You know, that when something breaks on your car. The last thing you want to do is try to find that part and can't get it. Here they can. The staff are amazing and really know what they're talking about. If you need auto parts this is the place.

I have been to a lot of auto parts stores in our area recently and I was surprised at how rude they were. But when I came to this store I was very impressed. They really gave me good old fashioned service and made me feel valued as a customer. I won't go anywhere else from now on, they have EARNED my loyalty

Newly moved to Idaho, with friends and family suggested to goto O'Reilly Auto Parts.....My vehicle is a 2001 and I only needed one break light bulb. The young gentleman offered ALL that were available to choose -- I appreciated his findings and requested the upgrade to the brighter bulbs. I asked if there was anyone in the store that could assist with changing the lightbulbs out in the parking lot. He offered since at that time it was not overly busy to assist.I Thank O'Reilly's and the servicestaff, that made my night with assisting their service for this new transplant.I will be back!

The team at the Caldwell boulevard O'Reilly's has always taken awesome care of me and my business. Owning work trucks that take a heavy toll. They stand behind their parts and warranty and bend over backwards to make it right.

I needed a new battery. They did a free diagnostic test on both battery and alternator.When I bought the battery, Randall offered to install it for free. He carted out a bunch of tools and in just a couple of minutes had the new battery in.He had a difficult time tightening the negative connection enough so he went in and grabbed a spacer off the shelves and put one on for free.Super helpful and friendly!

I went in, the gentleman at the counter was super nice and friendly. He helped me pick out the right headlights for my car and even put them in. I don't go here that often, but will keep going back when the need arises if that kind of customer care continues

When my car wouldn't start I went to O'Reilly to get a new battery, and the staff was helpful. David made sure it was an actual bad battery before just selling me a new one, and he installed it for me. He also made sure my car started before heading back into the store. Good service!

First 2 times I went here was good but today the guy that waited on me was very disrespectful!! After paying for my bulbs he said good luck in a sarcastic way! Got home to change them and both were the wrong ones no wonder he said good luck!! I had to go back and returned them!! So I went to #auto zone so much more helpful!! I will never go here again!!

It was OK, I walked around the entire store without being greater once, and there were two employees that qere just standing around... thought it was a little weird in comparison to other locations. I asked if they had a bolt that I was looking for, he looked it up and said "yep we do" that's all haha, I then had to ask him if he could go get it so I could see it. It was the write bolt, but they wanted $5 for it, so I went to home depot for it for $2.55. Otherwise the store was clean and looked good.

Been having a starting issue with my mustang. You guys tested my alternator, my battery and checked my check engine light for free. Amazing. Got a new battery installed and lots of great tips. I like to learn about my car as i fix it, and it was nice that your associate took the time with me and taught me some stuff too. Thank you truly!

Great store with outstanding staff. Extremely helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure your taken care of. They are my "go to" auto parts store and I've been to them all. O'Reilly's is by far the best one!

I went to the Caldwell, Idaho O'Reilly to buy a battery for my car. As soon as I walked in, the employees greeted me and wanted to help me and even went outside to check if I truly needed a battery or if it could be that I might need something else and wanted to make sure I spent my money where I truly needed too. Sure enough, my car does not need a new battery just yet.I surely recommend this store.

Called in to make sure that they had the parts I needed and in the quantity; after checking inventory at another closer location first. Not wanting to wait all day. Well they said they had them and gave me a pickup time of 3 o'clock. About an hour and half away from order time. Which is usual for O'Reilly's, on call in or online order. But upon arrival. They tell me that the truck hasn't came in yet. And usually doesn't get in till 3:30. Told me is that I was more than welcome to come back around then. Being the fact that I drove completely across town, way out of my way, almost to the next city tbh. Just to avoid waiting on the truck to drop off the parts 2 minutes away from where I was located. And the fact that I had to borrow somebody's car to pick up said parts. I wasn't inclined on wasting anymore gas unnecessarily. So I did what I was trying to avoid. And waited on the parts I called to make sure they had. 3:30 rolled around; still no truck. 3:45 came and passed. Long and behold, was close to 4 by the time it showed; then had to wait again for them to unload. An hour+ waiting could have been avoided, or done at home. Waiting on the truck at location right up the road, if that is. They would have told me they weren't in stock, instead of saying yes .. Then placing the order. If I ever go back to Idaho, I will definitely never go back to that location, with any of my business.

I've been a commercial customer for many years with this company. Been pretty satisfied with the service for the most part. Not real happy with their pricing for a lot of their products.

As someone that has been working on cars for many years, I can honestly say that this specific O'Reillys is great to work with. Ty and Omar (manager and assistant manager) truly know what they are doing. Speaking honestly, I know first hand that not all of O'reillys parts are the best quality (to be fair, what parts house is always the best quality?); but the guys at this location are always ready to help me get it figured out whether it's exchanging, retuning, etc if ever I need something. These guys have my business.

Went in to buy windshield wipers. By the time I got to the counter the 4 employees were just standing behind the counter chatting, didn't offer to help or even greet me when I went in. Didn't stop their conversation when I was checking out and they most certainly didn't offer to put on my wipers though they have free installation.

Order parts to be in at 2 pm was there at 3pm parts were not there told me they be in in just cople of min. So I waited at 3:30 showed the part truck but they dropped my parts off some place else so had to wait for them to send driver to get it from there finally at 4:30 I got the part I needed they did give me a 6$ discount on muffler I ordered

A few months ago O'Reilly Auto parts kept sending me texts with offers of 25 percent off and it turned out that it was online only. So when I tried to order online they put further restrictions and after 1 hr of changing my order so I can get my discount turned out that they don't deliver half of my order so therefore I can't get the discount.All that going around for nothing!What a waist of time!Never again!
