They worked a miracle for me. This shop was professional, polite, and reasonably priced AND they got me in last minute when I was really in a pickle. Everywhere else in town was looking into the next week for a new alternator, and these guys let me bring it over right away, 5pm, and had it ready for me by 9 am the next morning. I m just visiting from out of town, and I am eternally grateful to be able to get home on schedule. I can t say enough good things about them.

Great experience! Drove an hour to this shop for a very reasonable priced oil change (Jackson prices are insane). Super nice and friendly staff! They also put air in my tires without me even asking. I will definitely be going back!

They installed a new tail pipe and fixed a backfire. I was pleased with their service, communication, and staff. Thanks for the great experience and great work.

I will not go back. Brought my car in, the replaced a part they realized didn t need to be replaced and then took it back out. The car starting having other issues including draining the battery. Prior to taking the car there battery started after four months in garage. They said it was fixed I get in it the day after I get it back (7 days later) and it s dead, won t start. Tech told me when I picked it up, I don t wanna say the alternator s bad . Why give a car back to customer that won t hold a charge because of their screw up while in the garage.Update: Garage contacted me pretty quick, asked if they could come pick it up and give it another shot. I appreciate the thoughtful effort and will update when I hear back!

This place is great I tend to do my car work myself but in some cases I need professionals! I highly recommend Clair & Dee s the staff is very knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and professional.. They get work done well and quick! 5/5

Be careful! Ask questions about your invoice/bill. My roomate and I had 3 interactions with this business in 3 weeks and we would have been overcharged by hundreds of dollars if we hadn't asked questions.

I found myself needing a tire repair shop due to the fact I ran over a nail. So I pulled into a tire shop I never heard of because I'm from Texas, so I walked into the business I met the manager Dallen who help me out he was a really cool guy help me out since been in Driggs I've met the most friendly people. Clair & Dee s really saved the day for us - we had a ton of trouble finding a new battery for our car (we have a unique battery and we re on the road and in a bit of a hurry) and after finding one at O Reilly s next door, we walked over and asked if the folks at Clair & Dee s would help us replace the old battery with the new one and they helped us right away and at no charge!! Even though they seemed pretty busy. All in all a great experience and such kind support during a bit of a tough time!

The folks at Clair & Dee s went above and beyond to help us when we encountered some car issues while en-route to hike. They ran diagnostics on our car, helped us tow it, and even gave us a ride from Driggs into Idaho Falls so we could get a rental car while ours was being repaired. They were so kind, accommodating, and willing to help. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Misael and all the guys at this shop are great. They go out of there way to make sure all my cars are taken care of. I've never had a bad experience. This place and the people that work here are amazing. We are from MN and were on a family vacation road trip to Jackson and Yellowstone. We had some pretty big issues with our SUV and we're advised to bring our vehicle to a garage in Driggs because it would be economical. Were they ever right. The techs at Clair and Dee's made us a prority and spend a handful of hours fixing our vehicle to get us back the road to finish our trip. We made it back home safely and we can't thank them enough for their time.

This place is amazing. I trust and highly recommend. I never write reviews but feel this place needs some great word of mouth. They are professional, friendly and honest. As a woman that knows nothing about auto service and repair, I know I can trust them and they won t hose me for for being uneducated with auto services. They saved me a lot of money this month and I m super appreciative of their services!

I don't write many reviews, but I've been very impressed by this company. Their customer service and attention to detail are top notch. They also don't price gauge; offering an above average service at a fair price point. I will definitely be back for my vehicle's maintenance needs.

We were traveling through the Teton pass on our way to Glacier National Park and our car started making a grinding sound. Claire and Dee s was 1/3 mile ahead and so we pulled in just as they were opening. The kind mechanics took us right in and diagnosed the problem right away and had us on our way within an hour. They could ve seen our desperation and charged us an arm and a leg and yet they didn t. They are honest folks.

I came in because my battery smelled funky. They were able to see me same-day, on a federal holiday, quickly investigated my issue, kept me filled in, they were flexible with how I wanted to proceed, and best of all they gave me great recommendations for lunch nearby. I would be happy to come here again.
