I bought a new Mazda from Chandler on February 19th. Our test drive was so much fun! Chandler was awesome at getting me everything I wanted with my car. He is super friendly and made my experience a lot of fun. Stanley in finance was very friendly also and took his time explaining all the paperwork. Marissa helped me by explaining all the features on my new car. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and explained all the features one by one. Gary was so awesome. He washed my new car and filled my gas tank. He was extremely helpful and super friendly. Team Mazda is an awesome place to buy a new car.

Thanks to Forrest and Ashton for making the process of buying a new truck easy. I ve always dreaded the process of going into the dealership (I m truly a sucker for buying cars online now) but Forrest got us into a truck and made everything super smooth without feeling like we were being given a salesman pitch. I really appreciated your guys effort into helping us find financing when other dealerships have told us it would be too difficult.

Team Mazda is the best car dealership out there!! They are always willing to work with you and get you car payments as low as you want them!! amazing! If you ever want to buy a car i would 100% recommend going to Team Mazda and if you do ask for Spencer! he is amazing and he has sold me 2 cars in the last 5 months with amazing deals he s amazing super easy to talk to and very willing to work with you and your price range!! 10/10

Everyone involved was friendly and very helpful. When an issue with a fob popped up a week after my purchase, multiple people worked to find a solution, including driving over 50 miles to meet me and help with my issue. Glad to have purchased a vehicle from Team Mazda.

I didn t go into Team Mazda to buy a Mazda, but I did! Spenser promised a test drive of a lifetime. He delivered on every kind of level. Spenser thank you for doing everything to make my experience at Team Mazda a remarkable experience! I had so much fun and left with the most beautiful car on the lot! You rock! Team Mazda has always done a great job when I get my oil changed with them. They are very thorough. My only complaint is they need to be more careful with not spilling the oil on the engine and engine compartment. Nothing worse then getting in your car and having it filled with the smoke and smell of burnt oil until it has burnt off your engine.

Wow!! Never had a more helpful staff when purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a Mazda for my sons 18th birthday. Dante the salesman was outstanding! I was impressed how he engaged with my son since it was his first time being a part of the buying process. All Dante s suggestions were in our best interest. I just had the best experience buying TWO cars @TEAM MAZDA !!!!Gary got me lined up and Jared took over with the finance team to work me 2 incredible deals so I could keep and get my family members mobile. I learned a lot about some of the details and variables of the car buying process. They went out of their way and took extra time to find me a better deal and get me a better warranty along with a 3 year service plan on one vehicle and they coulda just dropped the first offer on me and said that was it. But they did extra work so I could get a better deal. Probably 3 times the work just to help me, a first time customer. MUCH THANKS TEAM MAZDA CALDWELL !!!!!!!!!!

I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else. I bought my first Hyundai Sonata from David 2 years ago and sadly just lost that car in an accident. I was in desperate need of another vehicle fast so my husband and I stopped by just to look and we immediately fell in love with a much newer Upgraded Sonata that was just like the one that got totaled! We were able to work with David a 2nd time and he got us the car we wanted! We appreciate everyone at team working hard for us! Shout out to David De La Cruz, this guy is amazing, he truly cares, I appreciate his transparency and him staying extra late to get us the vehicle we wanted when we needed it. Thanks Team!

Buying the car was a great experience like so many here, Forrest was awesome!But then after a few times of having my vehicle back for repairs and I'm changing my mind. Service and parts has some kind of disconnect in communication, with each other and the customer. I'd consider going elsewhere if you plan on using a warranty of any kind. They've messed up my appointment times, and they've charged me without permission, when I discussed my 'full warrenty' before making the appointment. Kelsey took my call and made the appointment, Marcey was the desk agent to charge me. Neither of these 2 made this last experience okay or pleasant. I'll be calling Aaron Adams to file my complaint.Update:Aaron returned my call. While the conversation ended in my favor, I felt the tone could have been less confrontational.I've put my review from 1 star to 4 as I feel they will continue to do a good job.

Spencer was great. He made me feel comfortable and it felt like I was hanging out with a good friend while car shopping. He had my back and was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I appreciate that he took the time to listen and actually heard me and didn t try to play salesman mind tricks. He took me on a buying journey and I enjoyed the experience.I didn t enjoy my time with the contract signing however. It feel like there was a bit of smoke and mirrors happening. I left deflated instead of elated. I reached out to the mazda team 2 days later because I had a few mechanical questions and they were very helpful with getting me on their mechanics schedule and I hope to have a good experience with them as well.I d give full stars if it wasn t for the car issues and poor experience with signing. If you like to laugh and be treated as a human, definitely ask for Spencer when you go in!

Was told my warranty thing was good until March which would be the 3 years when I got the car, get there for a schedule oil change, and they waited till it's done to tell me I'm out of free oil changes, plus always telling me this and that needs done nickle and diming like the usual, 140 dollars I needed for other things, God's always watching, service department mainly; sales people are cool, and appreciate the car but definitely hate feeling like I got taken advantage of. Now my opinion is there con department dealership just like any other. >;(

I bought a car At team Mazda An The brakes were pretty bad so I took it Back in and they replace them. They did a really good job. I can't Remember the gentleman's name that helped me But he was really nice and help me a lot. And thank you, Chris, for helping me to. Team Mazda is a great place to get a car. My wife and I purchased a CX5 a couple years ago from Team Mazda. The experience was great and we have continued using their Service Department for oil changes. During our last visit while we were waiting for service to be completed, we walked the lot with Dave Fairchild (our initial sales consultant), and went over several safety features we were curious about. Dave, as always, was very helpful and when we decide to upgrade, he will be the first on our list to call. So while we are walking the lot, our Service Advisor (Marcy) sent me a video showing the Service Technician explaining that he would recommend a new air filter. Right there, on video, was the technician and our dirty air filter. Of course we had it changed, but what a GREAT service experience. He also explained all the service checks that were completed while he had our car. I would definitely recommend Team Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle and Marcy in the Service Department is wonderful to work with. Thanks Team Mazda!! Bob McDonnell

David De la Cruz was amazing! He helped my son with a bad situation with his current vehicle. David was knowledgable and understood the situation and didn't beat around the bush! He listened to the situation for what was best for my son..not the dealer! He was able to get my son into a better vehicle and lower interest! He worked for my son and made it happen! I had just come from getting ambushed at Dennis Dillon and pressured to buy a car I didn t love, but I showed up at Team Mazda and Chandler came out, showed me around, I asked way too many questions, and he got me in any of the cars I wanted to see! He encouraged me to push the car I ended up buying to it s limits when we test drove it and everyone there was so knowledgeable about the cars and back their products 100%. When I needed a minute to talk things over, Chandler gladly stepped away so I could have some privacy and was very respectful of my time while I was there. It ended up being the best car buying experience I ve had and I would encourage anyone thinking about a Mazda to head on out to Caldwell and ask for Chandler!

I own the Kia that Martin serviced. My experience was very good. My adult daughter and her husband drive this Kia. They were so happy as was I that my Kia didn't need a new motor. Martin had the oil changed, checked the car through and through added several things like fluids etc. Martin did not charge my kids anything. The oil change was charged back to Team Mazda per my contract with them. I feel like Martin did an excellent job working with all of us.

They are dishonest. Purchased a 2024 vehicle from them we were charged extra for optional gap insurance and an optional service contract that i didnt ask for didnt need or wanted. i asked to have it removed multiple times and josh the financial director has continued to ignore both mine and my loan officer s emails. They are very dishonest at this dealership they will over charge you and add in what they feel your purchase needs not what matters to you the consumer. My advice is to drive a little farther to Young mazda and dealerships for your next vehicle i regret doing buisness with these crooks.

I came in as a single mother looking for help finding a reliable car. My credit was terrible and they were able to help me secure a loan although terrible interest rate is 20%. The salesman didn't leave me alone until I signed the papers even after stating that I was thinking it wasn't a good idea. He assured me it was a great car. The window was broken, they replaced it over 6 months later and I had to call and remind them several times. The car needs oil every month and there is no spare. Not the worst experience but I will not trust them again.
