This particular store is quite terrible to work with. Every time I've tried to go in for parts, I'm never greeted or asked if I need anything. I walked around looking for a specific injector cleaner & they never once acknowledged me, which fine. I can deal with that & try to find things myself but what really gets me is anytime I've asked if they have a part, they say no. Their shelves are bare. They won't take the extra few minutes to look something up & say they can't find things that are in their parts catalog. You almost always have to call twice back to back for someone to answer if it's in the morning when they should be open. I placed an online order for a part & never received the email that it was ready for pickup so had to call them 3 hours later & he didn't know why I never got the email. When I went to pick it up, the lady that assisted me (she was pleasant & competent) knew immediately why I didn't get the ready for pickup email & had to go back & explain to the guy in back that he didn't check the box. I recognize the labor market may have some slim pickings but this store has been a solid disappointment after disappointment. After years of using NAPA & many family members who have worked for them, I will not ever step foot in this location & constantly tell people to avoid it because it's a waste of time. We purchased batteries from them & my husband was told he couldn't leave the old batteries there! That's the core charge sir, you guys are supposed to take in the batteries & remove the core charge from the purchase & your battery guy picks them up. My husband literally had to explain the process to the employee from his past experiences. It's a constant battle. Idk if it's laziness, poor or lack of training, or what, but I hope they can course correct in the near future!

Absolutely don't go here. Take the trip to O'Reilly. Too much to put in here. Manager wouldn't correct a mistake they made so now I'm burnt on 60 bucks.

A fuel filter for a 2002 f250 7.3 was $74, went home, and bought 1 from Amazon wix brand, same as theirs for $24. And it was delivered to my door the next day, business like should be ashamed.

This store should close it's doors. Terribly short staffed, inexperienced, inefficient, over priced parts and poor quality tools made in China. You can do better online with RockAuto, Ebay and if you need it right now go to a real parts store. Too bad what has become of Napa, the land is worth more as a vacant lot.

They were a bit busy when I went in. Only one person taking care of customers. I went in to purchase some synthetic oil. The shelves were pretty empty. I was unable to find a lg. container of the full synthetic motor oil. I did find it in the small bottles.

I usually don't go to Napa but I had a great experience at this one. The customer service was fast and friendly and the prices weren't too bad at all. They didn't have the item I wanted but was able to find an alternative with their wide selection.

Horrible customer service. Offered VIN for vehicle that I wanted parts for, was told it was not needed. Ordered part on a Tuesday and was told it would show up Thursday plus an additional part that would show up Saturday. It was the following Tuesday before they showed up. They were the wrong parts. Couldn t return on of the pieces. Waste of time and money. Found both parts online for far cheaper and the correct pieces. Should have started there. Will never recommend this location to anyone.

Not happy all all with this store I called in for brakes and rotor. On August 31 they took my order and told me they would be there in the morning. I should up at 8am they all denied the conversation from the day before. I pulled out my phone and showed them the phone number I called and time. So they apologize and still couldn t find me any brakes or rotors. Crazy thing is I called Napa in meridian and they got everything I needed within an hour and a half. Wired Hu? They lost $2,000 sale. Get faster service in meridian

Customer service is not one of their specialties along with fair prices! If I had employees that acted this way I would fire them all, take my losses and start over with proper training on customer service and actual knowledge of parts.

I was ready to be a new customer as I m new to the area. Knowing their prices aren t the best but hoping convenience and customer service would make up for it. I bought 8 spark plugs to swap out and they gave me 4 of the wrong kind. Didn t notice the model number difference until I was halfway done with the job.Had to drive all the way back and they told me all we can do is say sorry, nothing else no discount or anything to compensate you for our error. I won t be going back since they wouldn t even be willing to work with me on something like this. I won t recommend anyone to go there either. Plenty of other auto part stores right in the same area. I recommend going elsewhere, not here.

I tried to order a part for my car and they said they wouldn't have it till tomorrow. I said that's fine and he said I would have to pay for the part first and that they do not accept debit or credit over the phone. So I would have to drive into town today to pay and tomorrow to pick it up. Why waste my time. Everyone can take a CC payment it's 2020, get with the times. I got the part from another store, they had no issue not making me drive to town twice for nothing

This store has three employees that are darn good parts men. Generally if you have a difficult problem they'll point you to one of them, and often manage to bust those tough issues. On more than one occasion, this store has pulled an item off the shelf that other stores told me didn't even exist.

I gave 5 stares because NAPA Auto's professionalism and quality is about as good as it can get. My only problem is the price. I understand you get what you pay for. Yet at some point it becomes a little ridiculous.

I called to get some parts. They didn't carry any of the parts I needed. No biggie I understand it's an old truck. I start talking to the guy about different opinions as I still need the truck going. All of a sudden he says I'm being rude and hangs up the phone. I'm guessing he just didnt want to deal with a complicated vehicle.I call back and ask for a manager. This "manager" just lectured me on how hard it is dealing with the rude public. I told him since he dnt care I'll call someplace else.After calling a different NAPA I found out I didn't talk to the manager at all, because the manager is a woman.So apparently they don't like dealing with the public and don't want anything that doesn't pop up on their computer. Then they have there friends pretend to be the manager when they have an upset customer.

Our service at NAPA AUTO Parts.-Caldwell,Idaho was excellent ..the customer Rep looked at the battery tender I had brought in and another tech went for one of their good batteries to test it out and see if it was a bad one or what was happening as I had tried for 2 weeks to get it to work on my truck..What I didnt know was that they have a fuse and it was blown..the tech replaced and it worked like it is suppose too..I was very happy as I had bought 4 of them and they all worked except this one..Thank you NAPA AUTO PARTS for your excellent service and helping me..

Staff was not overly helpful. The cashier was the only truly friendly person. They didn't have the part I needed and didn't offer to order it or where I could go to get it. Not great customer service. Being busy is not an excuse, for not being helpful.

I went in to buy an extension cord... price was wrong on there system and she told me I had to pay the newer higher price than what was on the shelf...the manager fixed it and I felt like buying a car was easier! The lack of customer service, knowledge of where items are, and honoring there mistakes was sickening this team has no skills. Go to a different store....

Came in for a couple little screws for a license plate. The gentleman loaned me his personal screwdriver to install them. Went back inside and couldn't locate the price, so he said enjoy your evening. Little things like this go a long way with me!! I will be back for my future purchases! Thanks!!

Not only is the staff rude.They have outdated parts books fur reference for parts that ended up breaking our wiper blade.Their excuse, "We have to have them out"What a load of BuLLWill never shop there again!!!

Big huge dark cloud over this place employees have a personality of forks they don't sanitize anything I hate this place I don't go in there unless its a dier need even then I avoid it at all costs

30 weight oil on sale for $3.29 a quart as well as other viscosities... ya baby , normally about $6.00ish

You sell motor oil, gear oil, and transmission fluid but you do not recycle it? Why would I come to your store to buy the oil then drive to another store to recycle the oil I brought with me? Stupidest thing I have ever heard. I'm moving all my business to AutoZone, where they actually think about the customer and environment.
