Justin is exceptional; very knowledgable and goes above and beyond to help and make certain customers are helped professionally and efficiently as possible.Just an observance - some additional help in this section needs would be helpful. One person cannot do it all....all the time.Love the store and most of the employees are really solid. Justin is exceptional.

This Ace Hardware is amazing! We were in town for an installation and realized we needed ladder. It was 20 minutes past close, but after asking the manager, Lance let us in to buy a ladder. It may sound crazy, but that employee may have saved our lives. We are very grateful for Lance and the manager!

I am impressed with the selection at Ace offers for our valley as well as a number of employees that work there. Harvey the manager he s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and understands how to treat a customer. Julie in AR/AP is also excellent to work with. On the floor Tabi and Justin do excellent jobs. You can ask tabby where anything in the store is and she ll tell you which aisle and which side. Tabi is the best but a lot of the other floor employees are pretty darn good at that. Another floor employee who works mostly in the lawn and garden section is Justin. He is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy woth Ace. Oh and free popcorn on Saturdays I believe it is. Yep all it takes is popcorn for me to write a good review. :)

Oh wow! I can not believe the poor service here! I came in and bought a new water heater and has to ask where they were, then ask how much then ask for help getting it out out the store..... Then I had to carry it out by myself! Absolute joke! Why are there employees working here?! I would of been better off with a self checkout since I dragged the water heater out on my own! Plus I had my gopro recording the entire fiasco

They went out of their way to help me get my snowblower working. So grateful for the kindness and time they took to help. I believe his name was Justin. There were others as well, but I didn t catch their names.

Have talked with 4 different people 5 times (starting in late August) about getting a part for my snowblower. Was told all 5 times that I would get a call back. Haven't heard a word. I will find somewhere else to do my business.

Employees avoid helping customers, lots of customers and some employees not wearing masks, and the employees are generally lacking in any kind of product knowledge. Go to Valley Lumber in Victor, they know what they are doing.

Used to be helpful. Now the store clerks 2 managers provide the walmart experience at 4x the price. Goto Valley Lumber.

Horrible manager colleen. She refused to help me after her employee messed up selling me the wrong ammunition round. I said I wanted 45 caliber and was given the incorrect type.

Very broad selection if they don't have exactly what your looking for they most likely have an alternative solution and the staff is great extremely helpful!

Busy little Ace hardware. Prices are pretty high but they are sometimes your best chance at finding what you need in a pinch.
