Honest bunch from the shop manager to the mechanics. Had an electrical issue 4 other places gave up on, Jason and his guys had it fixed and charged the appropriate amount instead of bending us over. Now theyre our go to guys.

I chose to take my truck here because many of the reviews said they were quick, and compared to Boise Pete store it looked less congested in their lot.They were very friendly, they were quick and they did a very thorough job addressing my concerns and fixing my truck. Highly reccomend.

I had the drivers side window cease working. Went to another of the groups stores, bought the control panel that is in the door, still did not work. Drove to this store and checked in to have it looked at/repaired, thought, probably a window regulator.Jason, the service manager took it upon himself to step up and look at it. Pulled the door panel off, and found that the plug into the window regulator had, somehow, managed to unplug itself. He plugged the plug back in, and it's working just fine now.So, many thanks to Jason for stepping up. Bill & Jason in the service department were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got me right in for work. Treated me right on labor charges.The parts department is also well stocked and staffed.If you need work done call ahead. They will do their best to get you in and out fast.

Kudos to this team at this location. We had a driver passing through with huge power loss, called them late, set everything up and called our driver back and he said it was the best service he has ever had from a dealership, he could not stop raving. What an outstanding group of people on this premises. They truly care about customers and do all they can to help everyone. With workloads where they are today, These folks make a difference! Merry Christmas to all the staff at Jackson Group Peterbilt in Caldwell, ID we appreciate all that you do, the integrity you operate with, and the professionalism you share every single time we visit with a need. I would love to clone this location in about 47 other states.

This repair shops not worth a star. More like a negative star.Got a injector installed on #1 cylinder and 2 ujoints , loose yoke on first drive axle input and out put. Took them 3 days . Can't prove it, but my experience I never damage the threads on a yoke. I think they used the pull and damage it that way.In all for u joints $2000 dollars and injector 2000 with tax. I inspected the work also too find it dry and when I greased it with my color of grease no old grease was visible. So that tells me it wasn't greased and it would have blown out soon.

They will go out of their way to help u get parts and the customer service there in the parts department are way too I don't do business anywhere else but there. Not much of a selection for chrome but they can get anything for u with a decent price.
