Great little dealership! They worked hard to squeeze us in for service with short notice, in the middle of a snow storm no less. The staff was so friendly, and had plenty of stories to tell about the town and dealership's history. The building itself is really neat. We would not hesitate to do business here again and again.

Friendly, professional, honest and family atmosphere.Made appointment to check brakes on Ram 1500 and rotate tires. An hour later received call truck was ready.Tires rotated and brakes were fine.This business also has very good prices on tires.Service is great.

This place is amazing! We were visiting on vacation and heard our car making a strange sound. When we told them the problem, they took the car right away and fixed the loose brake calipers quickly! Friendly, easy service. They didn't have availability when I called to schedule an appointment (I had limited availability) but promised to call if they had a cancellation. Sure enough, they called and got me in and out. Thanks for the great service.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had!! After spending a couple days down in Boise looking for a Jeep and dealing with your stereotypical used car sales reps, we decided to head up to cascade to look at a Jeep. Kathy was awesome!!! Gave us a great deal and we were in and out in no time. I will for sure buy my next car from them and would encourage anyone shopping to make the beautiful drive to Cascade to be treated the way you should be when buying a car.

Cassandra is awesome. We stopped in Cascade due to a road closure. We travel in a 37' motorhome and tow a Jeep. Our Jeep battery was discharged so we bought a battery trickle charger. She was very nice, and alsi recommended Thunder Mountain Burgers for dinner! The next morning, the battery was declared deceased! We called her and she had a new battery delivered and installed. Amazing customer service! Cascade is a friendly, helpful, happy town!

Many years ago as a poor floor installer they let me put a quart of oil in my pickup on trust that I would come back and pay that Friday(which I did). Needed to get a part last summer and I was not gouged and the service was great as it was years ago. I don't review often and am a business owner myself so I take it seriously. This is a great place to do business with.

I got a puncture and took the tire in for a repair. They were honest and said that a patch would not fix it long term. They didn t charge me a cent and disposed of the old tire as well! Would come back if I was in the area.

These guys are so nice to work with!! I am from out of town and needed a small 2Amp automotive fuse. No one in Cascade had one that I called. The hardware store recommended that I try Cascade Automotive. I thought "oh geez, I'll pay 5 times what I should for this fuse!" WRONG!! They had a couple and held them for me to come and pick up. They were more than fair with their price. A great hometown vibe in there. I'll sure go back to them based in my first interaction with them.

Front bearing went out as we were headed home. They have us a car to use for the nite and had it ready the next morning. Smiles and a willingness to help goes a long way when faced with an emergency.
