Decided to write a real time review since this is my first time using the company. Incredible first impression right out the gate. Johnny greeted me as soon as we pulled up with a cold water and when he saw I had my three year old daughter in the car with me, he brought her a water too and offered some fruit snacks. Casey took my personal and vehicle info and his customer service skills were top notch. He offered several different oil options and took the time to explain the difference. He offered all the usual stuff: air filter, wiper blades, etc. but wasn t pushy at all. The whole time the crew was communicating well, instilling confidence in me in their ability to get the job done correctly. Super quick and even when 7 cars pulled in behind us, they all were calm and greeted every car as soon as they pulled up. I m assuming Johnny is the manager there as he was giving directions and delegating. He was respectful in his instructions to the crew and they responded immediately without hesitation which shows me they trust and respect him as well. Overall, fantastic experience. I will definitely be going back.Service: Oil change

Aside from the prices and them not being transparent about any price list on a Google search, the service was great. When shopping around, customers want to know what services will cost, up front. Website and Google search shows no prices for this company, which is why I only rate four stars. They make up for it with their great positive attitude and timely service though.

Great place! Super friendly employees who were educated & took the time to explain things to me! I have little to no experience when it comes to my vehicle, but the employees here explained everything to me, and went above & beyond to ensure I left happy! They even treated my 4 year old daughter great & offered her fruit snacks! I will continue to take my vehicle here to be serviced from now on! Thank you!!

Absolute best experience I ve ever had. The entire staff was fully engaged and communicated thoroughly with both each other and myself. They offered a free water bottle while I waited in the comfort of my own vehicle. They answered all of my questions and concerns and I was out of there in a timely manner. Whole transaction was maybe 20-25minutes. tops? The manager approached every vehicle and did a run through and performed an explanation of costs. They even went ahead and applied a discount code for me to make it even cheaper. I truly appreciated the entire staff there. I will be highly recommending this location to all friends and family

The people are so friendly and funny! not only did they tell me what was wrong with my car they had me step out and see where it was and what to do next time. it felt good to not only get it fixed but learn about it as well! highly recommend coming here, the guys are great!!

I had an amazing experience my second time going in. I was going in for there too off services and Corey was right on it with a bottle of water in his hand and a smile on his face ready to help! They provided the top off services went over some follow up steps for my next visit they even ordered my air filter for my car because it s a rare one to make sure they had it in stock for the next time I come to visit. Corey was amazing and has earned my business for future oil changes .

New to the town and a fear of mine is finding good services like this when you move. What a professional 2 young fellas on Sat morning I had the privilege to have do my oil. Kind, sincere and just awesome Yong men. Were very helpful and didn't force sell anything. Best price in town as well. Recommend Take 5.

10/10, locally owned and operated. Great customer service. Nik, Noah, and Johnny did such an admirable job on my Eco diesel Jeep! They are amiable and speedy. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is ready to get back on the road. I definitely recommend them! Will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

Yesterday was my second time getting my oil changed here. I will definitely keep going back. They are friendly and funny. Bought new windshield wipers one of them wasn t not wanting to stay on but they figured it out and got it to clip on. Definitely recommend.

Johnny and his crew were great had a situation with my car they addressed it. They were very cordial and attentive and willing to go out of their way to keep their customer happy very grateful for them. They have my business as long as this crew is here.

As I showed up first thing in the morning, both Johnny and Jesse were excellent! Both were also knowledgeable, friendly, and had great customer service. I had a great experience here yesterday. I went in for an oil change and that was very quick. They also did a coolant flush which I had been putting off. Their process was very fast, they explained every part of the process of what they were doing. I dealt with Grayson the whole time and he was phenomenal. Very personable and professional. I will be going back.

Fantastic service! I was quickly greeted by a technician with a water bottle for myself and a snack for my child! Once in the bay, they took down my car information and started showing me my options for the different tiers based off of my vehicle. The communication with me, the customer, was fantastic but so was the communication between technicians. I loved the convenience of being able to stay in my car, especially with my child in tow. The oil change itself was quick and efficient. We will definitely be back!

I was greeted immediately upon arrival with a cold bottle of water and a discussion of what brought me in. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Communication between employees was amazing, you knew exactly what was being done when it was being done. I was kinda shocked at the prices though.

ROCKSTAR SERVICE! Not only were they quick and efficient but also done with great attention to detail. I do non emergency medical transport. So I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and I don t have a lot of time to get maintenance done. I had about a 45 minute window to get an oil change done and stopped in and not only got an oil change but a well needed antifreeze flush and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. All this happened while I waited in my car with a complementary cold bottle of water. The staff did an awesome job and kept me posted on what was going on. I will be back again and again.

My first time to have a car and first time to have the oil change, so didn t know much. Well after doing the oil change they charged me with the most expensive one. Imagine 122 plus tax. Wont ever go there again.

Was my first time at take 5 very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I paid a little bit more than I would have it anywhere else but glad to pay it for the short amount of time it took. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Had a great experience with Take 5 oil change. The crew was professional and knew their craft. The training and management of this facility shows through the professional and clean workshop and the capabilities of the crew. I will recommend this shop to everyone.

The guys were great! Snow on the ground didn't bring the spirit down! They ran out of the oil my little diesel requires so they ran and got some of the correct stuff rather than use something off the shelf. Nice work dudes. See you again down the road!

It was first time trying their service, and as soon as I pulled up, the young man greeted me in a very professional manner and even brought me a bottle of ice water, and mind you it was his FIRST day on the job! The employees were very professional and made me feel very welcome on my first visit. 10/10 would recommend!!

As a first time customer and new to the area, I was extremely pleased by the service I received. Everyone was friendly as well as professional. Did oil change and changed wiper blades offering suggestions and checked other aspects of the car as well making sure I was pleased. Will definitely return and recommend.

These guys went above and beyond! I got my oil change and radiator flush done on my diesel. They noticed my upper hose wasn't getting the pressure it needed, and they found what the problem was. I like that you get to sit in your vehicle while they are doing the service. During that time they were all so friendly, and kept me informed about what was going on. The only thing I don't care for is they are a little pricy, but I believe it was well worth it for the service they gave me!

Nik and Jess were great. They did a great job of explaining everything that they were doing and showing us what they were changing. Very professional and one of the best oil change experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be back.

Really friendly crew! Definitely Quick and efficient. Maybe there 15 min. They ll try to up sell you filters and gas cleaner but not pushy about it at all. Will be back.

Johnny the store manager was great, he definitely hook it up. I will definitely continue on coming back for oil changes. The guys did a great job.
