My 78 year old mother had a flat tire a few hrs ago. I was going to call the 800# for Mazda asst but decided to change the tire myself. We took her Mazda (she LOVES it) to Mazda dealership (no appt) and the flat tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes...VERY IMPRESSED with post purchase vehicle service department. Thank you all for a job well done and super fast!

The team at Team Mazda is absolutely amazing! This is the only place I ever take my Mazda to be serviced. Patrik, Marcy and all of the Advisors are absolutely wonderful consultants and their team of mechanics are skilled, knowledgeable and take great care of customers vehicles. I trust this team with honest advice and I know I am always in good hands at Team Mazda.

Scheduled oil change for 3:30 on a Wednesday. I had my 10 month old with me. My vehicle sat for 45 minutes until I checked on progress only to find out they hadn't started. I wasn't offered anything while I waited and no one seemed to bothered that I was just waiting all that time struggling to keep him busy. Wasted time is not something I take lightly. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I'd rather change my own that experience that again.

I've consistently been impressed with the customer service I receive at Team Mazda. From the purchase of my CX-5 to its very first oil change, and all the contact I've had with this dealership, I just feel like they've got their act together. Great service, friendly staff!

After recent warranty work, I felt it was long overdue to leave these folks a review.Mark Schneider in service has always done right by us Very easy going and thorough. Sets the right expectations and follows up exactly as promised. This wasn t our first experience with him and it won t be our last.I spend a lot of time under our Mazda s between tinkering, as well as basic maintenance, and repairs... having run a shop in the past and being detail-oriented, I know exactly what signs to look for to know if a car has been abused or poorly treated while not in our hands. I gotta give credit to the unseen cast in this regard; the porters and technicians. In our experiences, these folks have executed warranty work properly and efficiently while treating our Mazdas with respect.Randy and Steve in Parts are also my go-to for anything I ever need for my older Mazdas. They ve always taken care of me and are both extremely helpful and down to earth.We couldn t be happier with Team Mazdas Parts and Service departments! If you re a Mazda owner and need any parts or service from a dealership, don t hesitate to get in touch with these folks, they are, without question, a class above!

The staff at Team Mazda Service are the most thorough and efficient and knowledgeable I have ever worked with for our vehicles. They always review what they've done and give us recommendations for anything that needs to be done before the next service. They're also very friendly and approachable. They make the visit for maintenance more than pleasant. Kudos to them!

My experience with Team Mazda service wasn't my choice, but it was satisfying--except for one little detail, which I'll mention later. We bought our CX-90 at Dennis Dillon; after a few days I noticed some fluid drops on our garage floor. Looking under the vehicle, I could see fluid coming from the front, more or less, part of the car. So I took it in and it was determined that the front differential was leaking. So, Evan Leppke at Dennis Dillon, working with Mazda, ordered a new diff. After a week I get a call from Marcy Pfeifer at Team Mazda saying that they had received our vehicle and the new part and that they would start working on it immediately. This was a Thursday; the car was finished Monday afternoon. Evidently Dennis Dillon failed to send the "belly pan" along with the vehicle, so that held things up slightly. So far, it seems that the tech, Nikolaos Rattray did a great job. No new noises or other concerns, and it appears the new diff isn't leaking. I don't know, exactly, why Dennis Dillon didn't work on it, but I am not upset with them. Evan was very helpful, as well. Marcy was outstanding, too, in her efforts to get our car back on the road. So far I am pleased with both of the dealers. Now, back to that "little detail": The work order says "Customer states leak from rear differential". No. I never said that. I said only that it was leaking fluid, which seemed to me to be gear oil, from the front part of the car.

Very friendly people and a comfortable lobby to sit in and wait for my free oil change. They check all my fluids and rotate my tires if needed.So far it s been a better than expected experience. Thanks you guys

I don't even know where to start. From securing an appointment quickly, getting a video of the diagnostic/inspection of my car (I got to watch the inspection), the parts guy tracking down the part I needed (originally going to be a 6mo wait, he got it in 3-4 days), timely and clear communication with the staff, I cannot say enough how Team Mazda and the staff have gone above and beyond

Service center could not provide quote for service before bringing vehicle in. Despite setting a major service up more than a week in advance a loaner car couldn t be provided. One item that was requested for service couldn t be done because the part on hand was wrong, and there s a lead time (which wound up being a blessing, as when i got that quote it was significantly higher than other places and dealership service centers). Service advisor in quoting estimated one price, then when the final price was given it was way over quote, but the advisor stated well, it s less than i quoted you . Asked multiple times about a oil service deal/contract that was advertised on the radio but service advisor kept telling me when you re service is done, we ll look at the plan then , but never happened. One of the worst services I ve had in a long time. Will not be going back.

Its kinda hard to get helped sometimes. You might stand at the desk for a minute waiting for someone to walk through but otherwise, the staff is friendly, honest, and seemingly knowledgeable
