I called because Integrity in most services is harder to come by then ever, but as a full-time RV r, who s RV us their home . It s very difficult.Nit with Vince & Jeff. The knowledge & ability to fix anything was incredible, but the honesty & commitment to us as the customer was above any we ve received. They also helped with a small remodel idea we had. I just believe they go above & beyond! And now they have a huge shop to accommodate the customer even more.You won t be disappointed! Call them and you ll get honesty.Service: Electrical

Vincent and Jeff are the men of RV Integrity and they are awesome. Their shop has several huge bays near the Caldwell Airport and they are fast and efficient. We went all in for our 25 year old Monaco as soon as we met these guys; new solar panels and solar controller, two new Furrion AC units, a new water heater and finally a new Fantastic Fan in our toilet space. RV Integrity does great work for a reasonable price with fast turnaround and excellent communication. They also stand by their work. Our RV had a bad circuit for the electric heating element of the new water heater and Jeff did a fix for no charge. Everything works great. We highly recommend RV Integrity.

Spoke with Vincent regarding a work related issue with a 5th wheel needing winterizing and and a possible inspection and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Would absolutely recommend his service to anyone who needs work done by an honest company looking forward to a working relationship in the future.

We were traveling back home to Boise area pulling our fifth wheel and our Victron inverter for our solar system went out. I called Vincent and he said to come by and he would take a look and see if he could fix that day. We arrived and he went to work, ended up it was a blown fuse. He also instructed us how to safely use our inverter. Gave us some info that we didn t know. We are forever greatfull for him fixing it for us!! And the price was really reasonable. This business is in caldwell Idaho and has a very large parking area.

Traveling in Oregon to Idaho, our water pump, installed just a week prior, suddenly stopped working. We left messages at three different RV repair and mobile shops, after hours, and Vince was the first one to call back the next morning. He was able to work us in the same morning, and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. We could tell over the phone that he was *very* knowledgeable and efficient, and this was borne out by our in-person experience. If we lived here, we would *definitely* take our rig to Vince for all maintenance and repairs.

Vincent is absolutely awesome! I was traveling from Oregon to Florida with my wife, 3 dogs, 18 chickens and 8 goats when our trailer bearings gave out and killed the axle. He told me to show up at 8 am and he had me back on the road by noon. The best service and great prices. Thank you again!

These guys are absolutely awesome. My wife and I are from California currently on the road living in our RV when in August our A/C went out. After doing some on line research, I came across RV Integrity and saw they had numerous outstanding service reviews for RV repair. I called them and without hesitation, they said bring it in the same day so they could take a look. 30 minutes later I pulled up and after speak to them about my problem, they immediately climbed up on the roof and began diagnosing the problem. 10 minutes later, they diagnosed the computer board was bad. They immediately began making numerous phone calls and awhile later we able to source and overnight the part needed. This is all while they were actively repairing several other RV s. This was our first major RV repair we had to address away from home and not with our usual RV shop. Not only were they resourceful in sourcing the part, but were quick to make the repair and get us back in the road. All while charging a fair price for an outstanding service. To those who encounter the unfortunate problem we experienced as it goes for RV repairs on the road .if in the Boise area, do not waste your time and energy calling around and hoping someone can get you in (especially in the summer months). These guys should be your first and only call. They were absolutely amazing. Thank you fellas.

Vince and Jeff are awesome. The care they took in working on my horse trailer was exceptional. I highly recommend them for your RV/trailering needs. They go above and beyond in a personally friendly but professional way! I wish I could give them 6 stars! These guys are wonderful. We were RV'ing thru Idaho and our leveling sensor started going off every 3-5 minutes - it was terrible. Called 5 places before RV Integrity and everybody else said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could even look at us. Vincent at RV Integrity took my call, heard my issues, and said, "no problem, we can squeeze you in, buddy". We overnighted our parts to his shop and met him there 2 days later. It was a 1 hour job and it works like new now. Thank you RV Integrity!

We had a water leak in the cabin of our 2019 Travato. We were traveling from out of state and called Integrity who saw us immediately. Vincent was quick to diagnose the problem, fix it and show us how to repair it if we ever needed to again. A great experience and we were back on the road! We highly recommend them!

Best RV service. I have been on the road for a year & worked with several RV shops through our America. This is the best, most honest, helpful RV service I have worked with. Vince and Jeff were able to get me in and fix a water leak that one of the local big rv dealerships had failed to fix twice. They have also diagnosed and repaired a problem with my fridge and installed a tv splitter to allow my sat tv to work without taking a cable through the wall. Installed a second a/c on my rig. All of the work has been completed without the excuses you will hear from the big box companies.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I was having trouble with my 12VDC System. Called Integrity Repair over the Memorial Day week-end. Matt called me early on Tuesday and let me know he would come out to the RV Park (I couldn't go to their location due to my TV being in getting worked on).Matt showed up as promised. At first he found that the convertor was the problem. He kept at it and found one of the 30AMP fuses in the rear of convertor was loose. After tightening it up, all was back to working order!!!Thanks to Matt, we're back on the road with no worries.Service: Electrical

Vince with RV integrity is AWESOME!! I contacted him because of his great reviews. All were true!!!! We just bought a used RV that needed to be looked over and a few things fixed. Vince came out to our house ( on time) and check it all out. He got our LP detector working ( had no power to it) He got everything in the house running and showed us how to operate it. He did everything we asked and then some! He was very very knowledgeable, reasonable and honest! We will definitely use him again should anything come up with our RV.Service: Electrical

Vince came out to fix our furnace in our fifth wheel and he was absolutely awesome. Diagnosed the problem and had the part in his possession already so he swapped them out and was done, furnace blew hot again. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a mobile RV repair service. Thanks Vince!

RV Integrity is fantastic. Vince responded to my initial call within the business day. We made an appointment, and Vince was on time. My fridge in the RV wasn t working on propane. Vince quickly responded to my request for a service call and made and appointment. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose and repair two problems that I was unable to on my own. After spending a short time on a third issue he determined it might require someone with specialized knowledge. Rather than spending more time and money attempting to diagnose this issue he referred me to two area shops that could help. I appreciated his skill, knowledge and his honesty. I would recommend his services.

Great ExperienceI bought a used trailer from an RV center and had a couple of issues. The RV center sent Vince, with RV Integrity, to fix the problems : a cable with the slide out was shaggy and a shade needed to be restrung. We also hired him to install a fantastic fan to replace a vent. He had to pass electrical wires since it was not prewired, and offer us different options.Work well done. Very professional.

I called Integrity to get our 5th wheel trailer s furnace working (hardly an emergency in early summer.) He warned me up front that he wouldn t be able to get to me for a few weeks, but that once I texted him my address and issue I d have my place in line. He texted back an appointment date that conflicted with our travel plans. I asked for a date the week after we were due back, and he confirmed it right away.He arrived right on time and got to work. The furnace wouldn t malfunction for us, but he checked out our water heater, which had decided not to work on gas. He swapped in a new circuit board that he had in his truck, and showed me how he d determined that the old board had failed. He gave me some suggestions on what to try if the furnace issue came back. I was fully satisfied with his service, much better than hauling the rig off to a dealership and waiting blindly for them to call back with the bill. I like to deal with the person doing the work, and that s how Vince operates.

Vince has done multiple repair jobs for me on my Class A motorhome. He is always on time. He communicates what he is doing and provides an ETA for work. He has been flexible with my schedule. And he is willing to work with my extended warranty to get approval for jobs. I ll continue to use him until my RV days end.Thanks Vince.Patrick Smith

Highly recommend RV Integrity, I loved the convenience of them coming to my house and Vince was able to diagnose and fix our RV fridge quickly and even gave us some advice on how to care for some of the other elements of our RV. Price was very reasonable, I will absolutely use this service again.
