1st time going to DeMark for vehicle service. Service engine soon light came on in my truck. Made an appointment with DeMark, dropped off the truck on Monday night, they did their diagnostic on Tuesday morning, gave me a call with results and estimate, finished repairs that day. Picked up my truck on Wednesday after work.Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. They were great with communication and completion of service. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you to all the staff at DeMark Auto!

Overall experience is the best. Friendly staff and quality work. They always manage to work me in with my crazy busy schedule. If you're looking for a shop for your car repair or tune up. This is your place.

These guys have saved my life more than once . Very helpful , very knowledgeable, and the rates are more than fair. Jessica , Jason , and the tech that worked on my rig did a outstanding job on keeping me posted on what was wrong and gave me more than 1 options on ways to handle my misfortune of owning a bad a** Ford.

I've been taking my vehicles to Demark Auto for 40 years... back when the founder Vern Demark was still working the business. They have always treated me fairly and always did a good job.. I will continue to go there as long as the Good Lord keeps me here.

Don t waste your time or money here. Definitely not the DeMark auto i remember from years past. My family been getting work done here for 20 years. Used to be nice place & quality work. Now just another business trying to be something there not! So sad it s gone down hill! The couple that s runs the service desk are a complete Joke! Don t be fooled here folks. It s a shame that this once well respected & solid business has been run into the ground by people who obviously don t care about their customers or the reputation!

Our check engine light came on and 3 dings and were in limp mode, of course it's fri.afternoon. Lucky us, got hooked up with a truck and farm to take our horses, and a recommendation to take the chevy to DeMark in Caldwell ID. Monday morning knowing we were stranded , they got right on it , diagnosed the problem and repaired the stuck turbo..fast efficient above and beyond service.. thanks is never enough when your stranded on the road with animals. Cheerful and conscientious staff. They are extremely good about answering the phone, gracious about my recent scheduling mistake, and I love their inspection report complete with photos. We keep coming back here because they seem to genuinely appreciate their clients, and because they have an honest reputation among my friends. Our whole family uses Demarc auto couldn t be happier. First thing they re honest. Quality workmanship, excellent customer service, punctual and clean. It s always a pleasure to work with DeMarks. It s so refreshing to sit in the lobby, enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversation while our car is being serviced. Very impressed with the amount of communication. DeMark called and expressed every issue. They also went the extra mile. Their were a lot of details that were wrong with the car. Wish I would've known about DeMark a year ago.

Demark was able to correct a problem that the local Kia shop said was not even a problem. The dome light, or "room light," stopped activating when a door was opened. Kia said our model was just built that way, although we'd always had a functioning dome light prior to that visit. Brought the problem to Demark and they tracked down a solution for us, although a backorder of the key part held things up for a while.Service: Electrical repair

If I could give them a zero stars I would. Not only did they over charge me for rear differential replacement They didn't replace the wheel bearings or properly install the axle seals and I got stranded in the middle of no where. In the middle of winter. I will NEVER recommend this company for any business to anyone. Came to get my emissions done on my Taheo. Was in and out in mins. The lady I dealt with was very friendly. Cost me $14. Cost the same whether you use a card or cash. The place I used to go charged more to use a card. I will definitely be going back.

Super friendly, quick, communicative, and very reasonable! Well worth the extra drive. They repaired my clutch, no problem! I also loved the text message overview of my car that listed out everything for me. They made sure to ask and give me a fair price before they did any additional work and they didnt try to upsell me on anything. Can't say enough good things!
