Excellent place to get a trailer. The one I wanted was not at their store so Pat, the sales man, drove a few hours away and towed the one I wanted back up to the main store. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Pat made sure I was properly hooked up and that everything was good to go. Highly recommend. Thanks Pat!!

This is the kind of place that makes America great. Honest, hard-working, fair people with a great product. Also have to say they support their community. They helped our school out with our parade float a few years back, too. Good people.

Was able to trade my older trailer for a smaller new one. They ran through the paperwork, got the trailer out, went through setup. Have driven it all over with a couple of loads. Works well. If you need a utility trailer, seese these guys first!

Giving 2 stars because the last time I bought from there it was great Darrell was who I talked to and it was 20 mins before they closed and needed backing plates for my brakes and he was already busy but called me back after closing said they had everything I needed but I was across town, I paid for them and he set them out for me was great customer service, couple days after was going threw my trailers and servicing them and needed parts called back there someone else answers tells me they don t know if they have what I needed or not and to not come in until someone else can help me. Perfect not a big deal I guess then again today call need suspension parts no don t have any hung up. Perfect I ll buy my parts and open a commercial account elsewhere.

Daryl was great help and very informative. It had been years since I hauled a trailer and needed some questions answered. He was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond. I also got a great deal on an enclosed trailer. If you are in search of a trailer, this is the best place to go. You will not be disappointed.

On a Saturday in January, I hooked up my trailer and found that the left turn signal was not working. I called Riverside Trailers and told them of my problem and they offered several common things to do to help trouble shoot to find the problem. I asked if I could bring by my trailer by if I could not find the problem. He said sure, but that he was short on people who could help. I ended up taking my trailer into town, and after a short wait while he unloaded three brand new trailers, he tested, found the problem, and fixed it in a matter of a few minutes. Because it was so minor, he did not charge me for his expertise. So that is why I am taking the time to write a review and praise them for their customer service! Thanks Riverside Trailers! You are my new go to for anything Trailer!

Great job putting flat bed on my truck. It looks awesome and after nearly a year in perfect condition. They were very patient with us as we had to change our scedual several times. Will go here again when I'm ready to put a flat bed on my other truck.

I recently purchased a used enclosed cargo trailer from Riverside Trailers. They are exceptional people to work with. The trailer I wanted was at one of their locations a few hours away from where I live. After speaking with Ken on the phone we were able to strike a deal for the purchase. They held the trailer for a few days until I had time to travel to their location, with a minimal deposit. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the trailer it had developed a low tire. They went above and beyond by putting a brand new tire and wheel on the trailer to assure I would have a trouble free drive home.I have purchased several trailers and this was the best experience I have had. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used trailer. Riverside Trailer provides exceptional customer service.

They were actually out of the parts I needed to change the suspension under one of my trailers. Instead of taking my money and ordering stuff in, they made some calls, located the stuff elsewhere in town from a non retail source, and let me spend my money there to get me fixed and back on the road that day... I own several trailers and have been replacing and upgrading lighting systems, suspension components, and tie down points, all from Riverside to say thanks for the great service...

This place is wonderful, I buy all my carhartt supplies here and I mean tons, I bought a new trailer here. The girls here are wonderful they go way out of there way to make sure the customer is always satisfied. I won t go anywhere else. So do yourself a favor and go here first and save you gas and time because your just wasting your time if you go any where else. Roger

These guys are great to work with. They didn't have the trailer in stock the day I called but had it th very next day ready for pick up. Price was excellent for a brand new trailer. I looked for a month for a used one and people wanted the same for a used one as I picked a brand new one up for. If you are in need of a trailer, trailer accessories, or trailer hitch go see these guys!!!

We weren't looking drive 11 hours round trip with 3 kids under 10 years old, but I would gladly do so again to deal with Darrald. He gave us a great deal and even better customer service.

The sales rep was patient with me taking a little longer to get to and look at trailers as I was on crutches and he even made the effort to move a bp trailer so that I'd have more room to get around and see the trailer I was interested in. That's the kind of customer service you don't see much of now a days.

I worked with Derald at Riverside to custom-order a Charmac trailer. Derald provided exceptional customer service. He was helpful, knowledgable, thorough, and patient through the entire process. I left pleased with the trailer, AND the service. I would recommend Riverside to anyone.
