I bring all my vehicles to Commercial Tire at 320 N. 21 ST in Caldwell for my oil changes, new tires, tire rotations and much more! Curtis and His crew are alway helpful, friendly and do what needs to be done to keep my vehicles going in a timely manner. They always communicate in depth anything that needs to be done and what work was completed. I strongly recommend bringing your vehicles to them too

Took my vehicle in to check balance. All part of the road hazard warranty. Technician cleaned caked up debris on the inner wheels and cleaned it off, then re- balanced my tires. This store proceeded to charge me $35 for cleaning the wheels. I've never had a shop charge for that. I will not do business with these money-grabbing idiots again. Do not take any business to this shop.

Had a 10am appointment, never pulled my vehicle into the building until almost 10:40. I had to gobto the counter nd askbwhat was taking so long, likely would have been longer if I hadn't. Said they didn't know I was waiting on it, even though they asked when they took my keys.

Couldn't get the cover for the cabin air filter off so I stopped by Commercial Tire in Caldwell and they replaced the filter for me. These guys were awesome!

I had my truck service there recently the Mechanic Tim took care of all my needs and fixes. My Truck ran great after having Tim Work on it..I will definitely come back for any oil change or brakes and Tires.

Had an amazing experience at this location. came in for a flat tire repair was expecting to pay since I am a new customer and tires weren't bought there. To my surprise they repaired it for free !!! Thank you very much JAKE I really appreciate it. Will definitely be purchasing my next set of tires here

These folks have been excellent, the annually lube the bearings and rotate the tires on my 40 ft fifth wheel RV and today I had a low tire on my truck as I was leaving town and that got me right in to repair it. Thanks do much!!!!

We had great communication from our tire team. Our information was quickly found that included what we last had purchased and our warranties. Each step of the way there was clear information about timing and cost. There were quite a. Few people ahead of us and the guys let us know where in the cue we were and gave us updated ETA s based on the work load. They explained our tire warranty and gave us an estimate of costs and let us know how much of the break pad was left, a safety issues we might not have caught. We will be back for our third set of tires in a few years when these new ones wear out.

All I can say to the Nay-Sayers is.... "Rubbish!" This shop is very busy (I'd suggest making an appointment if available) being the best tire/full-service auto shop in Caldwell. I pulled in on a Saturday and the lot was full. I simply talked to Dave who was very gracious and made an appointment to service my car the following Sat. Though still busy, and as they found I needed a part they did not have in stock, it took a bit of time. LISTEN, instant gratification is not an option in some cases. The service at this shop is the best I've experienced in my several years on the Planet. Todd, the floor manager was excellent. And the technician/mechanic (Angel) that worked on my car, was truly an 'angel'. So much so I gave him a little extra for his hard work and great attitude in the 105 degree heat! Oh, and so you know, TIPPING is not illegal! Great job, CT of Caldwell! Congratulations to your team on excellent service and quality of work. What a great experience.

Commercial Tire was the best , I am from North Carolina I had a flat tire, and I came in to have it fixed, and to my surprise Brody was very helpful and I was expecting to pay $20 or so . He was very personable and told me that flat tire repair was free . I think that is something that you don t see much of. I will tell my brother as he is from this area , and really knows a lot of people , so word of mouth is helpful, and while I am here I will give great recommendations! Thanks Brody!!Carl

UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SERVICE!My first time at this establishment was a few weeks ago. I had stopped in without notice to get a slow tire leak looked at. Cody graciously squeezed me in and said they'd take care of it at no charge. Within 30-minutes, they had replaced my valve stem and had me on my way. This efficient and unexpectedly friendly experience brought me right back the following week.I've since had a couple sets of tires mounted and balanced here. I have dealt with both Cody and Dave on a few occasions, they are both extremely down to earth, respectful guys... real class acts. They are genuine and sincere in their willingness to help, despite being extremely busy as is clearly evident. Their estimated completion times are met as expected and their communication is wonderful.Think you've found a better deal on tires or service? Definitely get in touch with these guys first. While they are already very reasonable in their pricing from what I've seen, they will likely price match any competitor. The outstanding customer service and quick turnaround time is just added value.I easily pass about 7-10 tire shops on my way there, but dealing with these people makes it absolutely worth it. They are also an employee owned outfit, so supporting their growth makes a difference. I'm set to take one of my cars in for an alignment soon and will update/add to the review once the work is complete.

I called and asked for an appointment because I am from out of town and she said they would get me right in. I went in and they told me it was go-to be over an hour. Why did she tell me they would get me right in ? Now I drove all this way and could have went somewhere else!!!
