UPDATE 2/24 Never got a call back or assistance, had to get a service provider from SALT LAKE CITY. DEFINITELY FIND ANYBODY ELSE TO HELP.Not happy with their service. Literally broken down and they told me I needed a part and had to wait until Monday for a part and guess what!?! Company completely ghosted me the whole day and didn t send their mechanics to work on the truck. Refused to work on a Sunday and mostly because it was hot. I get it. I don t either sometimes but come on now. What a huge waste of time. Hope you don t get scammed by this excuse of a comedian. Sorry. Meant company . Photo was when the guy said he couldn t do the work even though I told him the easy fix. But he insisted that his way was the best. Wasted literally 4 days of my life. Also if you are wondering, I m still stuck.

We were on the side of the road with an air leak. It was the hot line from the air compressor to the air dryer. They got us in on a Sunday, had the line off and got one ordered first thing Monday morning. Hose came in midday on Tuesday and they had us up and running by midafternoon.Would use them again. Devon and Eric were easy to deal with and Eric went above the call of duty to get us rolling again.Thanks Guys

STAY AWAY!!! You are better off doing the work yourself. My driver had them do a transmission oil change on an Eaton 18 speed. The tech had come in and asked how much oil to put in the transmission while my driver was in the waiting room. (which made him suspicious) Sure enough, a little down the road he blew the transmission. These guys refuse to pay.... Guys do yourself a favour and do the work yourself!!!

Stay away please!!!The mechanics don't know anything about reading codes and fixing trucks with check engine lights ON.We had the 2 yellow lights ON and we called them and ask if they have computer and software for Freightliner Cascadia with Detroit engine and mechanic who can fix the issue - they said yes.The mechanic arrived and after 1 hour trying to do regen without seeing that the def pump is out, he said that the truck will have to go to their repair shop for additional diagnostic.They asked us to pay them $1400. We told them that for 1 hour we will not pay such amount and we will call the police. The women on the phone was very rude and she was saying that she will not do anything about the bill. Anyways, police came and after checking the case the officer said that this will have to go to a court, and he is not able to help. Then they send us a new invoice for $1950 because the mechanic was hold until police figure it out.Stay away, I wish we saw the previous reviews, crooks and thieves.

I will never recommend to anyone to use this shop. They are robberies if your parts will cost you $1000 they ll charge for Service $1500 and it s about 2 miles away from the shop. So truckers be aware of it they don t tell you up on the front they play very well game to get your money

Had work done at Rocky Mountain, thought it was a quick fix but they found a bigger issue (thankfully) Cole and Eric were great explaining the issue and there plans to fix it. Had a problem getting parts and Devin kept me updated and communicated with me.Small shop but incredible crew. My new go to in Idaho.

Called them for some road service the technician they sent was inexperienced I had to help him get some bolts off tech was a nice but the company had to do a better job with their techs price was expensive for parts and labor was expensive I would bring your own parts if you don t want to pay astronomically inflated price would not use again Only redo. I used them was because I had an emergency and they said they can help but charged me double for the parts price

Two strikes your out. Used them at Eden Idaho location once before and had a very bad experience. Today they were called by breakdown service for a tire replacement and told them they would be to me in 60 to 80 minutes. After numerous attempts to call them after hours I called my service to get an answer. The technician realized he didn't have the tire or something and just cancelled the call out. No call to let us know. I won't use them again. Very poor customer service.

The fact that they were able to help me at a moments notice says it all.Shawna made it very easy to get in and meet with Cole. The technician who gave it as all to square my truck away.

Need to have all services available when you call they have it but they need make sure mechanics leave parts where they belong. Went for a/c line change and fill. They changed the line no problem but not have a connection hose for a/c unit to charge system. Not very happy with that, chose them because they said they had it all there. But the mechanic and service guys was very apologetic but that didn't help my situation. Good try rocky mountain. Better next time I hopeI did recieve message from management and I am satisfied with them. They handled my situation and got in touch with me. So if you need service give them a chance. They do listen and do all they can to solve your problems if you have any. Thanks again guys. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 and I will be back and give them another chance. Not everytime will be perfect but I liked the way you handled it.

"Sure we can get you in...." still waiting pass the time they said they would get to us. A whole day wasted and watching as other trucks come off the road and get right in. Very rude woman working behind the counter. If you have to have your truck repaired go down the road to Boss Service and wait there. So we finally get pulled in and see rhis hanging in the office. I suggest you remove it because your employees definitely do not stand or even acknowledge this "promise"Service: General repairs

Thanks to Justin at RMTC. He came through in the clutch. After being down 24hrs right next door to the Loves Travel center in Heyburn ID, is another outfit that promises 24hr Tire/Truck repair....... needless to say RMTC had to come to my rescue expeditiously.Thanks Justin, I appreciate you and I hope RMTC does as well

Charged me over $700 to add air on my tire and I still ended up repairing my tire myself by replacing the valve core. Highway robbery at its finest.

Stay away from this shop they charged me to pump air in the system $450 and my truck still had issues I took it to this shop 1979 Eldridge Ave Twin Falls Id they found the the wires wore rubbing against each other they fixed it I paid only 150 dollars professionals

If you want to get screwed call these retards I had a flat on my trailer and I called them to put my spare tire on my trailer and they charged me 734. Bucks come on I know we at there mercy 30 minute job pay back will come when yr grocery bill goes up us driver hold yr job and yr food any question u can contact me on Facebook

I highly recommend this facility.Awesome service and communication. Had electronic issues between batteries and starter. Got my unit repaired and moving in a timely fashion even though it was on a cabover that could not tilt.Thanks and kudos to the following employees.1. Jacquelyn2. Jeremy3. Justin ( )I would suggest you increase your technical staff though.

Very poor experience! Was about the opposite of everything that their sign promises! I would assume that it is the result of poor management and/or owner as they have plenty of very young and inexperienced staff on hand but their work doesn t seem to be supervised by a senior mechanic. It s really a shame, as the shop has the potential to be a great place. Furthermore, I don t think they realize how a bad shop can affect an owner-operator and there livelihood. If at all possible, make a better decision then I did and go to another shop. Places like this should be closed down as I am sure that they have contributed to many owner-operators going out of business. To the few component mechanics that do work there, I hope that you can help get this place in shape and teach the inexperienced staff and get rid of the ones that don t care.

Not good for road service the mechanic they sent seemed new and was a little slow when your get charged by the hour this matters also price on parts was expensive I should have just got my own parts was left dissatisfied would not recommend for road calls

I drive for Flying J and my maintenance coordinator will only let me get the truck worked on at the Rocky Mountain Truck Center in Eden, Idaho because they're the only place I found that doesn't try to upsell on repairs that don't need to be done. It's also the only place in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho that will get the truck into the shop and usually out again on the day I bring it in. Everyone there from the front desk to the mechanics are thorough and professional.Service: General repairs

Cole did a great job and it was a big job !! McKinsey working the counter, was sweet and ordered the correct parts after a description from me on where the bad gasket was and Derek was very professional as the manager. An outstanding job by all three..... Thanks Everyone

The tech had the tire changed faster than the office could do the paperwork. The tech took about 20 minutes to change the tire and I was there over an hour. Constantly stopping to do things like change the trash bag or carry on a conversation instead of just filling out the information on the computer.Service: TiresService: Tires

Lost coolant and made it to Eden, ID to Rocky Mountain mobil truck repair. Had a bad fitting and they replaced 3 fittings. Added 6 gallons of coolant and sent me on my way for $1045 bucks made it 4 days and lost all my coolant again. They didn't tighten up all my fittings. What a rip off these guys are crooks Stay away from them. When your out in the middle of nowhere you don't have a couple of days for you all to respond. Had a hot load on and had to be there. If your mechanic would have fixed it right the first time I wouldn't have had a problem. He can't even tighten a fitting right.Service: General repairs

Got in at opening. For tire repair.takes longer to get comcheck codes from company than for them to fix a tire. Eric and Kenny were awesome!. So glad it was not busy.Thanks Guys!Service: TiresService: Tires

Pulled into the shop with a nail in my tire. Close to closing time when we got here. Shop guys were busy and next thing you know it is closing time. Derrick and Cole were great. Even though shop was officially closed they stayed late and got my tire fixed. They didn't complain about having to stay they just got the job done. I called Jacquelyn 30 min away and asked if they could do an oil change. She was very friendly and accommodating. I got there and pulled right in. Was done in an hour or so . The technician was very professional and competent and did a great job. After being dissapointed time after time with the speed and capabilities of the speedco this was a nice change. First of All the 5 star reviews are fake, secondly thank you for taking me in on after hours for a tire patch that took you guys 2 hours and charging me $92.00, and 3rd, don t waste your time going here to patch your tires, go to les Schwab in twin falls, you ll be out if there in less then half an hour. My rim and tire sheared off my huge horse trailer when I was going about 75 mph. It wasn t a great time for me as I was on a long haul. These guys went out of their way to replace my hub and get me back on the road incredibly quickly. It was a good place for me to hang out with my dogs while we waited for repairs and we were able to use the restaurant as well which was a big blessing since the incident happened in the late evening. Overall I couldn t be happier with their service and how accommodating they were getting us in even though we weren t a semi!! Really friendly staff, really quick service, they even gave me a great price.Services: Tires, General repairs

Kenny & Dan made an effort to help our driver get back on the road.Our customer delivers to the local/ independent grocery stores in the South East Idaho area.Will return for service next time the need arises.
