Had to replace both batteries in my diesel pickup, and it was cold and snowy. The guy comes out and put them both in for me. Thank you so much.

So I went to the location at 885 grant road in Tucson. I asked if the had someone capable of turning rotors. The manager lady was disrespectful and rude, told me all her drivers were gone and it would take hours to do. So I went and got rotors, dropped 2 of them off to go get the other 2 and as I was removing she called to tell me the cutting tips were all broken and could not do them. I ve been in this business for 30 plus years and have never seen or even hear of that happening. I could tell she did not want to do them from the start. It s her job. I ve been turned away for this service a number of times from this store all for various reasons non of which were true probably. I don t know how she got to be manager get but being rude and disrespectful won t help business. I ll take mine else where from now on. If she does not want to do the job she gets paid for fine.
