I just dropped off a couple of push mowers to be tuned up for this mowing season so I haven't seen the results of the repair yet, but I was very happy with the customer service and expertise demonstrated at the drop off end of things.

This place is impressive. Besides fixing small engines they have a full blown retail store inside! Helmets, boots, tires, gloves, batteries, chains, belts, blades, spark plugs, oils, air filters, gas and electric lawn equipment, pressure washers, generators, chainsaws, new motors, ATV accessories, Amsoil products the list goes on and on..

Thank you Ben and your wonderful staff! We had our riding mower serviced- they did an outstanding job! Pick and delivery was great- well worth the extra charge! Excellent service. They explained all the work needed on the push mower and turned it around quickly. I'll take my snowblower in next. The entrance is the door farthest from the road or on the right in this picture.

Best shop, best folks. Brought my blower in since it wouldn't start and they figured out it was the carb causing it to flood. They pulled a display unit off the wall since they didn't have the new carb in stock, and installed the display unit's carb into my machine while I waited. Super nice, fast and pleasant folks. Wont go anywhere else.

OMG these people are so great, right from the time I called, took my equipment in I was treated like my concerns was top priority. Greatest business I ve dealt with in years. There very trustworthy, reasonably prices and very fast. Will never use another repair shop. FANTASTIC

I bought a Karcher pressure washer at auction that was not running. Got a great deal, but found out from Ben that the pump was cracked internally and was irreparable. He and his team were entirely professional, and offered several honest options, including evaluating my potential usage against the cost of repair.06/01/22 Update:Finally replaced the pump and took it back to KCE. They had the pump repaired in 4-5 weeks (very busy) and the pump runs great!

I had Ben work on my lawn tractor and string trimmer after 3 years of nonuse. He picked up my stuff and returned it within a few days. The work was good and Ben was very friendly. He explained to me the things that could be an issue before he started the work and also explained what he ultimately did. Fortunately for me, the work was less expensive than the initial estimates. I plan to use him again when I need another tuneup for my equipment.

Really nice young owner. Repaired my riding mower as quickly as possible and didn't overcharge for service performed. Repaired my neighbors mower as well with his mobile service (extra charge for this). Our mowers are running well and we are satisfied customers. Will use the service again if needed for my other mower.

This business is amazing. Ben and Marissa became instant friends. I've never seen a shop as helpful and friendly as they are. I ended up here because another business didn't know what they were doing after having my piece of machinery there two different times. I will be telling ALL my neighbors about them!!

They service my 4-wheelers , lawn mower. Ben updated my 2004 Polarisand it handles like it was new. I have about 4,000 miles on it.I also bought a Oregon chain saw for clearing trails. runs all day, sharpens itself charges up at night. Best saw for me. Thanks Ben KCE SUPER PLACE

Ben at KCE repair fixed my riding lawn mower. He was able to diagnose and repair the mower quickly and affordably. I highly recommend KCE repair for any small engine repair work you might need. His business is clean and organized and Ben is friendly, upfront and honest.

Was riding the TAT and stayed in Emmett overnight. Woke up to a gas flooded air box..float valve problems. Called KCE and they had the parts ( Suzuki dr650) in stock and worked on my bike straight away when I got there and got me back on the road in a couple hours. If you are riding the TAT and need anything doing, or if you live in the area then don't take your bike anywhere else. Probably the best/ friendliest motorcycle shop experience I've ever had and the owner Ben is a really nice guy and knows his stuff.

Great experience and wonderful employees. KCE Repair Carrys everything your going to need for small engines and maintenance. You guys rock and thank you for carrying all the things need! If you need anything for your small engines, mowers, utv/ATV needs, they have oil, filters, etc as well as great prices on repair and maintenance needs!!!

We stopped in to look for a quad and Ben was knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing is beyond fair. We also took our sons dirtbike here to get repaired and again, Ben impressed us with his knowledge. We would recomment KCE to anyone and everyone.

Very knowledgable and friendly. Service was high quality. Mr. Keenan made sure I understood everything that need to be done. And he was very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend getting your small engines repaired at KCE.

Took the back wheel of my motorcycle in to have a new tire put on. Without asking they told me it wouldn't take much time and should cost $25-$30. I was expecting it to cost $30-$50, as I knew the cost of three shops in Boise. When I picked up the tire I was shocked to get a bill for $81.60 for a simple tire change that they said would be around $30. If you don't know how long something is going to take you, don't guess when you charge by the hour and why did it take an hour to change a tire when the wheel was not even on the bike.(UPDATE- Contacted by Erica who advised she noticed while filing that I was over charged and wanted to refund $40. Said she was surprised I didn't say something when I picked it up; told her I did. She was very apologetic and said she would talk to the staff to ensure it would not happen again.)

They took my Ridgid repair and got it done as soon as Ridgid sent the replacement part. Great place to go for small repairs, and I'm excited to have a good repair center nearby that will also have my small engine parts and two stroke AMSOIL.
