We had an amazing experience buying our Dodge Ram at Dennis Dillion. Tomas was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the trucks we looked at. His patience and personable demeanor allowed my wife and I to ask tons of questions and make the right decision. Mikey was exceptionally helpful the day we picked up the truck. He took time to explain the many features and accessories to my wife and I and it made loads to us. Shout out to Sean in the service department and Rachel in the finance department! The Dennis Dillon team exceeded our expectations and we recommend them to everyone!

I just want to give a shout-out to this dealership for my great experience. Sam was very helpful in helping us get into a brand new car. He was very friendly- down to earth and professional. Rachel was also amazing when it came to working with the banks on the paperwork and financial side of things. Very knowledgeable and informative to me since I haven t bought a car in years! I would highly recommend these two, along w the dealership as a whole. 5/5 thanks again!

Their service department has been a terrible experience. Poor communication. Tried to contact service manager never returned my call. Didn t get the vehicle down the road 5 miles and was having the same issues after it had been there almost a month. Spent $12,000 and they didn t even fix a flat tire it had while on the rack. Go to Peterson for service.It s been a week later finally someone called me back but it s been the worse service I ve ever experienced. If you decide to do business with this service department you re asking for problems.

I have had two experiences with Dennis Dillon and both were very positive. Christian White was very professional and personable. Very knowledgeable and took care of me with highest degree of respect. Dennis Dillon in Caldwell was amazing! We came in with an idea of what we wanted, and left with the perfect family car! Brandon was an excellent help and was very thorough in explaining everything to us and made sure we understood clearly. Zach and Jake in the finance department were both amazing as well! They were willing to work with us and help us get in to the exact car that we were wanting. Overall from start to finish we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend Dennis Dillon to any friends and family!!

Brandon did a great job helping us find our new (used) Dodge. We received a video ahead of time of the truck we were interested in so we could decide if we wanted to make the 90 minute drive to the dealership. When we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time, we never felt rushed and even had time for 2 test drives before deciding. Approval was fast and everyone we encountered was very helpful. Highly recommend checking out this dealership for your next vehicle.

Brandon was awesome helping us to purchase our certified Ram 1500! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to answer most questions off the top of his head and got us answers when he didn't know. The sales manager we worked with Zak was also great and helped us to get a deal we were happy with. Jacob in finance helped us protect our purchase in a way that best for our concerns and budget and they all went above and beyond to help us finish the deal on a Saturday night to get us back on the road to drive back across the state the next day.

Alex Ramirez and Christian White were amazing salesman who i would recommend to anyone. They understood everything i wanted in a vehicle and helped me find the perfect one for my first vehicle purchase. Jake Hallum was amazing as well helping me with all of the finances. They were able to give us a better price for the car than what it was listed for but they didn t clean what they said would get cleaned when they detailed the car and they also gave the temporary tag to the detailing guy and he didn t put the temporary tag on so I drove around for two days and all 5 and a half hours home to Portland without a temp tag or plate. Here s a photo of the car after the detailer gave me the car where you can see that there is no temporary tag in the back left window

Fantastic experience all around! Christian took me in like a long lost friend and made the whole process not just painless, but a pleasure. He was very informed on the trucks I was interested in, had a very laid back approach and made all efforts toward making it a quick process through the paperwork and getting out the door. ROB, the manager checked in and was kind when making sure things were going smoothly.

In early October and in preparation for a long road trip to Mexico, I brought my car in to see if everything was ok and change the oil. By the end of the day everything was perfect nothing needed to be fixed. The Engine line was on and the entire experience was odd. 151,000 miles and nothing needed fixing, The Battery bank failed, and then 5000 mikes later, I m doing a full brake job. I will never take my car to Dennis Dillon again, they are incompetent. I advise you all to reconsider your maintenance options also!

Service Department was reasonably priced and great customer service! My wife's car is not easy to work on at all. One of the headlights went out and no one in our community would put in the new bulbs she bought. She called Dennis Dillon service, and they said, "no problem!" A half hour job, which would have taken me 5x longer. Thank you! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!

I live in Ohio and found my new car online. My initial contact was Benny. He was very helpful! Turns out he is not in the sales department, but he was so helpful, it gave me a great first impression of the Dennis Dillon dealership. I was handed off to Brandon in sales, who was also friendly and very helpful. He worked with me to make a fair deal for the car I was interested in. Keep in mind, this was all done online, by phone and text!I took a flight to Boise, and Brandon came to the airport to pick me up, which was a very nice gesture.The only hitch in my experience was the 'safety package' which the dealership adds to the cost of every vehicle they sell, I was told. This package is priced at $695 to modify the center brake light to flash, and some numbered stickers applied to key parts to deter theft. The cost seemed excessive to me. Thankfully, we were able to remove the brake light modification, and make the deal we originally agreed upon.Brandon and Benny were key to me in making my purchase. I want to take this opportunity to thank them for all of their help. You guys are the best!

Was looking for a new truck but needed to see numbers if it was possible. Mikey Newman, helped my wife and I out. we talked to Mikey and told him what we were looking for. He went out of his way to look up available inventory that would work for us and came up with two solutions if the numbers worked out. We took both vehicles out for a test drive and decided which one to get. Although the numbers did not go in our favor to purchase right now with interest rates like they are. We will be back in 6-12 months to work with Mikey again. Thanks again for your time.

Treasure Valley residents BEWARE of the Warranty contracts being sold with the purchase of cars at Dennis Dillon Caldwell dealership! We purchased a RAM 2500 just 2 years ago & now the dealership states it needs a new transmission. Only driven less than 38,000 from time of purchase & now needs a transmission already! So guess what the warranty company OF COURSE refuses to help pay!! "What a surprise." They are dening claims for their unfair business practices because of one late oil change. Well excuse me for having a busy work schedule & getting the oil change 3000 miles over (not done intentionally either.) The warranty company is called "PORTFOLIO SERVICE out of Dallas, Texas. This company denied us Twice for an extremely costly transmission repair cost over $11,000 dollars! They take your money real fast when buying the warranty, but when the customer needs help with a claim they REFUSE TO HELP! The Service department at Dennis Dillon is very unprofessional & NEVER. return phone calls. I had to get their attention by over 20 email exchanges. Service Manager never tried communicating with us to find a satisfactory solution. All the service repair rep. said by email was we can repair it for $11,200.00 dollars 3.5 weeks later. It's been a huge nightmarein that service repair department!

Can t say enough good things about Dennis Dillon in Caldwell, ID. Jesse and Mikey did an excellent job in getting me into a new Ram 2500! Not a single dealership could compete with their pricing. They were super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We flew in from out of town, they picked us up from the airport and we were on our way home within an hour or two. I highly recommend this dealership. They are upfront & honest with the price and never make you feel pressured. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
