My husband and I saw a vehicle on line Sunday evening, so Monday morning we went to look at. The car was super clean, and what we were looking for. The Ozzy crew was very friendly, professional, and polite. The process of buying the car was easy, fast, and seamless. We were in and out in less than a hour. Thank you Ozzy's Car CO.

We recently purchased a car for our oldest daughter who is in her early twenties and we had a great experience with Ozzy and his crew. The car we bought was in great condition and they gave us a warranty in case there were issues after the fact (we haven't had any.) We didn't haggle over the price as we felt it was fairly priced as is. We had gotten financing before we arrived but my daughter had apparently not completed the application all the way and she didn't have the letter we needed to finalize her loan. It was late on Saturday so we couldn't deal with it until the following Monday but Ozzy and his crew were incredibly patient while we tried to solve the problem with our lender, then got us hooked up with one of their lenders so we could get out the door that afternoon. On Monday we were able to go back to our original lender (with whom we had a better rate.)Needless to say we were in the dealership for quite a while and ended up working with a couple of different salesmen there but they worked together as a team to make sure we were well taken care of. My daughter was working with Yuri over the phone and he was there to help us when we arrived for our test drive and again when we returned later after deciding to purchase the vehicle and he was very professional and not pushy at all. During our whole car buying experience there was no pressure at all and Ozzy was on hand to oversee our purchase and help as needed because his crew was pretty busy that day. One of the best car buying experiences I have had and it was a great first experience buying a car for my daughter as well. Especially since I had spent a lot of time prepping her and warning her how most dealerships worked. I think Ozzy goes out of his way to look for used cars that are already in decent shape and he has a service team to there to look them over and take care of issues prior to listing and he was willing to provide service after the sale if needed. By operating ethically, with a great sales crew and without pressure he ensures his success. We have another daughter stepping into the car market and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Thanks to Dan and the gang, online prequalifying was a cinch, had a new car in less than an hour!Even with credit, that s total dog water, Dan made it affordable, with very little money down .The only dealership we could find a car with 71,000 miles or less!!He even extended a complementary warranty for 90 days to ensure the starter has no real issues, and did not pay sticker price.Go see Dan and tell them Frankie J sent ya!

I purchased an Isuzu Trooper from these guys. Biggest POS for way too much. Paid 7k and it didn t last a year and I had transmission problems. I took it to them to see if they d buy it back and it also had a head gasket issue, they sold it to me like that one guy was about to buy it from me and Ozzy saw it he wanted to scan it right away. He knew there were issues with it when he sold it to me. It sat in my driveway for a year so I only used for 1 year out of the 2 years I owned it. They were going to offer me 2k and ended up not wanting to buy it back and they still had the nerve to tell me I could get more than that on marketplace. I wouldn t do that to anyone!!!! Do not buy from these people!!! Ozzy is a crook

This has been by far my best experience ever purchasing a car. I was hesitant to buy another vehicle at a used car dealership, but they had the exact car I was looking for. All I have got to say is that these people Ozzy Dan and Kross have been really awesome went in as a customer, and I feel like I left there as a friend. We didn't even talk about cars. We talk about family and diets, all kinds of stuff, and even other customers. I overheard their conversations, and they are talking about golf and stuff. These guys weren't concerned about selling a car they're there to understand your situation and make a friend out of you.Thank you, Ozzy group, for being so understanding.

This was a long time coming sorry Kross and Ozzy. I ended up seeing them last month because despite working hard on my credit and having at certain points having at least 2000 down, no other car company could work with me to get me into a vehicle. I went down to them and they initially were going to get me into a newer vehicle that fits my price range, i was in the market for a truck however, i knew i couldn't really afford the payments even if i was approved for a loan. Anyways i did test drive the vehicle and was going to get so i could start making payments and hopefully later on after some good on time payments get approved for a vehicle that i wanted. After the test drive I was shown a truck that had just come in on trade, it was clean had a few simple quirks for how old the vehicle was but nothing major the vehicle was very clean and 99% of everything still worked normally. So they in the end got me into a vehicle i was originally in the market for, at a good price and a great monthly payment. I highly recommend Ozzy's if you are in the market for good vehicles at good prices even if your credit isn't the best. They will work hard to get you what you want and get the right payments. They are super friendly and super helpful

Bought a used car there today. Our financial situation hasn't been the greatest because we have a medically complex son.Overall, really happy with their help in picking out a car and with their professionalism. Car definitely has its quirks but it's an older and a used car so I'm not surprised. Just grateful it'll work for a few years and get our son to all his appts (including some out of state ones)

We were looking for a small pickup or SUV and drove a couple of different ones that we decided to pass on. Yuri was patient and easy-going during the process and we settled on a nice little Nissan Frontier. I would recommend them! Fair prices and easy to deal with! So far so good!

Gotta tell ya the guys over at Ozzys Car Company are a great group to buy from. Found a perfect truck at a great price and from the moment I arrived on their lot I was treated like they knew me. The whole buying process was very laid back. I highly recommend buying from Ozzys! Thanks for making it so easy! Other dealerships were trying to sell me a lessor vehicle for a lot more money, no no no....not at Ozzys Car Company.. Shout out to Devin, he rocks!

I went into Ozzie's to ask questions on a car that I needed. Don't have the best credit, put in a application and in minutes I was approved. Got in a good car at a good price and was driving away with in an hour or so. I recommend for anyone needing a car to go see Ozzy's Car Co. Friendly service and will get a great car at a great price. Brought my daughter there to buy her first car. Ozzy met us at the door with a smile, a handshake, and drinks. He was kind, patient, easy-going, and a pleasure to work with. Brandon and Malachai were exceptionally pleasant. The entire experience was low-pressure and enjoyable. There was a small issue with the truck and Ozzy's mechanic fixed it on the spot.Definitely bringing my younger daughter back in 2 years for her first car.

Such a wonderful experience. As someone in customer service and sales I have high expectations. Yuiry picked me up at my house at 8:15 in the morning on his day off and had me in and out in no time. He knew I had to be at work by 10 am and he helped me pick my car the day prior according to my needs, budget and credit. At 9:30 AM I showed up to work with a new car and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ozzy's for anyone who needs a vehicle and is not in the best situation. I certainly wasn't but they found a way. Bought a 2007 Toyota Highlander yesterday and had an amazing experience. We live in midvale so it was a 2 hour drive for us but so worth it. Yuri (I hope I m spelling that right) was amazing. He sent us on our way as quick as possible and made the process smooth and painless. Thank you guys!

We have been looking for a car for 3 weeks. And been to many small dealers up and down Chinden. Ozzie's was unique in that Ozzie greeted us at the door and thanked us for coming in. It was very busy but I think everyone there felt valued and appreciated for coming in. One couple said that they had held a car for them till they could get there. Our salesman was very helpful, showing us only the cars in our price. We ended up not buying from them, but definitely would go back if there was something that checked all the boxes.

We were told there had been lots of $$$ put into this used vehicle, they promised they would get us the paperwork and history of receipts. Finally after 2 months, numerous phone calls with Ozzy himself, he sent us records/receipts only to find out the $$$ put into it was repairs from an accident as it was all body damage, which never showed up on the carfax they printed for us. Since our purchase we have had to replace the turbo, thermostat, water pump, brakes and now the catalytic converter is bad! I reached out to Ozzy for costs to repair these items and he won t even respond. He is a nice guy but not true to his word. I will not recommend this car lot to anyone.

I want to give this car company a 5 star review and here s why. They were very greeting as I walk through the door with smiles and beverages. Dan and his coworker were very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. But only having the car for a short period of time I started having problems with my clutch. Noted we did not have an agreement to where they would have to fix my car other than word of mouth. But they had lived up to their agreement and decided to help me fix my car. So I am very grateful, and God bless Ozzy s car company.

We stopped by Ozzy s because they had the car we had been looking for. We had an excellent experience while purchasing our car. We felt no pressure or obligation to buy. After a great test drive we started the negotiation and arrived at a price and payment I was extremely happy with. The whole experience lasted less than two hours. I highly recommend buying from Ozzy s and will again myself if the need arises. And oh by the way ask for Dan!

Please buy from Ozzy!!! He was so helpful when a repair for the car I bought wasn t covered by the warranty I purchased. He offered to take care of it. I can t imagine any other company bothering to take care of their customers long after their purchase.

Full disclosure here. My credit is in the toilet and financing a vehicle was a fever dream but with winter on us, I had to take a shot. I m still in shock that I m now driving to work this morning instead of biking in below freezing temperatures.Devin and Dan were amazing to work with and made me feel like I actually had a shot. They answered my questions honestly and without reservation. They also represented the vehicle I was looking at as being exactly what it is and gave me full disclosure on it, that s integrity. The atmosphere of the place was that of a social gathering rather than a business transaction with absolutely no pressure to buy. I will gladly take my business there again and have no qualms about referring friends and family to them.
