Eagle auto has been so helpful. They have been helping me find a car for the past month and have been willing to fit me in their schedule if i need. They were very honest with me when I was about to purchase a car and went over the inspection of the car and everything that they found that was wrong and needed to be repaired. They broke down the estimate and what needed to be repaired immediately after buying the car and what could wait until later to do. Anyways would definitely recommend Eagle auto to everyone who wants to get great customer service and auto service.

I've had such great experience coming to Eagle Auto Repair. They are honest, professional, and have provided such great customer service. They were able to take in my honda CRV last minute when my a/c failed in 96 degree weather while traveling from WA to Eagle. I was in Eagle visiting at the time and they fixed it in such a short turnaround time before I had to head back to WA. We now live in ID and have continued to use them for fixes and oil changes. We are so impressed with the level of service they've provided us, and we will continue to use them.

Finally found a trustworthy shop! I was provided with pictures of what needed repaired and had the repairs explained. The cost was exactly what was quoted. Great service from Allan and Dylan! I will be returning for all my future needs. Thanks guys!

They did quite a few repairs on my old 86 Chevy, I am very happy with the work they did to the radiator as well as fixing the rear differential leak. My only complaint would be they forgot to tighten the nuts on the carrier bearing of my driveshaft after they replaced my U-joint. Which caused my driveshaft to fall at an angle. I d like to write it off as an honest mistake but it definitely put me in a tough position since I was hauling hay. Overall they are polite, professional and didn t charge me an arm and a leg for all the repairs they did.

As a person who has had bad luck with mechanics, I was already super nervous walking in to get services done on my car.But hear me out when I say I have NEVER had such a kind, communicative, and transparent experience with a car shop like I did with Eagle Auto!They made sure to check out the status of my car before beginning services and even included images of their findings. I received periodic updates, a quick turnaround, and even suggestions (not mandatory!) for future maintenance.They were quick, transparent and just overall so easy to work with. A huge thank you to Alan for making my experience so seamless! I am absolutely coming back here - and I think you should come here, too!

I have a 1995 Turbo 850 Volvo, which I love, and Eagle Auto Repair took the time to find the parts my car needed to repair my breaks. They have done other awesome repairs in the past and I truly appreciate it. They are very kind, always explain exactly what is needed to be done and that they will go find the part. They are my Go To Auto Repair.Thank you guys!

One of the best mechanics I have been to. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I wouldn t consider them a cheap mechanic but you get what you pay for with service and professionalism. My grandma has been coming here for years and now I am a customer.

I have used Eagle Auto for many years and love them!!! Originally, they worked on my two Corvettes (1967 and 2014). The '67 required massive amounts of work and it was done beautifully and on time. The 2014 gets both maintenance and repairs (every now and then). I have recently introduced them to my Boss 302 Mustang and my 2019 Audi Q8. The Audi dealership is very good, but also VERY expensive. It had a check engine light and in 15 minutes, Eagle Auto told me its cause with the caveat that it might be something less simple. When that turned out to be true, they diligently worked on figuring out the problem, did so and then fixed it promptly. Eagle Auto is my go-to and it should be yours also!!! You'll be SO happy!

Everyone in this shop is amazing. The fix things in a very timely manner. The amount has always been less than I thought it was going to be. That's nice. These guys have become my new mechanics.

Dylon did an amazing job telling me what my truck needed. I also loved how friendly everyone was. And they were very fast with everything. My last car was in a shop for 3 days just to get a normal inspection done on it. They did in in 24 hours. I m very pleased with Eagle Auto and will be going there again.

I needed a serpentine belt changed on my Ram 2500. Josh got me in with a day and the job was completed in a couple of hours. All of the people I ve met there are exceptional, accommodating, and offer great customer service. As long as I m in the Boise area I won t go anyplace else for Auto Repair.

Had an engine code for cylinder 3 misfire appear while I was driving. It happened again later that day so I made an appointment at Eagle Auto Repair. Dropped off the car and of course the check engine light was not present. The team did a thorough inspection trying to diagnose the issue and did a complete inspection of the car, providing pictures of areas of concern. They thoroughly communicated a way forward and we ended up installing new spark plugs as the vehicle still had the originals in at 110k miles. They made several notes about the service and warrantied all the work for 3 years/36k miles. In 30+ years of driving, this was the most communicative auto repair facility I ve ever been to ..and I liked it.

I am not only giving 5 stars for outstanding service, attention to detail, friendly, and knowledgable staff, BUT, I am also letting people know that I was the customer that requested ARSHED KAMEL (one star reviewer) bring a car he was selling so that I could have Eagle Auto inspect it. Eagle Auto NEVER said that the repairs NEEDED to be done and never mentioned break down at all. The inspections I get at Eagle Auto are very detailed, informative and helpful. I pay to have an inspection done so that I am not surprised when someone wants to sell me a car with hidden issues. Arshed gave a one star review as a passive aggressive way to get back at Eagle Auto for correctly assessing his vehicle, and saving me from a bad purchase. THANK YOU Eagle Auto. Always worth every penny!

Here why you guys one star !Price so expensiveInspection turn out my car needs $6k of repairs . They told me i have to do the repairs other wise it s gonna break down. Not very honest place to take your car . I will definitely double check their prices and the repairs.

The team at Eagle Auto Repair were excellent. They fixed all issues, and even found a few problems that I was unaware of. They sent me pictures to back up what they were saying, and explained everything very well. You know you aren t getting scammed when you come to this shop. They were very timely with getting my car back to me, and kept me updated throughout the process. The pricing was fair, and the staff were professional and friendly the entire time. 10/10, will be coming back here for future auto maintenance.

We are from OR & in Boise visiting family Experienced mechanical issues - check engine light w/all kinds of warnings. Randomly chose Eagle Auto - absolutely the BEST decision. They saw us right away, trouble shot the issue & had us on the road in record time . Their customer service is over the top!!I shared with my family here who will be seeking them out in the future. I called this morning to see if they had availability to change out a headlight and check my windshield washer problem. They got me all fixed up and I got an oil change too.It was so affordable and the staff was so so helpful and kind! Take your business to see these guys here, it was awesome!!

I'm TERRIBLE with my rigs and taking it to a shop gives me the most anxiety. I just moved to town and this was my 1st time taking it here. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. They're so incredibly patient, reassuring, kind, friendly, and helpful. Maddy is an absolute angel in dealing with me directly and the dozens of phone calls, and the mechanics are angels for dealing with my hot mess of a car. My apologies to them, because they're stuck with me and my rigs for life, now.

My battery was on its way out so I stopped at the parts store next door to buy a new one. They tested my battery and, sure enough, it needed replacing. Problem was, I didn't have the tools to replace it and the parts store couldn't install it. Enter Eagle Auto Repair...I walked next door to Eagle Auto and not only was Eagle Auto Repair able to sell me a battery, they were able to replace it right away and get me back on the road.We have had cars serviced here before and have always had great results. We will be back!

I had the wonderful experience of getting my car fixed at Eagle Auto Repair. Going into mechanic shops, I always feel like I am a target for businesses to make money, since I have little knowledge on cars and I m a female. This was not the case with Eagle Auto Repair. Initially, I spoke to Josh on the phone and explained my situation. He was so nice to explain why this is and the steps they could potentially take to fix this. He also informed me they would do a thorough check up on my vehicle. After taking my car in, Josh called me later that day explaining the options and pricing for my repair. He also explained things that needed to be repaired or replaced on my vehicle and things I should keep in the back of my mind, but could be held off at the moment. The pricing was very fair. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, Maddy helped me check out and she was extremely nice and helpful. My 2005 Toyota Camry will make it around the sun yet another year. I m so glad I chose Eagle Auto Repair. I will be a returning customer. Thank you!!

Updating this review over a year later. I LOVE THESE GUYS! They have been so kind and helpful and honest. They just gave me a ton of free information as I go into looking to purchase a truck. They have earned my continued business over and over: thanks guys!!(2021 review) Just moved to the area and found Eagle Auto. Our car broke down and Maddie immediately help me get a tow truck set up to get our car to their shop. She was so, so sweet and talked me through all of the things that needed to happen and they didn t over charge us on little things, they totally could have just tagged on to make some more money. I am beyond impressed and they just found a customer for life!
