Really enjoyed our time here, the staff is very friendly & everything was clean. Casino was nice, lots of electronic games. No food, drink, or smoking on the floor (yeah!). Went to the bar for a beer, that was a mistake for a non-smoker; so bad you couldn't breathe (I guess we could have gone to the restaurant). Every meal we had was pretty tasty & a nice portion size, I really enjoyed the Bison burger. Pro tip, get a free players card & you can get a discount in the restaurant. The food at the conference was also pretty good. The indoor pool was small for a place this large, but hot tube had nice powerful jets. The room rate was very economical, I totally loved the mattress and heavy pillows! Nice size bathroom with semi-private toilet. If you're traveling through this part of Idaho and need a room, this is the place!Rooms: Nice size room & bathroom with semi-private toilet. Great beds and heavy thick pillows. Armoire in lue of a closet. The room was fairly quiet, good size & quality TV.

I love to here because its clean and small not bad small. You dont need a scooter to get around. There are refreshment areas so you can get coffee, sodas,hot cocoa and tea. There is a spa and the entertainment is really good. The only down side this time ,was I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels. BUT... the repair men came very quickly to fix the cooling system. Can't wait to visit again....

We didn't stay the night..Stopped in for lunch.A couple of us had prime rib placed in between fry-bread. Quite tasty.One person had fish and chips. Quite tasty.One turkey sandwich, ok.And Fry-bread with mashed potatoes and beef and gravy on top... I'm happy and ready for a nap now.I would've given 5 stars if they hadn't taken gratuity out of the check... And I would've tipped twice as much. I'm afraid they had to enforce that because of folks who didn't tip.

Front registration for hotel in the evening is flat RUDE! Fridges freeze everything! Hair was not cleaned out of the shower from The previous guest.The buffet food looked gross as it says dinner is served from 1 to 8 and I went and looked at it at 4.On the good side the restaurant has good options and tasty food. The swimming pool is always clean and well kept..and the pillows and beds I can't rave enough about.. Best nights sleep in a hotel ever (always).

Can't drink can't smoke except for one small very packed area. There could be more. I didn't stay around to find out.This would be good if you're a non-smoker. However, you can smell smoke in the whole place. Fortunately I didn't have to travel far to receive this experience.

I visited the casino for the first time with my son and had an excellent experience! We got our players card and I won $650 to start playing! My son won $250! The rooms are very clean. The fish and chips were delicious. I only have one complaint and that is the elevator, it was slow and the door took forever to open. Highly recommend this casino.Rooms: Very clean rooms! Will visit again.

I had a very mixed experience at the casino. First thing that put me off was the smell of smoke. After a while it was getting a bit uncomfortable to stay. The minute I walked out of the door, I understood the value of fresh air. The equipment was broken too. There are stupidly large amount of slot machines. Rows and rows of it. If you like what you read here, ignore my rating. You will have a great time. If not, stay away from it. If it is the only option, and you have to go, may be try a mask just to save yourself from passive smoking

I used to get a free night like a few nights each year from my players club card. I loved that- free room on a weekday. Me and the wife would take Friday off- get there Thursday evening - gamble all day Friday- and not have to pay for the room. Sadly, they don t send me free rooms anymore. My one complaint is that one time we rented the suite. It was pricey and said it had a full kitchen. There was no stove top or oven. We brought steaks. Steaks are not a microwave food. They did have plates, dinner wear, everything ga full kitchen would have but nothing to cook on- even a fridge. It was bizarre to be honest. But we still had an amazing night cuz that s how we do.

Was there a year ago playing they called my name over the speaker I needed to go out South entrance. So I go out South exit and meet by police telling me they need to search my car. I asked search my car for what reason you wanting to search my car. They said a dog has a alert or hit something along them lines. They said there's drugs in my car, I new there was no drugs in my car because I don't do drugs and no it's not possible to have drugs in my car. I told them no you have no right to search my car. They hand cuffed me put me in police car and searched my car. I was embarrassed treated like a criminal, lo and behold they found nothing cuz there was nothing. My car was torn upside down my insurance card, vehicle registration, everything was just thrown all over inside the car. Not a fun experience. My advice would be pass right on bye save yourself from being humiliated as I was for nothing for not one thing but losing money in their damn casino.

Went to have some fun in Casino. I get it, it's a Casino, but WOW!!! Nobody was winning anywhere around us. These machines just suck your money in, without even giving you anything to play with. It's not fun if you don't even win a little money to keep you playing for a while.

Only played at the casino didn t stay at the hotel. But bingo was fun didn t win anything but had fun and that s what we were looking for. Was 1 number away from 1200$ though maybe next time.Nearby activities: Slots Leno bingo poker and lots of fun. Staff are always close at hand and quick to help with anything you might need. Bingo was spacious and clean. Been to a few in Washington not so clean was happy this one was extremely clean

I don t recommend this casino to no one. I ve went more than five times and I ve always lost 600 dollars hoping to win every time I go. I go to this casino since it s more closer to where I m located. I love Elko Nevada casinos I ve always had luck there but it s a bit to far but next time I plan gambling I definitely believe the long drive will be worth the trip.

So overpriced you don t even get comps. They think they can charge what a vegas casino charges. Don t waist your time just keep on driving north or south and don t stop. They have rip off 6 to 5 virtual blackjack not even sure if thats legal. Just drive to Jackpot (only 45 mins south lf twin falls) they are well worth it and you actually get comps for your play and jackpot has 3/2 and has real tables. This casino is a joke I am not even sure if they should call themselves a casino. Maybe they should call themselves a rip off casino because thats what they do they rip you off and are not afraid to hide it.

After walking in on another couple getting busy in our room, I literally saw private anatomy of both people (can't imagine the trama they felt having strangers walk into their private hotel room while getting after it!), the front desk was only willing to give us a single bed room which would not accommodate our party! So they offered a cot! What a joke! There solution was to write my name down on a piece of paper to give to a manager. Who doesn't have a manager on staff on a holiday Saturday night! When I spoke to one the next morning she offered a "sorry about that" and nothing else! With the amount of money we gamble there you would think they could resolve this issue to get us to come back and spend as another 12 hours in their casino!

We are contracted for State Board Examining. We are there once a month all day. Getting food in our short breaks is impossible. 30-40 min for steak fingers? It's not like there is a line waiting on a Monday

Tightest Casino I have ever been to . This place is a joke . They ve got these machines so rigged don t bother spending your time or gas coming out here. It used to be fun, but management is too greedy and tightened this place up. Employees have complained how they no longer get tips because people arent winning and its too tight. Stay away.

Hotel was good. Banquet room was great with great service and attentive waiters and buffet of tri-tip and roasted chicken was delicious. Rooms are nice and spacious with mini fridge, microwave, and a safe.. with bath and body works shamp/cond lotion amenities. The reason for 4 stars was the smell.. Smoking is allowed in the casino which takes over the whole main floor.. wish they had certain vented areas for smoking or no smoking allowed in main casino similar to what Vegas has improved. The casino has free soda, lemonade, hot chocolate, drinks.

We saw The Tenors here last night. It was an ok venue. Easy to get in and out of. The people were nice. My biggest pet peeve was with the lighting going on in the concert. The lights were messed up and it was hard to concentrate. Lights came on in the audience randomly and on the stage as well. It was very hot in there as well. I think poor Victor was melting. Great concert like always. Love The Tenors. Come back to Salt Lake

This casino has kiosks that will allow you to use your points for food and print you a voucher. The voucher is useless and not accepted for food and cannot be refunded, therefore you just used your points for a worthless piece of paper. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

During a busy conference period, the staff remained friendly and helpful, and built a rapport with guests over a week. Whenever I needed something I knew who to ask. The rooms are stunning and comfortable, the Camas Sports Bar is welcoming with great, affordable food. It's a way out of town, but the Shoshone-Bannock museum across the road is a must-see for all visitors to the area. When the jetlag got the better of me, I was grateful for the hot chocolate in the casino, too!I wish I'd been told at check-in that I needed to notify housekeeping if I wanted my room cleaned daily, but apart from that, this was a fun, friendly and comfortable stay. I hope I get to come back again.
