Very impressed with the costumer service at one stop body shop. Whitney is not only knowledgeable but also very patient and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. She kept me informed every step of the way and solved every issue that came up with our Insurance company. Our vehicle looked good as new. 10/10 recommend for your auto body shop needs.

No communication, had my car for 6 weeks heard from them maybe twice. My car was dirty, you'd think a body shop would want to show their work wirth your car shinning and clean. Ruben's always did. Card machine apparently didn't work either so had to leave to get cash.

They have amazing service, so helpful im a new young adult and didn t know where to go or how to go about fixing my car but the lady that runs the front is so helpful and so kind even took the time to help me out, ONE STOP BODY SHOP IS ONE SHOP I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO!

Made an appointment for an estimate for body work. Showed up to appointment and the sleeping girl behind the desk told me to come back another time. I did not. I went to Karcher Auto instead. Didn't even need to make an appointment.

I had an accident with a semi truck 2 days after purchasing my car... and a little over a week before my husband was to start a new job in Lewiston. Kind customer service and excellent communication all the way through. They had our car back to us before we had to leave and looks good as new! :) Very happy with the work done.Great people to do business with!

They were able to get me in quickly for an estimate. Other shops were not available to do an estimate for sometime or didn't answer the phone. The work was completed in a timely manner once the parts were received.

I had an accident and I was low on money they worked with my insurance and the staff was so friendly .Hope I don't have anymore accident but if I do I Know where to go.
