You need to make an appointment !!!!Service is good and reasonable for full synthetic $40, tire rotation $5 per wheel, air filter replacement at Cost, wipers at $12 each, They also fixed my TPS bad sensor & reprogrammed at$10 plus mat.

Went in to get 4 tires put on. Left with a missing lug nut and a broken tire pressure sensor. They tried to tell me that the lug nut was missing when I brought it in, it was not. All 4 of my tire pressure sensors were working when I brought it in as well. Would not recommend. More like 0 stars.

Always did me right always. I've had tires put on batteries changed out oil changed had someone say the WM batteries are no good not true belive me I've had name brands burn out more then Walmart batteries save your money

If you get tired of the drive through lube lines or dropping your car all day at some tire places, Walmart gets it done in about an hour. They also have the best prices on tires. Shopped many on line merchants and they don't back up tires nationally. Do you really feel like mailing back a tire and waiting for a new one?

Never had a problem with Walmart auto care center. They've always been more than helpful making good on their promises and warranties.

Went here today at 4:45 pm needing 2 tires when I asked if they had time they responded with they were busy and didn't have any open appts available....all the workers were just standing around and I will attach a picture of the lube bus as well as the tire bays....

Tried to make appointment by phone. Put on hold for over 14 minutes. Hung up on. Called back seven times did not get any talk just a hang up. Called from a few blocks away. Finally auto answered. Said they didn't put on hold it was store main phone that did. Drove to auto department. Went in. Lady speaking with outside voice at auto register with everyone. Tried to pickup tires ordered. She could not get devise to work to find order. Eight minutes later devise finally worked. I took my order and left to exit hallway. And called clerk with number I had been using. It rang immediately in front of her.Clerk had been telling others two hours waiting to begin services wanted. And also department was closing early. Auto department lost mounting and balancing revenue. I'm buying from 208 tire next time. Would have canceled tire purchase if I didn't have to leave town soon.

Their wait time is usually pretty expensive and they are not knowledgeable enough to help a vehicle that has cross threaded lug nuts on their tires they send you to a tire shop to have that taken care of rather than putting the work in themselves

Came in for a tire rotation and balance, said it would be 2 hours, I was fine with that. They finished after 2hrs and 45 mins, again not a big deal but they rebalanced the tires and put them back on in the same spot, the tires were not rotated.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

I waited in line at this location and after telling the associate (an elderly woman that was negative the previous transaction about their system) I need an oil change then tell her I need tires knowing we would have to order them. I ran out to make sure I had my tire size right and wasn t even gone one minute and they start helping the people behind me which I waited without a word but then they tell me I have to wait behind that customer now which their service was going to be 2 hours. They even had to wait to get my key to move my car cause I was ahead of the other people, unbelievable. Then the woman had the nerve to tell me I wasn t ready I took my key and left. Absolutely atrocious service! I have never been treated so poorly and I will NEVER go back to this location!!

2-3 hour wait just to get to a vehicle at 8, 9, 10 any hour of the day! A single tire plug to repair a while from a screw takes minutes to do. But you gotta wait HOURS or days (5 so far for me) to even get your tire looked at

Called ahead, tried to order a tire.. they up charged me tremendously.. decided to order from Walmart online. Called Walmart store to confirm they could mount it, they said they could for free since I bought it from them... when the tire arrived and took it to the store.. they charged me out the butt to mount it.. then charged me for disposal of my old tire even though I said I'd take it.. upcharged me for the valve stem and the warranty,which I specifically said no to.. all in all.. they are compatible to Schwab which sucks..

I don't even give them 1 star! More like negative 8 stars.. I would highly recommend NOT using Walmart auto care! Save yourself a giant hassle.. Tires I bought are junk. Can't get any warranty work covered on them because you can never get in to get the work done. Total joke! Walmart fix it or quit!Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Stopped at walmart to get my tire fixed as we got a flat and are 6 hours away from home. They were able to help us and put a new tire on. Everyone was real friendly until we saw them just throw a book on the hood of the car. The book scratched the heck out of my car. They said there wasn't much they could do. I told the "manager on shift" that it should be common sense not to put stuff directly on the paint of a car. He said it's not common sense to him. WOW!!! I'm frustrated and disappointed.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED HERE. BEEN A DEDICATED CUSTOMER FOR OVER 5 YRS AND TODAY WAS AWEFUL. I don't mind the long wait for services but today came in for an emergency flat tire repair-visible screw and pulled in completely flat and I have the lifetime road hazard warranty so flat repairs are free and discount for not repairable tires. They "couldnt fix my flat due to tire being too warn" and my warranty and discount was not granted due to same excuse. They charged me full price and said if I couldnt afford it I can go somewhere else.. how do I do that when I had 3 tires

Got my tires and oil change the same day and they did it surprisingly quick and for a fair price..my recommendation is that you try to show up at the time they open because they do get alot of people at times and its a first come first serve.Great job the staff there.

We were from out of town for work and while in town we got a large screw in our tire. They were able to fix it fairly quickly. My 1 star review is because after finishing, me and my wife watched the tech back out of the bay and hot rod through the parking lot, not something you do with someones new 60k+ truck. My first and last Time to a Walmart service center...

Called before to check time got there an hour before close guy there said we stop taking cars 30 minutes Before close .... I said it's an our before he said ya we stopped already . Didn't make sence. I left spoke to manager came back 2 days later and got passed on an oil change 2 time had to be there an extra 2 hours

Walmart Tire Center - I purchased a set of 4 80k mile tires at Walmart with road hazard warranty. I got a flat tire after 40k miles, and Walmart took 2 hours to put a new one on while giving me the impression that it would be covered under warranty. After the job was complete they told me that my tire was too worn out to fix and I needed to buy a new tire at full price(which they had already installed). I asked them why I am paying full price for a warrantied tire that is supposed to go 80k miles to which they replied that the warranty is only until the last 25% of tread life. If an 80k tire goes 40k miles and gets a hole, they should replace it, period. I didn't spend the extra money on the warranty program to have them find loop holes and waste my entire day.Absolutely horrible waste of time. Never get tires from a Walmart. I will be going to Les Schwab for now on.

They broke/lost 2/4 of my rims center caps, called my vehicle "cheap"/were very rude and ended up banning me from the location for using the warranty I paid extra for (road hazard)

I went on Saturday night to get new tires and they were really backed up, I asked if I could go the next day and the lady up front said yes I asked her what s the latest I could be there and she said if you come by 5 you should be helped. That day I left work early and I made is by 5 and the man said he they couldn t help me because they closed at 6. I understood that I wasn t angry at that situation I was frustrated how I was told differently and I left my shift and got nothing. The workers showed no importance in what the lady before had told me..

The manager has the worst attitude and customer care. I called into the customer service about how he treated customers and they knew exactly who I was talking about before I even said his name. I called at 4:45 to try and purchase two tires and he said he would not accept me as a customer because he was too behind.
