As a woman, I always feel skeptical about the legitimacy of issues mechanics find with my car. I came in for a routine oil change and fluid check prior to a short road trip. The employees were incredibly helpful, informative, and honest. I wasn t made to believe I had thousands of dollars worth of issues with my vehicle. Anything that may need to be changed or replaced was shown to me. Definitely a good experience!

Took a few days to get in, as they were busy each time I stopped by. There was one car ahead of me, and apparently something broke on the car as they were doing the work...? Took me about 20 mins to get in and maybe 35-40 mins total. I brought my own oil and filter, and it was fairly easy. They were confused at first with the conversion of my 2.5 gallon container, to quarts. Once I helped them, they were fine. Overall, they were okay, better than Valvoline Instant oil Change! I would go back.

Amazing Service! All the employees are professional and has great customer service. I've been going to them for a long time now and never been displeased with the service. You should definitely get your oil changed here!

I had a few issues with my visit. But Jose was awesome in helping fixing the situation properly. However we ended up fixing the problem ourselves. For the most part I would say it was a good visit

I m usually skeptical when it comes to oil changing places, and I hate when they try and push extra services and or products you don t really need. However, this place is awesome! They are friendly, fast and most importantly they are not pushy when it comes to selling their products. The manager, I believe his name is Jose, was very nice and friendly! He made me feel as if I ve known him for years! Lol Gotta love a place that makes you feel like family!

The guys there were very polite, efficient and helpful. I had a $15 coupon but was told they were running a $20 off special. Nice surprise. I will definitely comeBack when it s time for my next oil change. Thank you.

Jose was so amazing at explaining to me what was happening with my car. He talked me through why it wasnt operating correctly and offered a treatment to help un gunk my engine since it had been so long since my last oil change. He was so informative and helpful!! Will definitely be returning

Oil changers is a great place to get fluids checked and done! . They have great customers service and friendly service. Attitude of caring for all customers. And their doubles checks insures your vehicle is done correctly.

This is a new company that just took over for the "Lube Shop". The people that work here in Caldwell, Idaho are so good, courteous, and knowledgeable, I love them!! ALOT of people who I know, to include me, had quit going to this shop when the other company owned it, because they really SUCKED!! But, I had changed my oil there on a whim around 3,000 miles ago, and my check engine & maintenance lights came on, so I thought to have my oil checked first, since O'REILLY'S had told me that I needed a $100 sensor, which I bought last week, but never put on my truck. Your people, hooked my truck up to the computer, read the code, readjusted my gas cap, reset my computer, and just like magic, I no longer have a check engine light on, and they topped off my oil (no charge), and told me that I have 2,000 before my next oil change, and gave me a new sticker too!! I am very happy, and will be telling everyone in my neighborhood and family and friends about your company too too!! Thank You!!

Oil Changers is my place to come to service my vehicles! They are fast and super friendly! Not to mention trustworthy! They recommend what you need and nothing you don't, without making you feel pressured. They are priced fairly and do a great job!

I had taken my van to a different place and they over filled with oil, had oil leaking out from my filter all over the top of my motor, the lady was very good, she took the time to clean the oil off what she could, did an awesome job. .y motor is not leaking anymore, was done right

Best place in town, in my opinion. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Speedy, efficient service. Although I do appreciate their attentiveness and all other aspects of the service here my reason for four stars is, I am not a fan of "upselling". However, they don't push it, unlike the big chain oil changing businesses. For the price, totally acceptable service! The team was friendly and kind. The registration process was so easy. They were very thorough and not pushy when I declined included services. The real test .no oil smoke smell afterwards! My car is notoriously difficult to drain cleanly and they did it right! I will definitely come back!I did not enjoy sitting in my car for the duration! It was COLD. But they were cold too so I am really just being spoiled in that regards. If I want to be warm (or cool) I can pay double and go to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. The value was worth the slight discomfort, in my opinion.

It was a problem looking for a good price on my oil change so I got lucky and stumbled across OIL CHANGERS and it didn t cost much with them and they were nice and did a quick/great job, and they even changed all my fluids so I left happy and even took my girls moms car there and they hooked her up. I swear, go to OIL CHANGERS if you need an oil change.

My car only takes 5 quarts of oil and I told them to only put four quarts of oil in because I have a quart of a additive for high mileage engines. Not only did they put five quarts of oil in they even charged me for an extra quart. I have yet to go back and let them know I'm hoping it was a clerical error on their part

I am visiting Caldwell and needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube was kinda busy. I went to OC, and they had $20 off. Great. But, they also offered 1/2 off for veterans because of veterans day. So, I had them do my differentials and transfer case. It was cheap.
