Wilson s RV Repair in Caldwell has been excellent to work with, Scott has been very friendly and listens to all your concerns. These guys are very honest in everything they do. Took my trailer in to get fixed and Scott told me that it hadn t been done right and they fixed it again. Great people to work with. They have been the best place I have taken my trailer. We will definitely be using them again if anything else happens. Would highly recommend them to work on your trailer. Keep up the great work and thank you!

If you want an honest place to get your RV repaired, this group will tell you what to expect, so there are no surprises. I originally brought my 2022 5th wheel here, but they told me I needed to see an authorized Keystone dealer to get the warranty work done. Wilson's told me they would be more than happy to take it in, but there wouldn't be any guarantees the warranty items would be covered if they were to work on it. And if they did any kind of work on it, I might be the one responsible for paying the bill. Since Wilson's was upfront with me during that visit, I am back, post warranty, to give them my business.

Stayed there two nights in our 27 foot class c. The staff was very friendly and the grounds were well kept up. Nice green space between units, did not feel cramped. Bathrooms modern and spotless and the cherry on the top was reasonable prices.

We were traveling to Caldwell and had a problem with our rv. These guys stayed late to help us get our problem fixed. Great customer service!

These guys are awesome, friendly staff and they are very honest. I took my arctic fox truck camper in to have the awning fixed or replaced on my slide out. They took it apart and found why the fabric separated from the camper and reassembled it and put it back together instead of just buying a new unit and slapping it on there. This is the kind of integrity and respect a customer needs I truly appreciate them.

I would definitely recommend Wilson s RV repair. This is my third visit. This time we were loaded and heading to another state and had a water leak. Rick told me to bring ithe rv over and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. We were able to head out of town with only a slight delay straight from their shop. Rick is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate them helping me out with no notice.

They fixed my door on my motorhome and was supposed to have inspected the roof and lights. We were installing a camera on the back light and it fell off in my husband's hand with gaps behind several. Not there fault for the damage but did get charged for an inspection. Very expensive @ $159 an hour. Scott in the office was very pleasant and positive about everything looking good.

7/25/2023 - Had to have my trailer wiring and lights worked on quickly. Their Caldwell team delivered and considering the level of expertise, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Scott, Hank and all.

I am fixing an old class C. Scott took his time and answered all my questions and had the parts I needed. Best customer service I have received fixing this thing. So very nice. I will be coming back for all my rv needs.

I love these people. The one young man took time to teach me about my trailer and fixed everything I had issues with. He talked with me and explained the problems that we had. We finally figured out why all the stuff went wrong at once. I will go bad anytime I need ANYTHING.

Came in with a cruise America rental repair. They figured out the electrical issue quickly and repaired the problem. It ended up being a missing relay. They were able to figure out it was the relay was in the wrong spot and fixed it with no parts. Easily could have thrown some parts at the problem and charged extra since corporate was paying the bill. They didn't. Id trust them with my personal RV if I lived in the area... And owned an RV.

I came here knowing I was going to need a new roof and they confirmed my fears upon inspecting it. From the first minute I spoke with Steve on the phone, he was polite, informative, and just a down to earth guy. Knowing we were full timers he went out of his way to get us on the schedule ASAP and he was great when working with insurance. In an industry where the stealerships are notoriously horrible to work with, these guys are a breath of fresh air to work with. I recommend this shop with a high degree of confidence.

I was traveling from Moab Utah and had a sewage problem on my motorhome. I had called several RV shops to try to get my problem taken care of, but none were willing to do it they were all too busy.I checked with a shop in Twin Falls he was very friendly and told me that he would not be able to do that particular thing because he didn't have the right equipment but to call another store welson RVs which is a really great place. They fit me in the very first day it didn't have to wait a day or two. When I called . They told be to be there about 1:30. We were able to disconnect my car and go about our day as they worked on it the prices were very reasonable and the employees and I believe manager Steve is awesome they did a great job if I live near them I'd use them all the time

I can say with complete confidence that Wilson s RV Repair Center provided us the best RV service we have ever experienced in the 12 years we have been RV'ng. We arrived with a very serious issue with the frame in our fifth wheel. Because of very poor welding the Lippert frame was literally coming apart at the seams.During the entire process of removing enough of the outer skin, front cap and flooring to see the weld issues, to working with both Lippert and our extended warrantee inspections to getting the welding done to putting the entire thing back together, Wilson s RV Service Center did a fantastic job.At every step Steve and his crew worked with us and did what was needed to provide us with exceptional service and in the end we all agreed we have made some new friends.Even after the job was complete and we were back on the road Steve continued to support us as we struggled with receiving reimbursement from our extended warrantee company.We are complete satisfied with our experience and would definitely return even if that means driving 1,000 miles out of our way. It s a good thing when we find a high quality service center that we can trust especially since we are full time in our RV and have seen all levels of service quality around the country.

We were very pleased with our fast and courteous repair of my motorhome.it was done in one day.we were very very happy so now we can plan another camping trip.thank you to all of the employees that we talked to ..they willing and patiently explained all of my questions.checked it promptly called me with a quote and we went from there.thank all of you at Wilson's RV..I would recommend this service to anyone that needs an RV repair and they are reasonably priced
