Josh was awesome! He was so great about communicating along the way and got our car fixed quickly and at the most affordable price around. He is very professional, upfront about costs and what he's doing and overall honest with his dealings. I appreciated his convenient e-invoicing option, too. Sitting in a waiting room while your car is being worked on is not one of my favorite things. Joshua came to our house for our Subaru maintenance and did an outstanding job at a great price. We cannot thank him enough... and he's a super nice guy! Highly recommended!!

Josh was great to work with. My alternator died and I had to pull into the nearest parking lot. I called in the evening, and Josh was able to get out the next morning to diagnose and give me an estimate. After I agreed to the estimate he was able to get a new alternator and replace it the same day. Since Josh was able to make the repair at the location I broke down at, I was able to avoid having to have it towed. With a large family, having the van in question working is vital for us. I greatly appreciate the quick work and reasonable price. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Blue skies auto. Josh was very friendly and personable. His schedule was full but he still squeezed me in. It took a little longer than he expected because it was an electrical wiring issue and he was doing the work between his other appointments and in the evening, but for me, was WAY faster than my experiences with others. Needed help fixing a brake issue. Blue Skies not only knew what to look for but also found two safety issues that needed to be corrected. When the issues were pointed out, I was thankful they too could be corrected during the course of the repair. Many thanks!!

I contacted Joshua to replace my brake pads and rotors, and he s been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very straightforward, informative, and open with pricing + what he was going to do during the hole process. He s also just a friendly guy. He even brought to my attention a couple other parts that needed maintenance in my car that he incidentally noticed. Overall, super great experience; I d use Joshua s services again in a heartbeat and recommend him for others.

One amazing local mechanic to have a part of our community, prices are very competitive, expertise and skill is unmatched and so is the timeliness. Had a vehicle in a pretty big name car lot here in Boise, and it was taking so long to get an engine replacement, sent the warranty work over to Josh in he had it done in no time!

So I took a friend's truck to Blue sky automotives to see if we can get a diagnostics on the truck to make a two day road trip and could not be happier. Not only was Josh respectful but he also explained everything and why he was checking it why it needed to be replaced and what could happen if it wasn't replaced. He also gave us a full detailed list about everything he went over with us 10 out of 10 will most definitely recommend and blue skies automotives is where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on thank you again Josh

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua from Blue Skies Automotive, and I must say, his professionalism and friendliness were truly outstanding. Blue Skies Automotive was great. Joshua was easy to work with and really went out of his way to help me out of a pinch with my AC before a family trip. He even provided advice over the phone prior to me brining my truck in. He took my truck in over a weekend and got it done earlier than expected. The AC parts are new and blowing Ice cold now. Needed my rack and pinion changed on my 2001 Honda Accord. Contacted Josh within a short time had a estimate. Dropped car off next afternoon and he was done by the next morning. Great job very fast and efficient. Price was fantastic, very easy guy to work with... Would definitely recommend him for your vehicle repairs...

I found Joshua at Blue Skies Automotive reasonable, honest and accommodating. I had a problem with the rear passenger power window. The window went down and didn't come back up. I couldn't get into the Ford dealership ship without giving up my car for several days until they could get time to seeing what was wrong with it. I called Blue Skies and Joshua responded back in a timely manner. He thought he knew what the problem could be. After taking my car to him, he discovered the problem was completely different than what he thought. He told me what he found and what the cost was . I thought that he was reasonable in what he was charging. However, because I was on disability and had a service plan I would have to go through the dealership, because I only I only had to pay a $100 deductible. I told him if this wasn't covered for some reason, he had the job. Joshua was very understanding and he took photos of where and what the problem was and gave me a detailed description of his findings, so that I would be able to communicate what needed to be done. I left happy and with the window back up. I would would use Blue Skies Automotive again.

Finding someone to work on your vehicle can feel daunting. There is no shortage of options, but if you don t personally know someone, it s difficult to know who to trust. I was impressed first by Joshua s website which was easy to understand and navigate for me, plus it showed me he cares about his business. When I called, he was super friendly and got me in quickly to look at my car, which had been blowing hot and cold in the 100* temps. My car was in and out of his shop the same day, with clear communication as to what he found and how he planned to fix it through the day. I really appreciated the human kindness he displayed, understanding our situation with empathy and providing excellent mechanical skills for a fair price. For whatever it s worth, I m happy to recommend Blue Skies Automotive - and even more pleased to have found a place I can take my vehicles should I experience any future problems.

I called Josh because of his five-star reviews and he exceeded my expectations. Josh was flexible with my schedule and got me in within a few days. Very easy to contact along the process. His price was reasonable and beat most of the local shops in town. I was not expecting him to inspect my whole vehicle but he told me he looked everything over and there was nothing else concerning to him, which I thought was respectable. Besides all of that great customer service, my vehicle was unleashed after new spark plugs. Will definitely give Josh my work going forwards and I suggest you do too. Thanks Josh, great work.

I needed a new alternator for my 2002 Suzuki. I called around and got eight estimates. Of those eight estimates Joshua with Blue Skies Automotive was the most detailed. He answered my questions. The extra ones that I addressed to him and his cost was the most reasonable. Joshua had to do more work than he estimated to support the engine, remove motor mounts, remove passenger tires and remove the power steering pump. His work took him twice as long to do yet he only added 15% to the cost. I highly recommend Joshua and Blue Sky Automotive for his knowledge, his great attitude, and his inventiveness . Josh performed an oil change on my car and inspected the whole vehicle. He showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and made a detailed yet simple report of the condition of the vehicle! He also managed to extract the transfer case bolt, which was overtightened by Valvoline and chewed up, and replaced it with a new one! Josh was very prompt and knowledgeable. He really knows what he's doing, I highly recommend him! He came to my home and did a very thorough inspection and was able to tell me exactly what was going on. He had my radiator fixed, new battery, and oil changed and my vehicle back to me in 2 days. So glad I found Blue Skies Automotive!my car was making a really Loud noise when backing up, I called almost all mechanic in the area but all of them won't schedule me till next week I am very worried because of my kids safety, then Josh called me back he was very kind and friendly. He came over, he ordered the parts needed right away and the next day he came and fix my car. When he was done he said he still hear some noise so he was gonna figure out what's the best thing to do about it and let me know, then maybe 15 mins later he is knocking on my door telling me he isn't satisfied with his work so he's going to look at it again, but I told him I don't hear any noise anymore so I drove the car he came with me and sure enough no more noise! This type of mechanic is very to find I admire his dedication. We will definitely come back to do more Business with Blue Skies Automotive! #supportlocalbusinessowner

Saved my trip. Joshua really came to the rescue. On the last leg of my road trip with my daughter my van would not start. I called all over trying to find a garage to work on it so I we wouldn't be stranded for days while it got repaired. Joshua was willing to look at it same day so I wouldn't have to delay the drive home. He did a great job and I'm now back in Phoenix, vacation saved.

Called Blue Sky to have an oil chance and inspection done on my truck. Joshua didn t have room at his shop but was able to do a mobile inspection. He did a great job. He caught all of the truck s ailments that I already knew about and a few others I wasn t already aware of. He did forget to bring a grease gun but amazingly he told me about it and offered to come back another time. Good luck finding another mechanic that honest. Most of the other guys are probably skipping your grease points anyways.Service: Auto maintenance

This was an overall great experience. I schedule an inspection and oil change, not only did he do that but also rotated my tires. It took less time than I thought. We discussed what work was needed and will be making repairs shortly. He was efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and conveniently located. Will definitely be back.

Had an AWD disable light on and no one could figure it, so I contacted Joshua he said he would look at. I dropped my car off he called and said he found the problem had him order the part and now the problem is fixed. Great prices he's very plight to his customers and will stay In contact with you. My car had broken down and this gentleman pulled over and asked if I needed help? He let me know he was on his way to his shop and could have the repairs done on the same day. His pricing was very fair and affordable, he had my vehicle in and out within the hour. Needed a new serpentine belt replaced, highly recommend him and his business.
