I had a high pressure hose mended.The service attendant was less than personable, and did not complete the job. I had to tighten the ends myself.When I mentioned this to some friends of mine, they all agreed that this particular employee is kind of a jurk, and also the reason why they don't do business there.

Middle of a snowstorm and my wipers weren't helping at all. I pulled off the highway, and a gentleman helped me from start to finish. I didn't even need to ask him to install them for me! Awesome service!

Had to stop in for a new wiper blade, ours literally flew off the car (ice broke it) on the highway. The staff was so wonderful! They looked up the wiper information and found the correct size in stock! Plus they offered to help attach it for us, which was very helpful because it was tricky. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here.

My car had a dead battery near the outside of town on a weekday. I don t live in this area, so I googled the closest place I could buy a battery and I saw it didn t close until 5:30. It was a little after 5 so I knew I could make it there on foot before they closed. I got there around 5:15 and saw 1 guy leaving-and there were no other cars. The place was closed!

My battery died and I coasted from I-84 to their parking lot. They put a new battery (at a very good price) in my truck and I was on my way. Nicest & most helpful staff. Thank you!

Over priced. No prices on products. Got you by the balls when in desperate situation. Closes other auto parts is 25 miles away.
