Just want to thank Ethan, Melissa and the crew at AS NW. We purchased our first Airstream from them and the experience was awesome. After this trailer was totaled in a hail storm, we purchased a second used unit in the Boise area. It had some minor issues which were promptly taken care of. Being on the road and them getting to us immediately, was much appreciated and not something you would normally expect from a dealership.We live in Denver and won't take it to our local dealer due to the sleazy nature of the experience.Keep up the good work Team Boise!Team Boise does it again and exceeds my expectations!We recently relocated to Eagle, ID and noticed a couple of issues on the above mentioned new to us trailer and took it into Boise Airstream Adventures. TR went above and beyond to contact Airstream and Dexter axle and get our repairs approved and completed in a timely fashion. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was completely transparent in answering my questions.Having worked in the auto industry for 36 years and seeing all kinds of sleaze and deception it is refreshing to know that integrity does still exist.Thanks TR! We want to thank Boise Airstream team for their great customer service on our recent trip in for numerous repairs and servicing. A big thank you to Ethan for keeping us updated throughout the repairs, ordering parts, and offering some good practical suggestions. And a huge thank you to the outstanding service dept. - especially David and Barry - who worked diligently to troubleshoot, repair and resolve several of our concerns and issues. We appreciate these guys for always coming up with a solution that works and again for offering good advice and recommendations. The service here is exceptional and they truly provide great customer service. Thank you taking such good care of us - we will be back!

Nikky, Eric, and Chris all made our first Airstream buying experience a breeze!Our salesman, Nikky, called us as soon as the style we were looking for came avail and we purchased it on the spot. Eric assisted us with our financing and got us a great rate. Chris did our walk-through and thoroughly explained all the features and made sure we were all set to safely get our new rig home. All in all, we received friendly, quality service from everyone we met- highly highly recommend!!

Just dropped my trailer off this morning. Pretty nondescript from the street but wow what a show room. I will update after my service is done and hopefully bump this review to five stars

Melissa, the Parts Department Manager, is awesome!She responded to an online request promptly and was super helpful at the store.After we told her that we had experienced poor response from other Airstream parts people at other Airstream dealers, she offered her card and said she would ship anywhere.

Superb service! Of the 3 Airstream locations we've been, all are very good, but Boise (in Caldwell, ID) is the best yet. They helped us with a few different warranty fixes plus a couple of preferential requests, kindly accommodating us while we were traveling through the area. Another pesky issue the two prior places were unable to resolve appears to now be fixed. The on-site FHu spaces were a helpful bonus, too. Four nights and back on our way! Premium service for a premium product! We bought as first timers, and the experience was fantastic. All stages of the process were high-touch. From looking, decision, delivery, post-sale follow up and service, everyone there is committed to excellent customer service. Airstream is a premium price product, and Airtstream NW/Boise delivers makes the experience top-notch!

Issues with our Bambi air conditioner on cross country trip. Contacted Boise Airstream while passing through area. Ethan was kind to offer same day assessment on SATURDAY! Chris provided knowledgeable and thorough assessment and we were back on the road within 1 hr. Can't speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service experience provided by Ethan, Chris and Dave. .Thanks so much!!

I took my Flying Cloud in for service because one of my tires when bald. Ethan said it could be the breaks, or the Axle. He spent so much time talking to me about it on the phone -- that I decided to drive from Montana to Caldwell ID to have them look at it. The service team fixed the breaks and were so professional that I plan to come to this Airstream service center every year. I don't even live in Idaho but this team is great... Dave fixed my hitch, TR submitted the claim to Dexter, and Ethan got me to drive in from Montana ... Montana Airstream said I would have to wait a month for service. This team made room for me right away. Breaks are super important. You can't wait a month. Thank you all for the best service ever!!!

Airstream Adventures, especially the Service Dept .. TR and Crew .. are top notch !! I had an issue with my refrigerator on my Flying Cloud and the crew were so helpful in getting a temporary fix in place and helping arrange a long term, permanent solution !All I can say is .. If the Sales Department is as good as the Service Department, I will be making the trip back to Boise to pick up my next Airstream !Highly Recommended .. once again Thanks to TR for going out of your way to get me taken care of ! You guys are the best !!

Based on our recent experience, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about this dealership. We'd been on the road for 3 weeks, 2,300 miles from home, when my husband discovered a propane leak, on Labor Day weekend to boot. He emailed AANW over the weekend and we got a call on Tuesday morning. They were able to fit us in for diagnostics and get the part ordered. We got a call 2 days later that the part was in and got it repaired that day, just in time for nightime temps to get down to the 30s so we could turn on the heat. The whole staff was welcoming and friendly while we were there. Special thanks to service manager, Florencio and techs, Chris and Zach.

I can t say enough good about Airstream Adventures in Caldwell. Just calling the front desk makes your day better!Kyle and Justin are the best. We travel full time and don t really have a home dealer or service center. We rely on finding a good service shop on the road. These guys have been the absolute best. I needed shocks replaced and they readily accommodated our schedule. The work was done well and on time, by a superb staff. A plus is that they have full hookup sites to accommodate those who need service. Really have found no one better than this shop.

When faced with a challenging timeline for service they really came together with some unique solutions to get us 100% fixed and on the road! Kyle pulled the team together to get the items fixed. Thanks!!Kyle as since left for a new career, but I m even more confident that they ll keep up the great work knowing how important it is to solve service issues.

Our experience in Boise was amazing. We were able to park and camp on the premises over night as it took 3 three days to fix mulitiple issues. Kyle was professional and efficient, Dave towed our 30ft Classic around like a pro. The folks working inside kept everything clean! I can't say enough positive things about the team at Boise Airstream Adventures and especially Adam Clark, the ultimate Adventure Advisor! He worked with me for months, answering all my many questions with efficiency, experience and a healthy dose of patience. The professionalism shown by Jay'lee during the walk-through, Kyle and Rosemary in the service department, Jeannie in Sales and Dave who set up the sway bar and integrated brake system, made the whole process worthwhile. I thank them all!

Absolutely delighted with the technical support, service, and schedule completion for the last warranty support visit in early September 21 for our 2019 Classic 30RB. The additional service feature at Caldwell having a full hook up available with a reservation is a significant plus up for full timers. Airstream adventures Caldwell business model is comparable to a full service Mercedes, Mini Cooper or Cadillac dealership. Great job Team Caldwell! Kyle, Phil and Dave, Parts Gentleman too! Airstream Adventures in Caldwell ID is the BEST place I ve ever taken my Airstream. Florencio gives top notch customer service. He and the rest of the team have gained my future loyalty (and I live in Portland OR and closer to many many more RV and Airstream service providers) Thank you Florencio and everyone at Airstream Adventures in Caldwell.

We called Airstream Adventure Northwest Boise on our way back to Portland from the Arches. We had a cargo bay that was broken. Justin from service offered to fix it the next morning and told us we could stay at the lot where they had full hook ups. We enjoyed a restful night free of charge and Justin and his amazing crew fixed our cargo bay quickly with amazing service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Exceptional overall from start to finish! Thank you!

We stopped at Airstream Adventures in Caldwell Idaho for a necessary warranty repair. This particular Airstream Dealership worked us into their busy schedule to address our issue. Kyle the service manager coordinated our repair with his technicians and tech advisors in Jackson Center Ohio. Kyle was able to have our parts overnighted for installation the following day. The dealership had spaces to accommodate us staying overnight. Everyone we had contact at this dealership was friendly, welcoming, and professional. As full time Airstreamers, this type of care and service made us feel welcomed, comfortable and valued as a member of the Airstream family. We strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the area and have an issue that you can t solve on your.

Top-shelf service! I've had our 2020 Globetrotter RBT in four times since buying it in March for upgrades and warranty work. Every interaction with every tech has been above and beyond my expectations. If you say there is a problem, the will spend hours investigating and fixing it, all under warranty. Shout out to Justin, Richard, Claudio and David who have all invested hours in helping my family better enjoy our Airstream!

We visited Airstream Adventures a week ago last Saturday ready to purchase a Base Camp 20x. We drove for 45 minutes to get there. Due to Covid, we were told that we need an appointment. Ok, I get that, but called back next Tuesday for an appointment and had to leave a message with the receptionist for a call back to get an appoint. Strange sales process even during Covid. And it's been a week an no call. Not one, not even a voice mail... I'm not getting a good vibe about this dealer. Anyone else have issues? Are Portland and Salt Lake City dealers better? I will make a purchase this week, just not sure which dealer. As a footnote, one call to Colonial Airstream, spoke with Patrick (he's in all the videos), and he quoted me a price of 52,000.00 loaded with the only choice of interior color (three option) and delivery of April 2021. If they were not so far away I would have done the deal then. Still might...

ABSOLUTELY 5 stars for this Airstream Dealership in Caldwell, Idaho! Being a Newbie Airstream Bambi owner on my maiden voyage from Madison, WI to Portland, OR, I had much to experience on the 2009-mile trip. Day 1 revealed a leak with water input hose. Several calls seeking repair to any and all Airstream dealers along my Interstate 80 route were fruitless. All were booked for weeks! Along my adventure, other issues popped up such as cabinet hinge unhooked, how to light burners, missing tank drain cap, propane tank questions. The list was growing longer with annoyances as I passed through State after State.Then, like almost a miracle, my call to Kyle near Boise on Tuesday, October 12, from Twin Falls. Do you have the green and white hose in stock and would you repair tomorrow as I pass through Boise, I pleaded with Kyle. I cannot describe in words his extreme kindness and sensitivity to my request. Yes, it d be best if you came in after 1PM Who would ever think time spent at an Airstream shop for repairs would be a memorable part of one s vacation? Yet, from the moment I pulled in until my departure 60-90 minutes later! Kyle, in true gentleman style, allowed me to go through my list of even the tiniest bugs that might bother a lady. He and Eric, their patient and knowledgeable tech, tended to every single item as I enjoyed touring their very beautiful showroom of the latest and greatest Airstreams.Every so grateful of this staff and desiring to emphasize kudos, I asked to meet their Service Manager Rosemary. Again, top notch professionalism and friendliness were shown. Rosemary recommended that evening s campsite, Farewell Bend State Park on the Snake River in Huntington, OR. Not only do I love a pull-through site, but if your next door campsite neighbor is in a Prevost, well, you just know it s a great park. Truly spectacular! We were traveling across the country from SC and had a couple things needing to be fixed on our toaster. These folks were great. Richard found my part in Portland and had it the next day! They also found a couple gas leaks and fixed them and washed the toaster!! We then got to camp in there full hookups campground for free!! Great dealership!!

Just picked up our new classic. All the staff did a great job! Adam was our sales person and did everything they said they would do! Camper was ready to go and walk thru was great! It was worth the 10-12 hour drive! Thanks Taylor and Adam!
