I don t typically do this because this is not related to the company's work itself, just the employee while in his work truck. But this guy was driving like a maniac in the gas station. We were waiting for a pump in our RV and he cuts us off, almost hitting the bike that was trying to leave the pump. It was obvious we were pulling into the spot after the bike. We told him we were waiting forever for the last person (while other spots are open but this was the only one accessible for our RV) and he shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn t care. If he s this way, I would never go with a company that disrespect others the way he did. Not even an apology or an I ll be quick. Just an inconsiderate person I truly feel sorry for. Maybe this job is making him miserable. Or maybe he s just a miserable person.

Our experience with this company was MORE than exceptional. This team went above and beyond to help another shop out that isn't used to the pick ups with aftermarket LED lighting. They received our phone call in the afternoon hours requesting their help, and we had our dilemma truck back before close that same day. We are beyond grateful and appreciative of these guys, and will be sending anyone needing services such as these directly to them.

These guys are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Knowledgeable, accommodating and willing to spend time getting exactly what you want when you want it. Really can't get any better customer service than these guys offer their customers. My experience purchasing two service bodies from these guys was stellar, and extra kudos to Gary Clark who helped and kept in touch with us every step of the process. Definitely recommend and will definitely be willing to do re-peat business.

I work for a dealership in Burley and called up and was working with Gary Clark with Semi Services and worst customer experience in world! Send truck there to get a service bed put on and crane! Bed got there on time and they didn t even put it on until the crane came in that took a while due to shipping, which is understandable! But when the crane comes in they say that they bed is the wrong size and now it takes another month for it to come in! So Gary tells me that I told him that it was a long bed, when I send him specs and numbers of the truck and says, ok we ll make sure that we get the right bed ! But now lying and putting the blame on us! While during this time Gary is promising things to us and for our customer when it s gonna be here, when it s going to be done and doesn t keep his promises! Frankly he doesn t know anything! It takes over four months for the truck to be done!!! My costumer had to pay for his truck even though he hasn t driven it yet! When we finally get it, the crane stops working and I called up thinking that it s under warranty but no Gary Clark tells me go buy the part at auto zone! Expecting us to continue to put money into something that we haven t even used yet! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don t ever work with Gary Clark!!!

Gary was amazing and saved my bacon!!! No one near me had a bed for my truck after two local dealers dropped the ball. I will only deal with Gary @ Semi Service from now on! Huge inventory amid the worst goods shortage I have ever seen! Thank you Gary!

Third semi service location I've visited and these job shops for trailers and trucks (pick up/dump/box/semi) seem to be operated by a very well skilled and helpful group of people. Keep up the good work semi service and thank you for your hospitality.

We ve done a lot of work with semi service and they ve always been extremely helpful and quick and been able to do everything we ve needed definitely recommend them!!
