My first time here. I was greeted quickly and then helped within a few minutes.I was after some tires and the man helping was awesome apologies for forgetting his name. Big guy like me. But he showed me several options. Decided on some Mickey Thompson MTs.My truck looked and rides amazing. They did a great job all the way around. Very happy with the service here. They were super helpful with getting my car serviced with what it needed and working with me on financial options. The staff was so very kind and professional, especially Keith who answered all my questions (even the ones I felt dumb asking) and always made me feel understood and cared for. Definitely would give them 10 stars if I could!

These guys are awesome! I work in a shop that restores classic trucks and suvs and we send all of our vehicles here. They do such a great job for us that we all take our personal vehicles in as well. I just had them put 4 brand new tires on my car and they got me in and out that same day with a warranty and still managed to be under my budget! Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with Roger's tire pros! I set up an appointment and they stuck right to it even with the additional work my car needed.Drives like a new car. Had four tires installed on my truck. The staff was very helpful and informative with choosing the right tire for my needs. Waited while the work was performed, which was done on time. I will certainly continue to do business with Roger s Tire Pros

I took my Mercedes Benz into Roger's tire pros in Caldwell Idaho. I paid for a diagnostic test and had the work done that was recommended. Once they had been working on my car for an hour the mechanic came and told me they were unable to fix my car and I needed to take it to Mercedes Benz dealership to fix. The notified me that I was still responsible to pay for labor even though they did not fix it and after I paid for the diagnostic. So they charged me 300 and returned my car unfixed. I tried to speak to the manager who refused to speak directly to me. He said there was nothing he would do and I was still responsible for the 300. There are too many good mechanics around the area than to deal with this type of service. I would not recommend Roger's to anyone.

I've had good and okay experiences the 4 times I've been here. Getting emissions testing done here is great! Never takes long. The couple disappointing experiences are getting quoted different prices by phone and in person. On the phone a full synthetic oil change is $50-55, in person it's almost $70 and they charge for tire rotation even though I was quoted it comes with the change. That was frustrating. I was also quoted $15 and $18 for air filter and cabin air filters, when I went to pay one was $21 the other was $25. Not sure how it jumped so high in 20 minutes. I wouldn't have paid for them if I knew the price was off, you pay before you even see a printed list of what was worked on. I spent $125 for a full synthetic oil change and 2 air filters when I could go to my Toyota dealership and get 3 oil changes, tire rotation and free car wash each time for $99. I won't ever go back for a car service here. Emissions yes not a full service the pricing was so deceiving and frustrating especially when you tell the sales person you were upcharged and they don't care because they are down a staff member that day. Just not the most satisfied customer for those reasons. Hope this helps!

I ve used Roger s for a number of work related repairs and services and they ve always done an outstanding job in a timely manner. Today is the first time I ve been there with a personal vehicle and they managed to exceed my expectations. I ll continue to do business with Roger s.

I have been going to Rogers Tires for about 5 years. They have done oil changes, brakes, new tires, a fuel pump, and a new radiator for me. Got a quote online for my brakes and rotors. Got me in the next day. Fully transparent with my charges. Ended up being a little less than expected.The key is you feel comfortable and confident when you bring in your vehicle.Confident knowing you are getting superior work by people who care and back what they do.Comfortable with the front staff making, some might say, you feel like family. Not my family, these folks are kind and helpful.100% Top to bottom recommended Roger's. Don't waste your invaluable time looking around to save a couple bucks having sub par work done by people who don't care. Trust me.

Due to unrepairable road hazard damage, I was looking for a single tire that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Rogers found one in an out of State warehouse and sipped it the next day. Saved me from buying a new set of four as they only had 26000 miles on them.Service: TiresService: Tires

The people here did a fantastic job! Super quick, convenient and reliable. Called the day before to make an appointment and they got me in first thing. Got my 3 services done and they even checked the brakes and topped off all fluids for free. The ladies who scheduled me were very knowledgeable about how things work and explained each step the mechanics took. When I asked how much time it would take, she said about an hour and a half. It was that much time exactly. The total amount for everything was only $80 something bucks, which compared to the price my dealership was trying to charge me was phenomenal! The reception desk has two ladies and another man working who were all three very friendly. They tested my emissions and got me in very quickly even though the sign on the front door said emissions testing times could be delayed. I needed an emergency repair while visiting Caldwell for a softball tournament. They fit me in their full schedule, they provided excellent service on my vehicle and were extremely kind to me. I would 10/10 recommend.

My family of 7 planned a 1250 mile summer trip to the Oregon coast in 2 weeks. When I brought my vehicle in, the hopping, popping, squealing and squawking coming from the front suspension was embarrassing and aggravating. Nato listened to my concerns, listened to the car, and didn't quit until the culprit was identified. He patiently corrected my misconceptions with tact. He gave me a great deal on what needed to be repaired and communicated the issues, the cost, and the timeline to a T. The team at Roger's Tire found and repaired what 2 other mechanics could not seem to identify. She drives like a dream, coast ready, and lifted a huge weight off my mind. My children will no longer be embarrassed when we hit the speed bumps in the school parking lot; now I'll have to rely solely on my steady stream of rock solid Dad jokes. Thanks a lot, Roger!
