Completely awesome! They work on Mercedes. saved me a trip to Boise. Needed an oil change and both the owner and the receptionist were amazing and very friendly. Really quick service. I will definitely be going back.

This Mechanic is very skilled at both diagnosing and repairing the issues with your vehicle as well as having very reasonable rates. Awesome people to have met and associated with. Brooke in the office is truly amazing and a God send!!!

Brought my truck in undamaged and received it damaged. I went straight to work and home after picking it up. No one at my place of employment has a white vehicle and there is no damage. I have an open lot pretty much to park my truck at home. They are claiming they had nothing to do with it. Lack of integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Funny how my truck is damaged after taking it to this pos shop. Do not waste your time or money of this joke of a business.

Kept my vehicle for two month trying to fix it, throwing ever part at it and when u finally got it the cask was wasted. You think after that long they would at least fix when they broke but the owner says it don't work that way.. wood

Zero stars are correct, I should of dug a little deeper before taking my car to wicked wrench. They are VERY rude to say the least. If you enjoy profanity and being disrespected then you found the right place.They had my car eight working days and I had to tow it out myself (still not running) but not before paying $986 for a tune-up (cap, rotor, coil, plugs and wires)The mechanics they hire are to young and not experienced enough to troubleshoot there being no spark.So my car goes to a honest to goodness Mechanics shop, and they find the problem in Under one hour. The distributor is not turning, he puts it out and all the teeth are worn-off.Save your money and your self respect- Not worth the hassle.And NO this is not a scam ~ unfortunately I'm a actually costumer with regrets about wicked wrench in Fruitland.

The first contact was with the owner's. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and they made me very comfortable. I was able to understand exactly what was needed and why!! It all went well!!!!

I just want to start off by saying the owners of this shop and their team of mechanics are amazing! I called to see about getting a coolant leak repaired, and they got me in right away! My issue was resolved immediately and my Jeep ended up needing a few other services also that were all done within 2 days time. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs or even upgrades to their vehicle. I will definitely be back for any of my future needs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

This is the best shop I ve found in Treasure Valley. I moved here about 3 years ago and have been looking for my go to shop with no luck, until now. If you have a Jeep, come here!! Brandon & Brooke were able to squeeze me in at the last minute on the same day. They have impeccable customer service and are beyond knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me anything I didn t need and they are truly one of the best shops I ve ever worked with. They even left me a thank you gift in my car after the service, which was very thoughtful and I appreciate businesses going above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here! Was driving cross country, and started experiencing massive drops in fuel efficiency. Wicked Wrench got me in same day, assessed my situation, procured the needed parts in town and repaired my engine within a few hours, at a lower cost than they originally quoted me. 10/10 recommend Wicked Wrench! We were traveling back home to Wyoming & had some car trouble. Brooke was amazing and took care of us right away! They fixed the problem the next day so we could continue home & even left a goodie bag in the front seat. Went to another shop and they gave me the complete wrong info(i think in a bid to get me to spend more money) then came into this shop and the staff was polite knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like i was just dollar signs. did a great job as well, was fast and also let me know what was possibly going to be an issue in the future. plus the financing option took so much stress and anxiety off my chest. would definitely recommend them to family, friends and even strangers!

I had taken my 2020 4runner to another shop for a noise it was making (this said place did not fix it) however, when I left there I had 2 more issues which left error messages on my dash. I stopped by Wicked Wrench didn't have to wait long at all. Their techs were so helpful and able to clear my dash and errors I was receiving. I'll be going to Wicked Wrench to get my original problem fixed!This is the 2nd time using Wicked Wrench and they have always treated us well and very fair, if not under charge for their services!!! I went in to get a tuneup and transmission service, oil change, and cabin filter change Brooke and Brandon were a delight to work with and considerably lower in cost then a local competitor even with a new battery I didn t realize I needed. By noticing I needed the new battery they prevented me from breaking down somewhere. They even fixed a stuck seat belt I didn t tell them about. This was my first time going to there shop they will be my go to shop from now on.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery

This is exactly what a small town shop should. clean, friendly and professional, the owners Brandon and Brooke were so helpful. I was in a tight spot and they helped me out. They were absolutely amazing. My Son s truck was, it seemed at the time was on its last leg. Couple of easy fixes and Bam back on the road. Wicked Wrench has worked on both of my cars. What impressed me the most is how thorough they were in diagnosing the problems I was having with the cars. They showed me exactly what needed to be corrected, fixed the problems and did it at a very reasonable price. The staff at wicked is very professional when it comes to working on your vehicle they do everything necessary to get you going and if necessary will go above and beyond to find what's wrong to get your vehicle going if you need a place to take your vehicle I recommend this repair shop very much

Horrible attitude! Brooke has the worst attitude towards people. When you're working at a business you should treat everybody like your momma is watching you! You lost a potential customer due to having no manners or respect towards other people. This person is rude, hot tempered and cuts people off when they're trying to speak. Throws her hands up in the air like a child. If you're working for a business you should always treat everyone who walks through that do with respect and a potential customer. This was very poor of you to represent this business like that that.

I called for a quote on some repairs I needed, Brooke and I payed phone tag for a little bit. When I was finally able to speak with Brooke, she was very professional and informative. I did not end up getting the work done, but I appreciate the information I was given.

Brooke is TERRIBLE! Very rude, horrible customer service. Represents this business poorly. Extreme hot head that won't let you speak. ZERO STARS!!!!Edit to reply: while you are on the company property and on the clock you should treat everybody who walks through that for with respect and manners. You are representing that company. Everyone is a future customer and should be treated with your customer service or really people skills.
