The staff was real great. The manuals Recommended service was due on my Subaru. And I already knew that. And the staff let me know About the service needed. That is just the way they are with me. They let me know what I need. And I appreciate the men working on these vehicles. They really take care of all my needs. Carrying folks at Jiffy Lube.

Very communicative, super fast service... tire rotation, oil change, and air filters replaced in under 30 minutes. Probably the best Jiffy Lube I have been to in Boise!

They will try to upsell you on a lot of services you may not have expected, but do quick, capable work.Bring a fat wallet and leave with a well maintained vehicle and peace of mind.

My contact person was Anthony who was extremely helpful. He helped me understand how the coupons worked, the best way to use them, etc. He actually helped on a transmission issue, which I would have no idea about lol. In this case this was a transmission tube for the dipstick. I guess everybody else knows to check those for pinpoint leaks right? Lol.Point is, there's no way I could have known why I was getting a slow transmission leak but for the grace of Anthony!Everybody else was courteous professional and helpful. I mean when I go to a jiffy lube I expect an upsell. And a lot of the things are things that I know I need so it doesn't bother me in the slightest. As a matter of fact knowing the things that we need to maintain, make a local place like this, even if it is a chain, a go to place to take care of vehicles with the fluids and such.

Service with a smile doesn't even cover how well they treat customers. They informed me every step of the way and even when I said they didn't have to vacuum because my kids are messy they still made the front of my car look great. Been going for years and will only use them.

Had a rock chip repaired that happened on my way into town. When I pulled up they had just finished with another customer and got us right in.About 10 minutes or so later he was finished and it only cost me 30 dollars.They do not guarantee that the chip won't continue to spread so I hope I don't have any problems because I can still see one leg of the star pattern that I didn't notice until the sun hit it just right on the way home.I don't remember being able to see any of the star pattern when I have had chips repaired in the past, but it was a mobile repair company that did repairs and replacements only.The service here was fast and friendly.

It was fast and easy and they checked my friends honda over did what was necessary letting my friend know what was being done to her car. She paid and we left.

Manager Anthony and mechanic Jerry as well as all the other staff at this location were absolutely amazing!I was from out of town and was having issues with my fuel system. Denny took the time to talk to me and help me understand what was potentially going on. They help me feel much more comfortable about the problem I was having and helped to fix it. They did it super quick and we re super professional and the price was a little bit lower than what I was expecting. I can t thank you all enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I only stopped in to barrow a pair of pliers to fix my dogs tag that had came off but the guys were so helpful and polite even though I wasn't there actually for any of the services they offer. Made me feel very confident they would be a great team very trustworthy to work on my car any time !

I took my car here for a simple oil change. I was told there is an oil leak so I scheduled an appointment with my mechanic, there was no oil leak and my car was 1 quart low on oil. How does that happen in a 1 week time span. I will never use them again. I did go back though and demanded a full refund which (David was very good about and did give a full refund).

Loved my service from this location. The people had great customer service skills, did the services quickly, and did them well. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. They put air in my tires, did an inspection, and vacuumed my floors. Thank you.

I took my car here for an oil change and was satisfied with the service on the oil change. However, I was told by the technician that my front brake pads were at 3mm and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. After calling around for a few price quotes I made an appointment at the dealership in Ontario to have the pads changed. When I took it in, the dealer told me that the pads were fine (at 6mm) and had about half of their life left. I also took it in to a dealership in Boise to have a third opinion, and they likewise told me that the pads were about half worn and did not need replacement. I can t help but feel that I was lied to by the technicians at Jiffy Lube in an attempt to get me to pay for new pads at their shop.

My experience start to finish was HORRIBLE. I called for a quote on a tune up and breaks and set an appointment. When arriving for services the manager tried to turn me away because I was 15 min late for my appointment (even tho I called explaining I live 45 min away and would be late but was told that they could still fit me in) the manager was rude but reluctantly honored what his employee told me.They did not order the breaks nor did they order the correct parts to perform the tune up.. I was there a total of approximately 4 hours due to them needing to get the correct parts and breaks. Three days later my car started acting up, they refused to look at it so when taking it to a legitimate machanic they determined the only half of the tune up was preformed and used they wrong type of oil for my vehicle.If only my experience was over at that point. Just Two months after replacing all of my breaks with jiffy lube they were grinding metal on metal and also grinded the rotors down. The mechanic that fixed it said that with out a doubt it was at fault of the machanic at jiffy lube. When taking a written testimony from the machanic, the grinded down rotors and break pads to the manager he said he was unsure what he could do due to no record of me receiving services with in the system but would talk to the owner. Two weeks later after multiple attempts of contact they finally determined my information was faulsly input in the system and said a check would be sent out for only a portion of the expense. When acquiring on the time frame of receiving the check the manager stated that the check would be sent out quicker if my low star review was amended. The people representing this company are not people I will ever trust again, and anyone that does is likely to regret it as I do.
