Austin and Jared are the best BMW mechanics in Boise! I brought my 2002 BMW M3 in for a big 3 service and they went above and beyond. We did Vanos, rod bearings, subframe plates, full poly bushings, RTD short shifter, valve adjustment, coil overs and few other odds and ends. They were super communicative through the process and helped me to make all parts / install decisions. Prices were very fair compared to the competition. I will be back with them for all my future needs!Service: Engine repair

Austin has been working on our cars for almost 2 years now. We have a BMW X3, a BMW 328i, and an Alfa Romeo Guila. What can I say we love our European cars! We only trust Austin to work on our cars. The experience has been wonderful and we have been very happy with the work. He responds quickly and his prices are reasonable. He accommodates our work schedules to be able to service our vehicles. He s fast, efficient and trustworthy which is hard to find nowadays for auto shops. Austin price quotes everything for us ahead of time and responds quickly to our needs. We will not go anywhere else. He recently did two oil changes on the X3 and the Alfa Romeo, with a fast turnaround. Highly recommend Austin and his shop. Austin did a fantastic job building a new exhaust system for my S50-swapped 1989 325i. He's an experienced pro, uses quality parts, and gets things done on time. If you're thinking about upgrades or repairs on your car, take it to Snake River Speed Shop; you'll be glad you did!

Austin @ Snake River Speed Shop rocks. Great customer service. Communication was better than any shop I ve worked with and he got me in within 24 hours when my oil cooler lines went out on my 2019 GMC Sierra AT4. These guys don't miss awesome work. I installed a on 3 turbo kit then came to the conclusion I didn't have all the tools to get it done right. I hit up snake river speed and they did the works to my foxbody. They installed and perfected my set up on top of that they installed the Terminator x which made the car a whole new car. Highly recommend Ive been hustled in the past by other shops. but snake river speed does it right all the way. I will continue coming back as these guys are extremely knowledgeable on cars and to go fast.

-SUPERB DIAGNOSIS AND ENGINE REPLACEMENT!Brought my 2014 E350 that was running on 3 cylinders and would stall into SRSS. This was after a long and exhausting diagnosis with multiple mechanics and even the dealer. Mercedes quoted 500 for diagnosis and 8K for a right cylinder head replacement that had no guarantee of fixing the problem.Austin at SRSS was extremely helpful and professional promptly helped to tow the dead vehicle out from the dealership. After diagnosis, he suggested for me to replace the entire engine rather than spending endless hours/money trying to chase phantoms. The best part is, he found a 42K mile replacement engine and manage to help me keep the cost down and rectify my headaches.Would highly recommend their service if you re facing any auto issues.Service: Engine repair

I'm not going to lie, I was nervous and anxious to have anyone working on my car. It's a 2011 328xi that I attempted to fix on my own. After cross-threading some bolts and messing it up, I needed professional help. Austin's great and easygoing attitude made me feel at ease with the whole situation and saved the day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable letting me know exactly what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Amazing work. Affordbly priced. They can do work on s85 platform for any e60 guys out there. Car had issues and they picked me up and towed my car for free. Updates are quick, clear and concise with pictures and a break down with everything they have worked on. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Austin did a great job on my car. He is very particular about his work and makes sure the job is done well and right the first time. I recommend anyone that is in need of any car work to take it to his shop. Iv used other shops in the past and after getting my car back it seems like I v always had to go back to the shop because something else went wrong. Iv never had this problem with Austin. He is thorough with his work and gets it done right the first time. We were six hundred miles from home with a blown engine and could not find a shop that would look at our vehicle, much less store it at no cost while we waited for an engine. He was an answer to prayer in a lousy situation! Austin was honest, accommodating, kept us informed, and did quality work.Not only was Austin at Snake River Speed Shop recommended by one of the area's European automotive shops as "one of the best BMW mechanics in all of Boise", he gained our trust with an unpretentious and straightforward manner. I highly recommend Austin for any of your car needs!! He has repaired multiple items on my car. I don t trust ANYONE to work on my car except Austin. These days it is hard to find someone who is both truly knowledgeable in their field of work and trustworthy. Austin took the time to explain both repairs needed and my options. I had a full cam job done by these guys they did a fantastic job and got it done on a great timeline. 10/10 would use again. Not only did they install the cam, but they inspected damn near the entire vehicle and gave me a great report on what would be needing maintenance. That attention to detail and genuine care for the car and customer is unmatched. This us what I believe sets them apart from other shops. If you need great quality work done, these are your guys
