Jordan from Crown Jewel Rentals provided excellent customer service. Our group of five, YOLO EOD Tours (You Only Live Once Edge of Death Tours), required one snowmobile for our 2024 snowmobiling adventure, as the other four members brought their own machines that we towed to Priest Lake from Michigan's Upper Peninsula.We found Jordan to be friendly and helpful; he even delivered the snowmobile to our rental home, saving us time and logistical concerns.The rental machine was a SkiDoo Summit 850 that had some enhancements like a performance cam and a 165-inch track, which came in handy in the deep snow along ungroomed trails at higher altitudes.Given the wonderful appreciation for both our business and Jordan's service, we enthusiastically recommend this rental facility in Priest Lake, Idaho!#crownjewelrentals #yoloeodtours #nordmanidaho #britany scorner #snowmobiling #priestlakeidaho #outdooradventures

If you want to rent a boat on priest lake crown jewel rentals is the place to go! They have an amazing selection of boats to choose from from pontoons to wake surfers. We rented the Sea Ray. It was the perfect boat for our family and made our experience on Priest Lake one that will never forget.

We ve rented boats and jet ski s about 3-4 time from them now - and they are by far the best rental team on Priest Lake! The quality and condition of their water vehicles are top condition too.Liz and the family are so very nice and they deliver an incredible service every time!Thanks for making our summer so memorable We can t wait to rent in the Fall!

Rented 6 sleds for a day at Priest Lake. Shiloh & Jordan provided exceptional customer service they even delivered the sleds to the trailhead. If you re looking to rent snowmobiles in the area, look no further.

We just completed a two-day rental with Crown Jewel Rentals and could not be more happy. Their website is very informative and information was complete. Making a reservation was a snap. Pick up was easy and the owners could not have been more accommodating. They don t control the weather, but if the could, it couldn t have been better. The boat itself was perfect. Immaculately maintained, easy to operate and such fun to drive around beautiful Priest Lake. Pick out a little less expensive place to stay, because every dollar spent at Crown Jewel Rentals is building a memory that you will never forget.

We just rented a boat and jet ski from Crown Jewel at Priest Lake and couldn't have had a better experience. This is a family owned and run business - they were a delight to work with and made it easy for us from beginning to end. I couldn't recommend Crown Jewel more highly. Appreciated all the service.

This is legitimately the Crown Jewel of rentals. Rented a snowmobile, they have a huge selection. Brought out one for me showed me few ropes and brought me to the trail head. Had an incredible time. Was a pleasure working with their team. Highly recommend. Amazing views.

We rented a snow mobile in the winter. We picked up the rental close to the trail. We were given a map and current trail conditions. Clear instructions, well marked route. We had a lot of fun driving the 35 mile round trip to and from a small cabin in the wilderness called the warming hut. $265+gas for a 2 seater felt cheap for what we got.If we make it back to Priest Lake we would rent again. Thanks

Had a great time for our weekend! They went and checked snow conditions to see where we could bring the snow mobiles. There were some small hiccups but Spencer (I think that was his name) made sure that we were more than taken care of at every turn! Great with communication and worked around our difficult schedule!

Crown Jewel really is the crown of Priest Lake. They offer the best rental service I've ever had. They are very friendly and happy to help you with any of their rental services.

We expected great trails and conditions with beautiful scenery but what a bonus for having Dana and Dewayne going out of their way for us and making sure we had everything to make for a perfect day. Highly recommend renting from Crown Jewel!

We rented a pontoon for the day. ABSOLUTELY amazing service! Corey helped us load our coolers and bags onto the boat. He was SUPER professional and friendly. Liz helped us get all geared up for the day and was incredibly informative where to go and where to avoid. Jordan came when we finally arrived to make sure we had a wonderful time. I would HIGHLY recommend renting their equipment for your weekend of fun! Thank you Crown Jewel!

I took a tour of the property. Unbelievable selection of boats and snowmobiles. Everything was clean and ready to be rented. I even got a great deal on winter storage. I would highly recommend this business.

I have known the new owners for 11 years now. They truly care about the welfare of their customers and are genuine pillars of their community. Their other businesses are all top notch and highly recommended so when I heard they acquired Crown Jewel Water Sports I had to check it out for myself.I was amazed! The staff were so knowledgeable, outgoing and friendly. They really made me feel at home. Their equipment was immaculate and they went the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible experience. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience to check them out. Thanks!

I go up to Priest Lake twice a year to visit family and friends in the summer and winter. I always rent my boats and sleds from these guys and never once have I had a problem. The equipment runs great and the service is above and beyond. This is the place to go if you need a toy that goes fast for all around family fun!

We rented a boat from here on Saturday owner's we're very helpful. All very kind and helped us get situated with a big group of people even helped us carry stuff to the boat. We will be back for sure they definitely want to make the renters comfortable. We enjoyed our day thank you crown jewel

hello Priest Lake potential patrons We recently had a family reunion and decided to try this rental company . First the brothers and Liz and very nice people, As new owners they just need to understand customer service and pay attention to details.We rented a Jet Ski one day and then a boat was reserved for the next day .We are a boating family and know the ins and out of using this equipment.Jet Ski broke after half a day use Cory had to come and pick it up. Impeller would not allow ski to get to full power. We did not shore start and always kept it in at least 4ft of water.We asked to have a ski on the next day for couple of hours so we could fulfill our day use for the money paid, we did not ask for a discount or refund . Owners said it was our fault ski broke . We were sad because some family did not have any time on ski .Okay next day picking up boat . Was instructed to arrive at doc at 9am boat will be in water Came no boat - drove to office spoke to liz said they are behind to go to doc and wait - they should up at 10:05 said sorry snd allowed us to return it later at 7:30pm not 6pm boat ran fine except no radio it did not work pulled out wake board only one size - so only some people could use it plus boot ripped. The ones that could use it had difficulty because of boot - loose on foot .Ski boot totally ripped, not functional When we returned boat we informed Liz about Ski boot she said oh that s why it was in shop when i took it out and placed it in the boat . No sorry or anything. Well this effected our time on the water and fun which we paid for and no competition.Even though they are nice , i don t think we will return back . my brother in law used the other rental company by Hills with out any issues .Customer service is important. hope they read this review and improve for others sake .

Summer is almost here!!! Thank God! I can't wait to hit up the lake with the kids and get back out on the water. No better place on Priest Lake than Crown Jewel to get back at it. Prices are reasonable, and the owners are very kind, honest, and accommodating. Personally I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. You gotta hit this place up!!!

When I started looking for a place to rent boats and snow machines, a friend suggested I check out these folks, and boy was he right! They make it seem like you re family immediately and the rentals have always been top notch and above and beyond expectations. I would suggest them to anyone who is looking to get a boat or any other of their options. Love them

I had the privilege twice while visiting Coolin with my wife from Haiti to be hosted by Damon Bretthauer. One of the best treats he had offered us was renting a boat from Crown Jewel Water Sports and gave us an entire tours of the Lake. I met Damon, the new owner, in Orlando in 2005. He is the most honest, serious, generous, and professional person I have ever met. He does business mostly like a servant not like a typical businessman. I meant to say that Damon tends to give priority to service and customer satisfaction. I truly recommend Crown Jewel Water Sports to anyone who would like to make an unforgettable experience.Martin, Haiti

We rented a speed boat and a pontoon from them this past week. They were so kind and easy to work with. The rentals came with nice water sport life jackets and a great tube for tubing behind the boat. Their customer service blew my whole family away. We will never go anywhere else again. Crown Jewel is the only boat rental outfit on the lake that don't require a deposit for the boats or snowmobiles they made it very easy for me to rent a boat. I highly recommend them
