The team at Camping World in Caldwell was great. Jae Vitin was our sales guy and really invested time and energy into our search for our first trailer. What a great young man. We highly recommend the Caldwell Camping World. Be sure to ask for Jae for sales and Tracey in service. See y all at the campground.

We are extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service from this Camping World Caldwell location. Scott, our salesperson, was very accommodating to our time constraints. Sean in finance was awesome, not pushy on the extras, and was patient with our questions. We ended up doing two walk throughs, and both times, the personnel were very kind and patient. They took a lot of time to make sure our questions were answered and a couple of manufacturing issues were addressed or in process with the manufacturer on one remaining issue on the ceiling in the bedroom. One major props to Dave in service. We had questions on our first tow home without our weight distribution hitch set up. Dave was extremely helpful and kind in taking the time with my husband in the back lot to set up the weight distribution hitch enough to tow our new Desert Fox 27fs home safely. Exceptional customer service in this total process is extremely appreciated. We both work in retail automotive sales and service and appreciate how tough and underappreciated their jobs can be. You have customers for life. Thank you!

Drove from Covington, Wa to Caldwell after my wife found a nice used truck camper here she liked and wanted for her solo camping adventures. Rod took the time to do a video call with us and walked around and showed us every corner and nook. When I called him on his day off the next day while setting up my truck he drove to work and took the measurements I needed. When I arrived after a 480 mile drive he was just as cool and friendly as on the phone, we walked around camper and the buying process was super quick and easy. Tracy was helping me load camper in my truck and Rod was out also both giving me lots of advice and had a lot of patience. I drove back home that day 959.3 miles total and I received a personal call from Rod with a voicemail as I didn t hear my phone making sure I got home safely and was happy with the camper. If I trade in our current 26 tow behind and now Lance camper I would honestly make the drive back to Idaho to deal with Rod again. Thank you so much!!

First-time buyer, I had no clue what the heck I was looking for, and Jae was an amazing guide through the sea of options and helped me land what I feel is the perfect travel trailer for my family. After a long process I got finally got a sales rep, Jae Vitin, who went above and beyond with all my requests. The camper I wanted was only available in Idaho and I live no where near there. He went out of his way to take an abundance of pictures and videos to help ease my anxiety about not being able to see it in person. He even noticed something that needed adjusting and had service come in immediately to fix it.Thanks Jae for helping with this process.

Brought my RV in for repair that was previously done at camping world caldwell. Service dept advised they would still need to do diagnostic which I understood. An additional issue unrelated to previous issue was noted and I was told it was fixed. Upon receiving and returning home with RV I discovered that issue was not fixed and when I called to seek assistance on fixing the previous issue they advised it would need another diagnostic and further charges. Will never bring my RV into camping world for service or repair due to their lack of service, support and communication.
