Securing a storage unit from the McCall office was very easy and quick. The storage facility in Donnelly is pristine, well lit, and easy to access from the main road. Highly recommend.

overall my experience with the facility has been kind of hit and miss! However, since I began dealing with Kurt and Chris at our branch up here in the McCall in Donnelly area! My experience has been amazing. And I look forward to many more years of working with them.

Renting for years. Always available if i call and return calls within 24 hrs. During business hrs. Just nice to work with. Clean units and plowed all winter!

My son and I got locked inside the gate for over two hours. We had to call the police department who contacted the fire department and each of them contacted the owners and we re not able to get a hold of them. Two hours later one of the policeman finally figured out how to get us out. I had to pay for another day for our U-Haul because we were late getting back into Boise.

Worst experience we have ever had with storage rental. Due to it being a kiosk instead of a person if the kiosk kicks offline your screwed when it comes to getting in. Codes don't work and if it happens to be the weekend your locked out until the owners come fix it which doesnt happen until mon or tues if ur lucky.

A clean and secure storage facility. The only draw back is its all operated remotely so if you need to see a person you have to call and wait for someone to come.

The gate never works and no one ever calls you back. Worst place to go for storage.

Place runs on a kiosk system that does not work cannot get phone calls returned terrible experience would not suggest
