it done.If you need a tow or any help definitely call them they are the best.

My transfer case gave up the ghost and I was literally stranded out of town. I bought a used case from Wes for less than 1/8 of what I was finding locally. Turns out it had the wrong input shaft and instead of just taking it back in return Wes swapped out the shafts for me and that is no small task. I can say I haven't gotten customer service like that ever especially buying used parts. Made a new friend and I'm back on the road.Thank you Wes you really saved my bacon

He dropped what he was doing to tow our truck on a weekend when it broke down.The owner went above and beyond to help us out.When he realized that we d likely be stranded until Monday, when the shops opened, he lent me tools to fix the truck and helped us find a replacement part to get down the road. Saved the road trip.He didn t even ask for anything beyond the original tow amount that he quoted on the phone.

Broke down on the road to Elk City. Wes showed up promptly, loaded up my 2500 Suburban. We met his Long haul driver Jerry and he hauled my 2500 Suburban 200 miles to Stevensville MT In short order. Wes saved our vacation. Our Toyota broke down late evening near Grangeville and we were stuck. I called Dale's rescue towing following a Google search. Over the phone West diagnosed what he believed to be the problem; we threw a serpentine belt. Wes promptly arrived and hauled us to his wrecking yard to take a closer look. Unfortunately it was a broken water pump that threw the belt. Wes looked for the part in his wrecking yard and told us he could repair the van in the morning. He then drove us into town to get a hotel. The following day, West repaired the van. It was a big job that took most of the day. Was assured us that we will be back on the road soon. He said that he only takes on jobs that he can guarantee a quality repair. When the job was complete, I was shocked at the low price. I tried to tip him but he refused. Wes really cared about our family and our well being. We were able to continue our vacation and the van ran great. We can't take West enough for all of his help. I would recommend Dale's rescue towing to anyone with auto troublesService: Car towing

Found myself stranded just south of Riggins. Wes was prompt & professional. And most importantly, fair! Had to be towed to Coeur d'Alene & his long haul driver Fish was just as professional. Good people!

Wes saved me big time! I got a flat tire and went to change it, I realized my last mechanic kept the key lock to remove my tires. I was at Seven Devil's Campground, which is 65 miles away from the shop in Grangeville. It is about an hour down a dirt road, which gains 6,000ft in elevation! I was very lucky to find service to call for help. I wasn't sure if a mechanic would even be willing to drive up that road. Wes came out at 3:30am and had to return the following day with more tools. We were getting low on food and he offered to bring us some. This could have been a really bad situation and I'm indebted to Wes for helping us.Service: Tire change

My car broke down just out side of grangeville in august heat we had lost a wheel bearing Wes showed up on the tow truck took me n my family back to the yard where he said he had the parts and went above and beyond had it fixed in just a couple hours I was back on the road and headed home at just a fraction of what a shop would have charged in such short order it was amazing and I couldn t be more thankful!!! Dale had speciality parts for an old trailer wheel that nobody else had. He also did some custom welding to repair a lug stud that was damaged and it worked great. Dale really helped me out of a bind at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business.

Jerry drove me and my car (that decided it wouldn't start) 238 miles across Idaho right to my mechanic near my house. Jerry was careful with my car, drove safely but fast enough, and was good company along the way. They worked with my AAA membership so that most of the trip was paid for. Great service and they saved me from what could have been vastly more expensive if I couldn't have gotten the car and myself home.Service: Long distance hauling

My car's serpentine belt came off and we got stranded on the side of the road. A police officer called Dale's Rescue Towing and they picked us up a little while later. They immediately knew what the problem was and called a local mechanic to see if they could get us in and fix it. He offered to come pick us up and take us to a hotel if it wasn't fixable that night. They went above and beyond for us and I'm forever grateful

Our truck, RV trailer and 2 dogs were stranded on White Bird grade s/o Grangeville. Wes from Dale's Towing responded quickly within minutes and drove us to town. Jerry (Fish) then towed us the remaining 65 miles to Lewiston and parked us right next to our front door. Both were kind, respectful, professional and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They made an unpleasant event a most pleasurable memory. And honorable mention goes to Astro the wonder dog. Dale's Towing was awesome

Look elsewhere.Very rude. Didn't even let me explain the problem." Cut the talk".Doesn't have any phone manners at all.Also way more expensive than other local services that were courteous and did a great job.I'm never calling Wes again.

He came and picked up my boyfriend and I out by gospel peak and towed my car back to my house in Kamiah and everything was good until when it came time to pay, we were having some trouble running my card but I let him have my card info and told him if it did not work by Monday I d call the bank and meet him in Grangeville. I checked my bank account Sunday and it said it went through but was pending, which is normal and can take a couple days to come through. He called me Monday wondering where I was, I told him I checked my bank and that it was pending so I wasn t worried about it, he freaked out on me saying that wasn t true and he was gunna send me to collections and I d go to jail and a bunch of other empty threats. I called my bank and even had the lady call him to reassure him that it went through and might take a few days. I sent him a message with my bank snapshots and how I didn t appreciate him accusing me of not paying and how he was being unprofessional, I wasn t the nicest about it either, but he then responded with a threat that he would be waiting for me and my monkey boyfriend out in the parking lot, I ended up calling the police because he knows where I live and I have a small child, and you can never be too safe. I know people want and need to get paid, but that was a very, very unprofessional way to go about things and would not recommend him.
