May be great, but I would not know. We called them four days ago while we were traveling cross country and set up a time when they could come out and check the air conditioner. We had a date and time and rescheduled our vacation around the meeting. We gave them all the information and told them it was warranty work.The day they were supposed to come out, they called to verify the location and then said they do not do warranty work, and it will be $300 to come out plus repairs.I don't understand why they would not have told us three days ago that they don't do warranty work, and we could have got someone else. But now day was wasted, and no way to get someone else before we have to leave.

Overall I would recommend Teton RV Repair and if the need arises in the future I would use them again.The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was communication.That said, the job was done, it was easy, it was a very fair price and they even came to my campground to complete the work.

Michael moved his schedule to help us as we got stuck in Teton National Park. Repair hasn t been easy but he finally made it! Price is expensive (180$/hour) but they all do the same prices.

My wife and I are staying in an RV park in Jackson hole Wyoming when our aqua hot heating system went out. Was recommended by the park so I Called Michael and he indicated he had the specialized aqua hot antifreeze that only he had in Jackson hole Wyoming. He indicated he would meet me at the end of the day and my wife and I waited at his hole in the ground shop, he never showed up. I left several messages/texts and asked him to meet me in order for us to pick up this antifreeze. Never return my call. I wouldn t recommend this jack wagon to fix my lawnmower! If you want aqua hot service done in the Jackson hole Wyoming area you must contact snake River RV in Idaho Falls Idaho. Good luck Wyoming customers!

An accident in front of me resulted in debris hitting my roof vent cover and smashing it. I duct taped it to get me to Michael's where he had the part I needed. Within minutes he was on the roof of my camper and swapped out the cover so I didn't have to go up there again. While raining. Fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price. If you are in Jackson and your cmper needs a repair, I stronly suggest calling Michael.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Michael was awesome. We were traveling through Wyoming and our plumbing sprang a leak. Checked with the folks at Wapiti Village and they suggested calling Michael. He came through and met us in a parking lot and patched us up in no time. Very professional and very fairly priced. Also gave some additional suggestions about dealing with Winnebago in warranty coverage.

Michael definitely knows what he is doing, but he overcharged me, then got upset when I asked him why. He quoted me a price per hour, fixed the items he said he would fix, and did a good job, but then charged me an extra hour at $150 an hour. When I asked him why, he said he thought they were there that long, but I timed it and let him know. His reply was that it was a lot of work. I paid him, but felt taken advantage of. If one charges per hour, plus parts, then stick with that price and don t charge me more when one s finished based on it feeling like a lot of work. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because he does indeed know what he is doing. It seems all his clients are passing through, but I m not, so it boggles me that he overcharged someone who lives here and is invested in the community.

No one like having RV issues. But, when you do you can only pray for someone like Michael. Honest and just smart. He came a few times to help me in an emergency. He dropped everything and came out to save us. This guy is everything you would and should hope for in a mobile RV guy. If you have any issues and you re in the area this is your guy. We re lucky to have found him he helped us continue on the journey.

I ran into a landscape timber and bent the spindle on one of my Keystone Cougar 5th wheel axles. Being half ton towable, the 4,400 lb axles are an oddball and even Keystone said, with a straight face, that it would take 4-6 weeks to get a replacement built (I was on vacation and 1,400 miles from home at the time). They found me a good deal on two 6,000 lb axles and got me back on the road in a few days. I'm glad that I found these guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I will admit that I have never used this service but I did call about temporary RV storage while I was hiking in the Tetons and Mike was kind enough to take the time and tell me about my options even though this is not something that he could provide. He seems like a good guy and I really appreciate that.

We had a problem with our slide out on our MotorHome while camping in Teton National Park. We contacted Michael and he came right out and fixed the problem within an hour. Great service, very knowledgeable and cost was reasonable.

We were on the road and noticed at our stop in Hoback that we had some sealer that was seperating and had rain in the next day forecast. We drove to this shop looking for some sealant but everything they had for resale was on back order. Just when we thought we were out of luck they said let me go look and see if they had a partial tube in the shop only to return with a brand new tube of dicor that they gave us at no charge! Now thats customer service!!! Can't thank this business enough!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Didn't fix it right first time, came out again and now I don't have hot water. Moved on before I found that out. Michael was not friendly.

Michael is amazing, he came out to help us fix our rv when we lost power and we will be returning for him to do additional work on our airstream.
