Called with a tankless water heater problem late on a Friday afternoon, and within 30 minutes they had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Heidi was so kind and accommodating. We've also used them for our yearly HVAC maintenance and they're the best! Thank you.

This is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Extremely responsive and they can handle any job you throw at them. I used Triple M to install a new mini split system in my house and they did a great job. One of the lines was leaking from the initial install. We have used Triple M Refrigeration to service properties that we manage and have been so pleased with their work that when the time came to upgrade our personal HVAC system to a heat pump it was a no brainer to use them. Their prices are competitive, their workmanship is great and they always have gotten the jobs done on time and for the price quoted. We had Triple M install a new HVAC system in a rental home we own. They did such a great job we decided to have them replace the HVAC system in our primary residence and also install 3 mini split units at our cabin. They are a great team and great to work with. The team at Triple M has been great to work with. Heidi and Zach have taken great care of me to help get me out of a bad situation. Another HVAC company never finished the job correctly followed by my builder providing cheap equipment. Triple M has been awesome to help get things sorted out for me to get heat in my home. I would strongly recommend Triple M in the Valley County area!

Thank you Triple M for the great furnace/heat pump upgrade. It has lowered our monthly utility costs! We are looking forward to trying out the AC when it warms up! I called and they showed up within 10 minutes and got straight to work and were extremely professional and quick. And everything they did was of the highest quality. From their tools to their trucks to the craftsmanship. Will only be working with this company when I need work done. The other companies stood me up when I took a day off work and still didn t want to even show up the next day and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Triple M showed up immediately and got it done at an amazing price. I m very happy to have them working in the area. Will always suggest them in the future.Service: Install AC

Matt and Zack installed a new AC unit last summer and we are in seventh heaven. The unit was good value for the money, and so far it has worked great, no hiccups. And we run it all the time when it gets hot up here. They were pleasant to talk with and knew how to get the job done. Fantastic service. Matt showed up at my house and repaired my AC same day. I called another company the day before and they tried to upsell me to the tune of $18K. I had an AC installed and they did a great job and were very quick and professional. After there was a small condensation leak that damaged a bit of drywall, Matt came right out and fixed it immediately and fixed the dry wall.
