Danny helped me out tremendously! He knew exactly how to help me. I was 2k miles from home. On vacation. Scared and don't know anything about cars. They let us borrow tools and i fixed it in the parking lot. So grateful!

We were passing through town and our wheelbearing went out. We made it back to OReillys and everyone was super kind and helpful. Danny went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. He was friendly and knowledgeable on the things we were looking for .

Danny just saved the day for me. Called with a need for a coolant reservoir cap for a skidoo snowmobile with only an hour.5 until closing time. He had an entire shopping basket filled with caps ready for me to try for fitment by the time I arrived 30 min before closing. 5 stars Danny is the man!

Lisa is the bomb! Our battery died 2 blocks from the Driggs location. Lisa had a no problem attitude. She located our new battery got a hand truck and tools, walked down to our car and handled it. Lisa is an asset to the industry! Thank y all

Had a really wonderful experience with Danny who came out, checked on my headlights, fixed a bad connection and had me on my way in ten minutes. Truly excellent service. Prompt and kind! Really upped my opinion of O'Reilly.

Went on a road trip and my check engine light came on. Stopped here and the staff checked it for me. They where super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond in the work they did.

I can t even begin to explain how nice and helpful the people at this Oreillys are, particularly Danny who went absolutely above and beyond and wayyy out of his way to help me out as I was passing through driggs. Long story short, my alternator went out a few hrs outside driggs and I got to oreillys about 30 mins after they closed, luckily Danny and some other workers were still there, and Danny went out of his way to not only open the store back up and get me my part, but actually called a friend and helped me replace the alternator right there in the parking lot. All of this after hours and completely on his own time. One of the most genuinely nice and helpful people I have ever met and I hope oreillys know what a wonderful example of a person and an employee they have in Danny. Thank you again my friend.

O Reilly s is the best. We had to replace an alternator on a Sunday while on a road trip. Danny and Jacob were beyond fantastic, they even loaned us tools and stayed late so we could finish. Thanks again guys! Until next time.

In a tough spot on a Sunday with an unusual car for this rural area (Tesla) I needed help. Immediately greeted upon entry and Danny was most helpful in looking up information for our problem and suggesting parts for the solution. Danny has a winning attitude, a let s do this , a I m not sure but I will give it my all , let s find a way attitude. Exactly what someone is looking for when in need. So appreciative that O Reilly is open on Sundays when nothing else is in this area. They deserve the business every other day of the week for that imo.

These guys went way above and beyond expected. We are from out of town drove in with no heat after buying a heater core they loaned us the tools that normally a parts store would not so I could change it. The employees here are absolutely wonderful!!!!!

Person at counter couldn't help me bring my part in I had to wait for another customer to show up and he helped me take part in and then bringing out and help me put it back in my car. Went to NAPA they got it out of my car and got what I needed and put it back in my car at 75 I expected more service than that glad NAPA has courteous helpful staff no where I'm taking my business not O'Reilly's!

Extremely helpful and personable staff. My S.O. and I had brake trouble on our honeymoon roadtrip and had no luck elsewhere in town. Danny was our saint. He went above and beyond that of a typical O'Reilly employee found elsewhere. Not only saved the day, but the rest of our honeymoon.

I needed help with two new batteries for my diesel truck. Clint was more than helpful. He took the time to test my old batteries, helped me install the new batteries and then disposed of the old set. He went above and beyond and took very good care of me as a customer. Thanks Clint!

Needed a new battery for my Subaru so I called and was told there was one in stock and they would hold it for me until the next day. So I said I would be there first thing in the morning ( they open at 7:30 ) to buy it and have it installed. I showed up the next morning at 7:30 and was told there would be no one there to install it until 8:30. Perhaps the person on the phone the day before could have mentioned this? Went back on my lunch hour, the installation took over 1/2 an hour not 10 minutes as I had been told. After it was installed the digital speedometer on the dashboard was no longer working so I called and the employee who installed the battery said " I was afraid that might happen " Now I have to bring it to the dealership because O'Reilly's can't fix this ( which is what I should have done in the first place but I was just trying to avoid another trip to Idaho Falls ). Needless to say, won't be going back there again.

I don't know how they can have almost five stars when I order parts, I go to pick them up and they can't find them, that's happened to me twice, they order them wrong, they have people working who have no idea what parts I need, they'll be kind, but one hell of a lot

A few nice guys working there, one non-mask wearer and the local law is clearly displayed. They are allowing customers in without masks, and several of those people looked menacingly at me, and I was wearing one. Not cool folks!!

A gentleman helped me with my check-engine light and I got a windshield wiper blade replacement. He was so willing to install it for me and he double checked everything to make sure it was all working perfectly. I felt well cared for
