I have been to this Les Schwab multiple times. They always have great customer service! I will keep coming back to Les Schwab with all my tire needs. I would highly recommend Emmett Les Schwab.

I love these guys. They take care of my fleet and all my personal vehicles. Their service is beyond amazing. They treat me with personal and amazing service. I can not say enough. The Emmett shop is top-notch! Great management team also! When they say they will take care of you and service matters, they are serious and prove it!!

We were passing through Emmett headed elsewhere when we saw the Les Schwab sign. We stopped to have the flat tire repaired and traded out with the spare we had put on when we had a flat last week. Jacob took care of us graciously and quickly, and had us on our way - very happy that we hadn't had to wait in long lines in the "city", and that there was no charge for the service. Thanks Jacob and Les Schwab!!!

Above & beyond customer service!! The people at this location truly go the extra mile to help their customers, & I'm very grateful. They got my car done early too! I've been a customer for years and Les Schwab has earned my lifelong loyalty. Thank you to the crew at this store, I appreciate you all!

Dent and scratches! Damaged my brand new truck. Lied to me about having and pulling video footage in their investigation. Didn't stay in contact for weeks. Denied my claim without even looking at the before and after pictures of the damage to my vehicle I had. Horrible way to do business. Gave me the run around after I spend 3600 for parts and labor on my brand new 2021 diesel. Just unreal..

I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always had amazing service with the Emmett Les Schwab crew. They go out of their way and above and beyond to take care of their customers. Had a recent emergency fix needed on a Saturday and they handled same day! Thank you Les Schwab!

The customer service staff at the front desk was very pleasing and nice.. However Jay. Service manager maybe? Was completely rude. Didn't want to be informative almost seemed pushy to shove me out the door and not want my business.. Once I was on the phone with him to schedule my appointment he was rude yet again I said OK never mind I'll call Emmett automotive and he hung up on me. I don't believe this man should keep his job. Lost a customer

Brought a tire in with a nail in it. Not only was the repair free of charge, the staff was quick to greet me and process this transaction. Excellent service ! would recommend.

After 35 years of doing business with les schwab, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. There customer care and service has gone away. Apparently when Matt left, there customer care did as well

Had new tires put on and they never balanced them that caused cupping on my tires and and my wheel bearings to have substantial wear on them and on my suspension system

Professional service and friendly, small-town staff. My tech was speedy and efficient knowing I needed a flat fixed to get to work. (He practically jogged up and knew who I was based on my phone call.) Definitely will bring my business and will send all my family members here in the future!

These guys are so great.. very friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait however always worth it... I am putting that mildly yet remaining kind as I do truly Love The Les Schwab Tire Company & their incredible work ethics. When you take pride in your work it'll show everytime... and they do and it does.

They did a GREAT job in helping us pick the PERFECT tires. No pressure. Excellent Service. Everyone was so helpful. We ordered the "reputation tires". We didnt realize how bad our tires were. It drives beautifully. Will definitely go back.

The associates helped me pick out great tires and ordered me exactly what I needed and still made my appointment for the same day! Awesome service and selection. Clean, well lit, organized store. Good parking lot and super convenient location. Highly recommend!!

Took a tire in to be fixed. Was met in the parking lot by an employee. Took my tire and told me to wait in the office. Took about 10 minutes or less. Charged me NOTHING.. FREE .. I will be back. Great service. Nice folks..

These people are great!! They came out and put air in my tire which had a slow leak and was flat. Then when I took my truck to the shop, they fixed it for free. I will come back for all my tire needs.

These guys offer a full line up of services from tires to oil changes. The major downfall for me is how long the wait time is. Been here a few times and every time, same story. Get comfortable if your having work done here because your gonna be here awhile

Excellent customer service! I had a slow leak in one tire. Les Schwab quickly took care of it for me. It happened to be a nail, which they removed and patched my tire. They sent me on my way with a smile and no charge. I will have all my tire needs taken care of at Les Schwab!!

Awesome... these guys work their ... off. I got tired just watching them hustle while doing their jobs. I can't recall any team work this hard, including my own. Great job guys you took great care on helping me on my visit. Sincerely

Not good at communicating when an order has come in. It will sit for days or in my case 1.5 weeks until they call sometimes if your not on top of them. But the staff is very clever, engaging and personable.

The crew at Les Schwab have always always taken care of me whether it's tire repair or front end work. I have never complained about this location, and I probably never will. They are consistently the best!

Hi Nate. We have given you several chances and opportunities to fix the mistake made but all we have received is lies and misinformation. Our truck was damaged while in your care and when we spoke to the shop about it, we were met with defensiveness and an extreme lack of understanding. The employee refused to look at our images that we had and when he submitted the paperwork to your insurance, he supposedly submitted it to the wrong department. But assures us a proper investigation would take place and that camera footage would be reviewed to ensure they weren't at fault. We didn't hear back from anyone for 13 days. When we did call back we were told that employee no longer worked there and that the said cameras weren't even working during the time our tires and wheels where installed, yet that employee had already assured us that this footage would not only be reviewed, but had in fact been checked and that they wernt at fault. We got our insurance claim denied as well which seems odd since there was no footage to confirm or deny the employees story and they never asked for our pictures that shows before we dropped the truck off and after. This isn't some old beater truck with many miles so a small ding wouldn't matter. This is a brand new, 2021, 2500 diesel pickup that wasn't even a week old when it was dropped off

Even though it's the best service for tires, Les Schwab isn't only about tires! It's one of the best places for repair of brakes, general tune ups, and overall service. Definitely 5 s
